This is a very clean and great facility the nurses are great the tecks are great however the nurse practitioners who are wanna be doctors are horrible especially Jessica she told me that I had an STD which turns out I did not have... The test that she did was negative but she told me it was positive.... and when I was trying to ask her questions about that or ask her questions about my care she could not get off her phone to stop texting long enough to talk to me and I knew she was texting because I could see emojis on her phone she's very racist she doesn't like white people it was the worst experience I've ever had with a nurse practitioner or a doctor but she's not a doctor other than that this facility is amazing

I came here needing stability and tools to manage C-PTSD and trauma. Mister Blanco has helped me reconnect with my calm, and Mister Jackson is always there to support my needs. The staff, from the nurses to the therapists, operate with compassion and dedication.
I am especially honored to call Mr. Payne, a highly decorated combat Vietnam Veteran, my friend and mentor. The support I receive here is restorative. This facility is actively changing the trajectory of my life and helping me build a stable future for myself and my daughter.

My lady friend went her & they have treated her incredibly well.
This place isn't really well know but it deserves to be.
The staff was immaculate to her.
The only thing was the not smoking rule which is justified because it is a recover center.
Besides that I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Roscoe is there to guide everyone and will always be there for current residents as well as those who are no longer there. He will always answer his phone and spend as much time as needed to help another addict/alcoholic he has truly found his calling in life and if you have the chance to get a bed at the Bridges of Hope I beg of you to hang with the winners, make life long friends and take advantage of every moment you have there. You never know when you leave that you will need the knowledge you learned there to fall back on and if your in a tough spot. Call Roscoe or anyone from the Bridges and they don’t care if your currently a resident or a past resident or in my case a resident who had been there multiple times. This place saved my life. It’s not the easiest program in the world but if you want to disconnect from the world and really start over with yourself and do better, this is the place to go. No phones no Internet no connection to the outside world except for snail mail, which sounds terrible and it does take some getting used to but, that's what I had to do to get my mind focused on recovery instead of worrying about everything else. If I ever get back in a tough spot and don't know where to go I can always call this place and they'll find me a bed if I'm serious about it. I thrive there and I’ve met some great guys in the program I’m still friends with.

They really care about you and they . help you in your walk to recovery .and they got your back. .i been to other treatment centers here in macon like G...A and they all about the money and the people that own the place are very rude also they bring dogs in the place and let them run everywhere while you are in there . thats just nasty and if you miss a day going to the center this nutt still charges you for the does that you dont receive .like i said trinity treatment is the best they treat you like you are someboby .thats where i going to go. Recently had an alcohol detox for 5 days and while it felt like i was in jail, the staff was kind for the most part. Downsides are the fact you cant even see outdoors and the meals are pretty bad except for the desserts. That says a lot considering i dont really like sweets. Been sober for 9 days and feel waaaaay better! Special thanks to counselor Jessica Physician Assistant Danielle, and Big Gabriel. Yall are awesome! Thank you!!!😎👍

I unexpectedly ended up hospitalized for the last 5 nights. The entire staff has gone to way more than I would ever have hoped for to get me as comfortable and out of pain as possible. I am beyond grateful. The people who work here on every level are the very best. Even though they don't have a reason to do more than just their job they each and everyone go way above and completely over the top to help in any way they can. I no I give my nurses a hard time when I come but they no I mean well and it's all out of love and good laughter from Ms.Felicia at the front desk who checks me in who always have a smile and bright and chipper spirit every time I come in down to all the ladies who try and stick me and get blood I know I aggrave them all with my antics but they are a wonder group of women who cares about what they do. Dr.McQueen is such a caring and passionate doctor she talks to you break everything down to you and make sure you completely understand what's going on with you and you have a sound mind about everything. Now Ms.Billie she is the best at her job because I'm a hard stick you can hardly ever get blood from me and this lady gets it 1st try every time, call her Queen of port poke cause she will get that blood. Everyone here is so nice, comforting and you can always tell when someone loves what they do the passion attention to detail I appreciate them all I really do❤️ I'll see you lady's in 3wks 🤗

I normally don’t do these but I was so impressed with the services I received from Dr. Caldwell at Advantage. He was more concerned about finding out the truth and getting to the root of the problem than anything else. He wasn't trying to push medication on me or bill the insurance. He was more concerned with my health than anything. Would have given him 10 stars if it were an option. But the whole center in itself was a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for mental health needs!!
