When I made the ultimate decision to admit myself to this facility, I was greatest decision I've ever made in my life. It was a wonderful journey and a great experience. I learned so much about recovery, I learned so much about myself. They gave me all the tools, information, coping skills to manage myself with my addiction to stay clean and sober.
I am forever thankful and grateful to the entire staff for believing in me, and not giving up on me when I didn't believed myself and for also giving me a new lease on life to be the best of version myself so I can live the life I am supposed to live.

I normally don’t do these but I was so impressed with the services I received from Dr. Caldwell at Advantage. He was more concerned about finding out the truth and getting to the root of the problem than anything else. He wasn't trying to push medication on me or bill the insurance. He was more concerned with my health than anything. Would have given him 10 stars if it were an option. But the whole center in itself was a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for mental health needs!!

I had a very positive experience at Twin Lakes! The counselors were great and I loved all the techs. I learned much and laughed often. The classes were diverse, interesting and varied. Also, much fun for some of it. There were tears and much shared memories between the clients. I would 100% recommend for a place to have peace while healing your mind and spirit.

When I was completely hopeless and couldn't stop even when I wanted to, I didn't have anywhere to turn. My family didn't know how to help make the pain stop either but the staff at Athens Area Commencement Center did and they did so with love, compassion, and complete understanding. They saw me as a person in pain and not as a problem and helped me rebuild my life from the inside out.
Today I am a present mother and have a connection with that same family that was once as hopeless as I was, that I never thought was possible. If you want a way out, this place works miracles and I am one of them.

This is a very clean and great facility the nurses are great the tecks are great however the nurse practitioners who are wanna be doctors are horrible especially Jessica she told me that I had an STD which turns out I did not have... The test that she did was negative but she told me it was positive.... and when I was trying to ask her questions about that or ask her questions about my care she could not get off her phone to stop texting long enough to talk to me and I knew she was texting because I could see emojis on her phone she's very racist she doesn't like white people it was the worst experience I've ever had with a nurse practitioner or a doctor but she's not a doctor other than that this facility is amazing

This place isn't really well know but it deserves to be.
The staff was immaculate to her.
The only thing was the not smoking rule which is justified because it is a recover center.

I came through drug court in 2018 I went to the program Miss Sherry Miss Dolly walk me to that program change my life and later on make sure you call me up to keep up my meetings and then I ended up o a coordinator I love that job so much but when you have to deal with everyone's problems life situations every night it gets hard when you're trying to still fix yourself but I loved that job no I'm not exaggerating at all I love doing those guys and working through their problems it took so much out of my soul so when I had a filler staff member basically I thought he was attacking me and telling me what I needed to do and barking at me I didn't take it right so I stepped away from recovery I have no hate towards him but I've been around long enough to know all the dirt but I will never pass the dirt on unless it's needed so be careful Palm House

I've been hooked on meth for 20 years been in and out of jail this is the first time I have ever been sober. Without project Adam this would never be possible. Mike and Gina are the most caring and loving people I've ever met they have helped me so much that I'm in tears writing this.They truly care about there patients but they are also stern they are very serious about there program and are not going to tolerate any crap with out this structure in my life I would be in prison or dead,so I owe them my life cause they helped me to have a life. If anyone has anything bad to say about this program then that is someone that has tried to cheat or beat there program. I attended outpatient services at The Recovery Center after attending Serenity Grove for 30 days. The staff at The Recovery Center are very knowledgeable and caring. They offer continuing care as well which has been a great program. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get sober. I have been sober for a little over a year now and they helped get me here.

After I completed a 30-day inpatient program with their sister company, Serenity Grove, I decided to do two months of outpatient treatment. It was so nice to be able to transition from inpatient to outpatient with the same counselors and clients. It made me feel safe and more relaxed in a familiar setting. I added to the tools that I had learned at Serenity Grove and continued to work on my sobriety without going straight back to the "real world". I cannot thank AARC enough for their care. I still go once a week to their Continuing Care program, and I can do that for as long as I will ever need!

I have been going to the Monroe, Ga. location for over 20 years. I have had good experiences in most everything. I don't do good with counseling. The nurse Janice, is wonderful. She goes above and beyond to help any way she can. She is trying to retire I'm sure gonna miss her. Maureen is another great np. I recommend this place.
