For grown men such as myself. Who have made it by in active addiction until it truly became uncomfortable and all of the consequences of the life I was living started to catch up to me. This was just what I needed. If you are ready to get sober and have truly had enough there is no better place! You will dive deep into step work get through all your steps if your willing to be honest follow the program. The results and the experience at BOH and completely up to your willingness to be open to the process and willing to follow some direction. The Mangers and the others there that are there for you the right reasons are truly there to help you. Take the time you have there to be a sponge and soak up everything you can and learn how to live life a new way and this can be a life changing experience if your not willing to do these things it doesn’t matter what treatment center you go to your just doing time and taking up a bed for someone who is truly ready and it can be life or death. Roscoe is there to guide everyone and will always be there for current residents as well as those who are no longer there. He will always answer his phone and spend as much time as needed to help another addict/alcoholic he has truly found his calling in life and if you have the chance to get a bed at the Bridges of Hope I beg of you to hang with the winners, make life long friends and take advantage of every moment you have there. You never know when you leave that you will need the knowledge you learned there to fall back on and if your in a tough spot. Call Roscoe or anyone from the Bridges and they don’t care if your currently a resident or a past resident or in my case a resident who had been there multiple times. This place saved my life. It’s not the easiest program in the world but if you want to disconnect from the world and really start over with yourself and do better, this is the place to go. No phones no Internet no connection to the outside world except for snail mail, which sounds terrible and it does take some getting used to but, that's what I had to do to get my mind focused on recovery instead of worrying about everything else. If I ever get back in a tough spot and don't know where to go I can always call this place and they'll find me a bed if I'm serious about it. I thrive there and I’ve met some great guys in the program I’m still friends with.

When I made the ultimate decision to admit myself to this facility, I was greatest decision I've ever made in my life. It was a wonderful journey and a great experience. I learned so much about recovery, I learned so much about myself. They gave me all the tools, information, coping skills to manage myself with my addiction to stay clean and sober.
I am forever thankful and grateful to the entire staff for believing in me, and not giving up on me when I didn't believed myself and for also giving me a new lease on life to be the best of version myself so I can live the life I am supposed to live.

I unexpectedly ended up hospitalized for the last 5 nights. The entire staff has gone to way more than I would ever have hoped for to get me as comfortable and out of pain as possible. I no I give my nurses a hard time when I come but they no I mean well and it's all out of love and good laughter from Ms.Felicia at the front desk who checks me in who always have a smile and bright and chipper spirit every time I come in down to all the ladies who try and stick me and get blood I know I aggrave them all with my antics but they are a wonder group of women who cares about what they do. Dr.McQueen is such a caring and passionate doctor she talks to you break everything down to you and make sure you completely understand what's going on with you and you have a sound mind about everything. Now Ms.Billie she is the best at her job because I'm a hard stick you can hardly ever get blood from me and this lady gets it 1st try every time, call her Queen of port poke cause she will get that blood. Everyone here is so nice, comforting and you can always tell when someone loves what they do the passion attention to detail I appreciate them all I really do❤️ I'll see you lady's in 3wks 🤗

I normally don’t do these but I was so impressed with the services I received from Dr. Caldwell at Advantage. He was more concerned about finding out the truth and getting to the root of the problem than anything else. He wasn't trying to push medication on me or bill the insurance. He was more concerned with my health than anything. Would have given him 10 stars if it were an option. But the whole center in itself was a very pleasant experience. Honestly I love Dr Durden, he's amazing and so sweet. I have white coat syndrome which either makes me ramble or I don't speak at all, he was so courteous and cracked a lot of jokes while listening to me the whole time. I have ADHD and did not want to be on stimulants so we tried something I was on as a child, sadly it no longer seems to work so he put me on something else that works wonders. He listened to me communicate my issues, gave advice and simultaneously told me the probable cause of the issue. I will say front desk does rent to never answer calls, and they don't really speak unless you ask them questions. As far as that goes o can get over it relatively easily as I'm not too conversational with most and it makes checking in less awkward for me. The phone issue is a bit aggravating but when I call the operator instead of front desk she helps me out pretty quickly and is very courteous.

Dr. Shuman is good.
The entire building is very clean and spacious.
Comforting art all over.
Front desk clerks are unfriendly.
The crisis coordinator helped me find a facility for my child, and she didn't care that it took all day. She went above and beyond, and I can't thank her enough. 👏🏾👏🏾
The IC3 coordinator is amazing as well. When he says that he is going to be there for you anyway, he can; he means it; no matter what time or day. If I didn't have these two amazing people step in when they did; we wouldn't have gotten the help we needed. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
