My husband came home in April from his stay at Bridges. As a spouse I can’t say enough good things about this rehab. This was his fourth rehab at other places and hopefully the last. The program is fair, AA balanced and the guys have to work to stay. It is extremely well run and organized and the guys know what to expect. The camaraderie between staff and residents is genuine and the program works if one wants it to. I am very thankful to Chad and his guys for aiding my husband in his sobriety. One day at a time. I just left this place yesterday and to be honest the place has potential. It could be way better if they got stuff under control, but since they don’t have anything under control it’s just so much chaos there and the communication between staff, patients, and social workers are horrible. The communication between everybody in the building is horrible. Nobody ever knows anything and nothing is ever in order but other than that, the places fine. Shout out to Brandi, nurse Tae, Mr. AJ, Dejah, and Lauryn tho! The best staff there.

Known for its large population of Gulf War Veterans, Stapleton, Georgia is also home to Bridges of Hope. This long-term residential program provides a haven for men to connect with a higher power and achieve their addiction recovery goals. You’ll benefit from developing vital life skills and relationships to sustain recovery. What stands out most
For grown men such as myself. Who have made it by in active addiction until it truly became uncomfortable and all of the consequences of the life I was living started to catch up to me. This was just what I needed. If you are ready to get sober and have truly had enough there is no better place! You will dive deep into step work get through all your steps if your willing to be honest follow the program. The results and the experience at BOH and completely up to your willingness to be open to the process and willing to follow some direction. The Mangers and the others there that are there for you the right reasons are truly there to help you. Take the time you have there to be a sponge and soak up everything you can and learn how to live life a new way and this can be a life changing experience if your not willing to do these things it doesn’t matter what treatment center you go to your just doing time and taking up a bed for someone who is truly ready and it can be life or death. Roscoe is there to guide everyone and will always be there for current residents as well as those who are no longer there. He will always answer his phone and spend as much time as needed to help another addict/alcoholic he has truly found his calling in life and if you have the chance to get a bed at the Bridges of Hope I beg of you to hang with the winners, make life long friends and take advantage of every moment you have there. You never know when you leave that you will need the knowledge you learned there to fall back on and if your in a tough spot. Call Roscoe or anyone from the Bridges and they don’t care if your currently a resident or a past resident or in my case a resident who had been there multiple times. No judgement was ever held over my head just Love and friends that truly want to see you change your life. Except the help grow in your sobriety and help the next person. Stay in contact with the ones on the same page and I can tell your from personal experience I have lifelong friends who will always be there for me and any others that may need them. If you are considering going to the Bridges and you are ready to change your life and wiling to follow some simple directions and put in the work it’s truly amazing what God has in store for you. I have seen miracle after miracle. God bless the Bridges of Hope and what they are doing for everyone that walks through the door. You just have to be a man and be willing to do your part.

This place saved my life. It’s not the easiest program in the world but if you want to disconnect from the world and really start over with yourself and do better, this is the place to go. No phones no Internet no connection to the outside world except for snail mail, which sounds terrible and it does take some getting used to but, that's what I had to do to get my mind focused on recovery instead of worrying about everything else. If I ever get back in a tough spot and don't know where to go I can always call this place and they'll find me a bed if I'm serious about it. I thrive there and I’ve met some great guys in the program I’m still friends with.
