I had an amazing experience there! Shaq was amazing, Mac was amazing, and and Cody was amazing!! Also, the therapists that I had there was amazing!!! I still went thru issues after I left there because of my own choices, but I have over a year clean now!!! I even work in treatment now myself!! It does not provide any support to the family, 2/3 of participants relapse as soon as they leave the program, no accountability for participants to work steps, worst experience dealing with rehab program, in fact relapse happens within first 30 days away from place

Intake needs some serious attention to personality and customer service. Very dry and clearly over their jobs. The entire nursing and clinic staff inside were amazing. Great personalities, welcoming, engaging, informative, fast, caring, awesome. Their new systems took a while but they were as fast as they could be with me and I appreciated that. The man who did my evaluation was awesome. The facility was clean and well maintained.

I was here over the weekend and it was one of the best decisions of my life. The staff are incredibly friendly and work diligently to help patients. I did not feel judged or pressured to talk about my trauma at all. My favorite counselor was Jes, she really made me feel so much safer and her group sessions are the best. As an alumni of the breakthru house I can speak on them for days. This place taught me to crawl after I fell flat on my face in life. The love and support from the staff there is beyond amazing. There is an anointing on everyone that works there! You can feel it in the air the second you arrive. I was mandated there by the court so the officers delivered me to them. They would not allow me to enter still in shackles. That moment changed everything for me. I was finally free! The staff there taught me how to remain free of those shackles and I am forever grateful for the help they freely gave with no expectations in return other than my success. These movers are not your servants. If you truly wish to perform an act of charity, arrange to be at home ahead of time, and cover your floor with the Atlanta Journal Constitution...its' best possible use.

Great structure,friendly employees, but poorly managed. It takes a hour or so to get blood work. My appointment has been canceled 4 times, cause of some reasons I could careless for. They act like the veterans time is not important and we the vets are getting something free. I will have to find another doctor cause this facility want and does not care. Maybe some odd should show these comments to management, if you can call them a manager. Save your time and health and go somewhere else. Hope things get better, but I want know, cause I have no choice, but To go to another facility .

I showed up at ARC almost 2 years ago in such bad shape that they considered me detoxing in a hospital. They medically detoxed me and did everything that was promised in a one on one phone call with the owner…twice, because I called back not believing him the first time.

Without hesitation, Accelerated is a 5 star. If you're an adult who is motivated to quit drinking, this place could save your life. The approach is based on scientific research and evidence on what actually works for people with addiction. You have 1:1 therapy for most of the day, have an elimination diet to reset your bodily systems including the right supplements to replenish your health, engage in mindfulness activities like meditation, personal training, and events in nature. You're treated like an adult - you stay in a hotel instead of bunked up with multiple other people, you go to a beautiful home-like setting during the day for 1:1 therapy from excellent master's and PhD level therapists, they don't steal your electronics or force you to do anything you don't want. It's the whole package real deal. It's what's been lacking in alcohol treatment for many years. This isn't the place to force someone to come. They're not going to lock the doors on you, or force you to sit through endless AA meetings. But if you're a somewhat functioning alcoholic and WANT to go, then it could save your life and your future and your relationships.

I have been a patient for almost 4 years. My doctors are Dr Hall and Dr Anderson and have both been great. They have helped me through my terminal cancer diagnosis, my fathers death to cancer and my moms dementia. I've had a lot on my plate and these woman became the friends I needed that I could share all my secrets with. There have been many ups and downs and I've left every appointment feeling cleansed. All of my appoints have been remote from the comfort of my home. They have always been on time and have only had one cancelation. I have never had my meds increased without a lot of thought and conversation about how I'm coping. I really appreciate both of these ladies for helping me through the hardest time of my life.

DR. FELICIA JENKINS IS A VERY PROFESSIONAL, DETAILED ORIENTED AND STRAIGHT FORWARD COUNSELOR. I LIKE THE FACT THAT SHE WAS STRAIGHT TO THE POINT BECAUSE THAT SHOWED ME/MADE ME FEEL THAT SHE WAS DETERMINED TO HELP THE BEST SHE COULD. I HAVE NO PROBLEM RECOMMENDING HER TO OTHERS.

We have been patients with TFS for 2 years. I read the other 2 reviews and felt I had to share my experience to give people balance. I would hate for someone in need (like I was) to read those 2 reviews and make a decision solely off their subjective experiences.
First off, I work for the Dept. of Public Health and the complaint about meeting with the Psychiatrist over the computer should be weighed lightly. Many doctors, hospitals, clinics etc. are experimenting with telehealth to reach more people and service more clients. I actually KNOW the director over telehealth for the State so please know that this practice is not uncommon. I've actually met with the doctor via telegraph before and physically being in person didnt change our level of service. The nurses have always done the physical aspects of our visits even when the psychiatrist was present. The psychiatrist just talks and writes prescriptions.
As far as the other review that addresses his foster child, we share some common experiences. Yes, we filled out a ton of intake paperwork with an office staff member and we signed electronically. HOWEVER, I simply asked the lady to turn the screen around so that I could make sure what I was signing was what she was telling me and she obliged. Scheduling CAN be a beast sometimes and they have dropped the ball on a few occasions but once we get back on track, the service is great. Before I found TFS we were going through a lot with my daughter's behavior. I could NEVER say anything bad because my daughter is behaving normally now, because of them . They meet us at our home, at the school, at the daycare (when she attended) wherever. What is there to complain about?
They have changed our lives for the better and given me PEACE again. Yes, there are some flaws but not enough to throw the baby out with the bath water. When I couldn't find ONE doctor within a 30 mile radius to give us the level of counseling we needed with our insurance, THEY were there. And still are. So...there you go. There's my peace.
