I really enjoy the front desk staff here at this clinic. They are always friendly and thorough, regardless of how busy the clinic becomes. This area is highly populated with veterans so it can be very busy, but a little patience goes a long way. I appreciate the opportunity to be served by fellow veterans working at the VA. When it comes to parking, it can be a little difficult, even with the new lot across the street. I recommend coming earlier if your appointment time is after 11 AM so that you can find a spot.

I absolutely appreciate my PCP Dr.Clark, she is the best. I love how she provides care, she's concerned and knowledgeable about different approaches to healthcare.I thank God for her because she does get job extremely well. MY ENTIRE TEAM IS AMAZING MY NURSE IS AMAZING AS WELL. WHATEVER TEAM I AM ASSIGNED TOO, I APPRECIATE Y'ALL. THE CARE Y'ALL GIVE ME IS DEPENDABLE. THANKS

My husband is patient, we were told to take him to ER last week sat there or 8hrs all they did was give him something like Tylenol extra strength and some patches to use for muscle spamming. They took xrays and CT scan said they didn't see any blood clots. Drew blood and sent him home. They also told us to make followup appt with primary care Dr at clinic. Took him to see Dr appt today and we have to go back tomorrow to get more blood work. My husband is a very active person and for the last month he can't sleep and ever joint and muscle in his body is putting him in so much pain. Just trying to get up and down or ride in truck is making it worse. Just want to see him get back to normal. Hopefully they will be able to help him. Other wise I will try and get appt with different Drs.

I ve been going for over 6 years now and as long as you play nice and jump thru the hoop like a trained animal and is well. If anything the service has gotten better due to another company coming in and buying it. Also the price of the methadone hasn t change since I started coming idk if that s normally how it works. But they did make us stop paying for the monthly drug test. I have no problems in here at all.

I was hospitalized here in June of 2019 to August of 2019 in 3months I needed to be hospitalized here though because schizoaffective disorder came out of nowhere and I was very psychotic they help me out alot and I am grateful for all the help they gave me

I was there from 08/2019 until 02/2020. Severe depression and suicidal. I was in the East Unit. I was not expecting not much and was totally shocked. Wonderful hospital. The care I received was beyond exceptional. I Loved The Recovery Mall and the gym. The grounds are Beautiful to take walks. Doctors and staff are Awesome. Much better care and experience then private hospital I have been in.

Very fast care in emergency room.fast getting in a room. They done test and was on top of everything.the only down side was the so called food.had three eat able meals in 4 days. All doctors was great .the nurses was outstanding never had to press the call button once . always had me something to drink. Was very talkative very good at keeping you informed

I had no hope for my life, my family hated me, I didn't have any friends, I was contemplating suicide. This place saved my life, I'm so thankful!!

This is the place I first went to when I made it known my struggles with mental health. My mother found the closest place, via recommendation from a school counselor, and I have been with them since 2020 I believe. I have since become clean from many self harming behaviors, as well as went into therapy which has helped me so much. I absolutely love Natalie the therapist, she is such a good therapist and I enjoy talking to her even if it s just about random things sometimes instead of therapy. My psychiatrist has had her moments, and I m on the edge about switching honestly, but regardless she has helped me get onto some of the right medications and has tried her best to keep me up to date with bloodwork to check for any major concerns regarding my medication. And I appreciate her efforts to help me. I ve switched through nurses about twice, but my new nurse Dale is wonderful. She s gentle when taking blood, which is wonderful since I m prone to passing out!! And she is funny, she has a very uplifting personality from what I can tell. Overall, I am pleased with this establishment. 10/10 on almost all aspects.
