This bank has got the kindest women working! I can always call and speak to someone that's knowledgeable and friendly. They make me feel my little money matters! Even tho I don't live in that particular city, I won't change banks.

This place is very hands-on-If you have Medicaid it s wonderful to go to.. Otherwise, you have to pay $15-19 a day! Out of pocket .After five years, I finally found a place that takes my insurance that I have through work I was actually sad to go because I built a relationship with my counselor and the front desk attendant as well as the billing lady, but they never wanted to even try to run my insurance

This treatment center is hands down the best one I ve ever been to. Get ready cause my review is going to be a long one.Their rules might be alittle more strict on things than other clinics but the people who work there make it worth it.Cliff is the best counselor I ve ever been to. Not only has he helped me understand more about my addiction but he s helped me heal from some extremely traumatic and painful things that have happened in my life. He has helped me learn to laugh at myself, and I trust him , which is something I am not able to do very easily at all anymore with people. I don t thinkthere s anything I wouldn t tell him. He s helped me in beginning to forgive people , especially myself.Miss Lorraine is firecracker and sweetheart all in one. She is fair and kind and she doesn t pull punches. She ll do anything in the world to help someone who is willing to help themself but she s no pushover and she expects the best in us. I have grown to love her and have enormous respect for her. And I m grateful to her for everything she s done to help me with my recovery. She has encouraged me in ways she doesn t even realize.Nita!! One of the nurses. I adore Nita. If you want the truth, you ask Nita. She will encourage you, help anyway she can, but she will give you a swift kick in your behind if you need it. And I love that about her..she s real! I always miss her when she s out. Nita can make me laugh when no one can.I could go on and on about so many of them like Miss Cindy, Melissa, Sonya, Miss Sharon, Cody..each and all of them are very special to me in their own way.Cody is just getting started but I can already see he s going to help a lot of people who desperately need it in his career. He was born to do this. He s a great listener and he genuinely cares. His empathy for this struggle is genuine.Each of us have our story about how we got to this place in our life. Some started recreational drug use, some from an injury and started with prescription, some started from an injury and came to depend on the prescription to get thru mental pain as much as the physical. Some started trying to numb the mental pain that had nothing to do with physical pain.Whatever your reason may be, I pray you ll be able to get the help you need to be able to recover from it.I do know this, if you truly are sincere in wanting help and to get better..and you do the work and are honest with them, this group of people at Reliance will be there to help you thru it. Find which counselor is your fit and show up everyday and decide you want your life to get better and with God and the help of this group of people and your willingness to change and you can do it!I never thought my life would be this much better just 6 years ago. I didn t care if I lived or died. But I owe a lot of it to the people at this clinic who stuck with me and believed in me and encouraged me to keep doing the next right thing. I still have a ways to go..but thankfully I have their support to be able to do it.I found help, kindness and genuine support here not just a daily dose. Thank you to all the people at Reliance because yall are all very special to me.

This treatment center has the kindest staff. I been coming here for years. This place not only saved my life. It connected me with all the resources I need to have a better life. They go above and beyond for every patient. I recommend this place to anyone seeking treatment.

They are amazing they have helped me and my child and I couldn't ask for a better group of people they are a great support system and amazing people that work there. They always are there when we need them thank you to everyone one there y'all are awesome and amazing

Promise of hope helped me until I was ready to help myself. They welcomed me back after having been there twice. They have the knowledge of disease and the compassion that is needed to reach addicts and alcoholics. Denise and all the staff there have a true givers heart and dedication to fighting this disease. Truly blessed to have been able to go there.

To anyone that is looking for help for a love one this is a excellent place. My brother was here. When my brother made up his mind to go to the Braswell House for help he was a mess but after leaving the Braswell House 16 months later he is still clean.I THANK GOD FOR THIS PLACE AND THE STAFF!!

My family member has been here for almost 3 months and the Braswell house has transformed his life already. I am so thankful for the staff here. The care and compassion they have for the patients is remarkable. If your loved one is suffering from addiction I would highly recommend giving the Braswell House a call.

The counselors truly care about each person they encounter. *super encouraging!! It's not an easy program, however they guide you to being a better person. Everyone's situation is different but the same. If a person is ready to change their lifestyle this program is set up to guide you in the right direction.

I'm not a fan of their intake process, which I find more complicated than necessary. However, that's just my personal opinion, as mental health is not my field of expertise.The purpose of this review is to highlight the excellent service I received today from the receptionist, Ty Hutto. The level of professionalism, customer service, and kindness were truly commendable.

At first it was a bit of a change but had it not been for God and the love mess. Iris Mrs Mary Mrs bo and the ladies there is not be alive today. By the grace of God I've been clean nearly 16 yrs. I'm grateful for this place. I was mandated 6 months and stayed 14. I got my GED although I walked out I still hung on to what I learned and used the tools daily to stay clean.

This place really helps. It is really good and amazing. They really help you if you want a better life and if you wanna get sober. There's really amazing people there and really great teacher's that will help you with whatever you need help with.

Dr. Barton is an amazing doctor, very friendly & knowledgeable. He's the only doctor I've ever had that listens to me & actually treats my illness.

Very nice people, decent wait times, and they charge based on income so anyone can afford for help when they need it.

Dr. Shuman is good.The entire building is very clean and spacious.Comforting art all over.Front desk clerks are unfriendly.The crisis coordinator helped me find a facility for my child, and she didn't care that it took all day. She went above and beyond, and I can't thank her enough. The IC3 coordinator is amazing as well. When he says that he is going to be there for you anyway, he can; he means it; no matter what time or day. If I didn't have these two amazing people step in when they did; we wouldn't have gotten the help we needed.

They saved my son! He had been to a mental hospital in Savannah, the meds he was put on there made things 10 worse. Dr. Rosemary and Mrs. Cynthia Rodgers are a Godsend. As well as all the people involved with his care. I can't thank them enough. He is now on the right medication for him, achieving his goals and about to get his GED. One year ago I never thought we would be here. Amazing people, helpful,caring and nurturing .

Ms. Nikki was absolutely wonderful. She was the only one working when I was there and she helped me with my assessment as well as others that were walking in and calling on the phone, in a very timely manner. Thank you so much with the help on my odd custody case.

Do not come here if you have probationer/DFCS evaluations to get done. When you call to set up your walk-in appt, the staff does not tell you that your case worker/PO needs to sign a request form & they will not see you if you don t have it signed. Made my process longer by three weeks & was stressful.This not only happened to me, but to two other people on separate days. I had to come in the first time- was told to do a walk in assessment & was faced with this issue.I have yet to see the professional I was sent here to see, so this review is based on just the initiating processes alone- which are terrible & waste people s time.ETA: The staff themselves in the physical building are all doing their best with what they can. Obviously the state of communications is a result of lack of support from the State & local government. I really enjoyed my time with the staff I interacted with & I wish the best for those who work here.

Love taking my kids to this place Ashley is the sweetest person on earth always doing for others and my kids are doing great

I have been coming here for about 2 years and Ashley is always super sweet. They have always been professional and they have automated calls to remind you of your upcoming appointments. I'm very sad to see such bad reviews on here. I guess the only people that bother with a review is the people who have bad experiences. They have helped me so much!

I enjoy this meeting weekly. Lifelong friends. Sober. There are people with mandates. That's part of it. Overall? Great people, great atmosphere. Been in this same location for many years..must be doing something right. Grateful for this meeting.
