When I arrived at POH Men s in Cochran I was a lost and broken soul. The way the counselor s work with you individually and in a group setting is amazing . I truly believe that s POH is directly in GODS hands . I have a little over 4 years clean thanks to this God and this program. This facility has some of the most caring, kindhearted staff you could ever find, anywhere. People are treated as such, not as failures, not as dollar signs either. The people here are so compassionate, and they truly strive to help patients regain control of their lives and health. They lack some of the ridiculous (in my opinion, anyway) requirements of some other similar places. For example, you may purchase a lock box from them or use one that you got elsewhere. And instead of refusing to allow anyone to charge any portion of their bill, regardless of payment history or details of when payment will be made and caught up, they are willing to work with people - they truly want to help, and they do just that. They provide a very welcoming, non-judgmrntal atmosphere. While I mentioned that they do not require some things that other places do, when it comes to the important policies, those designed to minimize chances of diversion as well as the chances someone continues taking dangerous combinations of medications, they do adhere to those...such as routine screens, weekly (less frequent upon phasing up a certain amount) meetings with counselor, etc. And meeting with the counselor is actually a productive experience, as you are encouraged to set goals; the counselor frequently checks one's progress and provides some extra accountability which may be just what someone needs to make those much-needed changes.

For the past few years I ve been truly desperate and I couldn t sleep at night because I was so worried about Daniel. I know God has always had a plan for my son but sometimes it was like he was running as hard as he could from The Lord. When you re out in the world I guess you really don t think about anything but your next selfish act or poor decision. My son has been at The Men s Challenge Center in Dublin since November 1, 2018 and for the first time in years, he looks, sounds, acts, and IS the man that God intended him to be! He is finally doing really well and this transformation has been absolutely a miracle! The people at the Men s Challenge help the men come to know The Lord Jesus Christ and with training, encouragement, & responsibility they make the battle winnable! I m so excited every time I see or talk to my son Daniel now because it s leaps and bounds growth every month! I have ALWAYS known that God has a plan for my Daniel and now Daniel knows God has a plan him...a plan for the good! Now instead of running from The Lord Daniel is chasing after Jesus as fast as he can! Here at Mens Challenge they leave the 99 and go after the one lost sheep! Praise The Lord!

Recently had an alcohol detox for 5 days and while it felt like i was in jail, the staff was kind for the most part. Downsides are the fact you cant even see outdoors and the meals are pretty bad except for the desserts. That says a lot considering i dont really like sweets. Been sober for 9 days and feel waaaaay better! Special thanks to counselor Jessica Physician Assistant Danielle, and Big Gabriel. Yall are awesome! Thank you!!!

My 90 yr old father was admitted a 2nd time for rehab and was treated exceptionally well by the entire staff. Highly recommend, as everyone is very caring to their patients.The rooms are very clean, food is good and the atmosphere is calm. The Staff, Chad, Josh and Jay go above and beyond to make sure every resident gets the help and attention they need, and to make sure their stay is as comfortable as possible. This place is great.I relocated from Calhoun, Georgia earlier this year. The differences between the clinic up there and this one are plenty. The staff down here is amazing and have always treated me respectfully, as I do them. I was going daily to dose while up there, they are slow to phase up, I wasn't here a week and Health Qwest informed me that I would be coming twice weekly.If you're struggling with addiction and unsure what to do or where to turn and have tried everything, then I highly recommend this place.

I can't say enough about this facility and the staff. I've been turned away at every clinic in Macon and Warner Robins. I had given up on treatment until a family member told me to call this place. I almost did not call but my sibling was very adamant. These are some of the most understanding, helpful, and nicest people I've ever met. Absolutely no judgement from the staff, unlike every other treatment facility i know of, you don't feel ashamed to be here. These people are saving my life and I can't thank or recommend them enough.

Community Development Systems, Inc. in Macon, GA is a wonderful establishment for youth. Community Development Systems, Inc. provides excellent care to their clients. The physicians, support staff, therapists, nurse and administrative staff are a critical part of Community Development Systems, Inc. These individuals provide the necessary resources that each client need. The therapists along with their support member(s) work well in making sure their clients are able to succeed in the program as well as everyday life. Whether it s the Core team or IFI team these individuals work diligently to insure that the children that they serve are thriving mentally as well as socially. There are three therapists working nonstop to provide as much assistance as possible to their clients. The individuals mentioned are: Mrs. T. Salley, Mr. B. Paige and Mr. T. White. These individuals have earned their college degrees and clinical training. They are proving every day that the children, on their teams, lives and mental stability are what matters. There are several support staff members who use their time and clinical training to provide the children with necessary information to build their coping skills. The members of the support staff mentioned are: Mr. W. Thorpe, Mr. J. Ivey and Mrs. Tish. I m able to inform that the physician that provides service do so with incite provided by the clients as well as their parent(s).
