It’s Black Friday so it’s kind of slow, but otherwise it’s pretty decent

The care I have received at the Carl Vinson VA Medical Center has been genuinely life-changing. ​I came here needing stability and tools to manage C-PTSD and trauma. Mister Blanco has helped me reconnect with my calm, and Mister Jackson is always there to support my needs. The staff, from the nurses to the therapists, operate with compassion and dedication. ​I am especially honored to call Mr. Payne, a highly decorated combat Vietnam Veteran, my friend and mentor. The support I receive here is restorative. This facility is actively changing the trajectory of my life and helping me build a stable future for myself and my daughter. ​If you are a veteran struggling and considering treatment, please know this place is a resource where you will be respected, believed, and given the support you need. After being let down by providers over and over again, I finally reached out to River Edge thinking they could give me a list of recommended providers. They saw my child and I feel so confident in their ability and resources. The intake process is a little time consuming but so glad we stuck with it!

This is a place that is doing something miraculous for people like me who can't afford mental health care. And these people truly care. It shows. They're patient, friendly, and dependable. I honestly can't thank them enough. You've helped me restart my life.

I work at a different behavioral health facility, and myself, and co workers came to visit their supported employment! The staff was friendly, informative, and very open minded. They welcomed us with open arms! I love their space it’s so big, and beautiful ❤️

To anyone that is looking for help for a love one this is a excellent place. My brother was here. When my brother made up his mind to go to the Braswell House for help he was a mess but after leaving the Braswell House 16 months later he is still clean. I THANK GOD FOR THIS PLACE AND THE STAFF!!

My family member has been here for almost 3 months and the Braswell house has transformed his life already. I am so thankful for the staff here. The care and compassion they have for the patients is remarkable. If your loved one is suffering from addiction I would highly recommend giving the Braswell House a call.

The counselors truly care about each person they encounter. *super encouraging!! It's not an easy program, however they guide you to being a better person. Everyone's situation is different but the same. If a person is ready to change their lifestyle this program is set up to guide you in the right direction.

i actually went here when i was in middle school and ive graduated highschool and im gonna go back because i feel the experience was just not like any other help i got plus it was fun and we use to do activities and field trips 10/10 would recommend

This was my first time going in office for anything . It was beyond a great experience. They listened to my concerns and actually did something about it right then.

This is a very clean and great facility the nurses are great the tecks are great however the nurse practitioners who are wanna be doctors are horrible especially Jessica she told me that I had an STD which turns out I did not have... The test that she did was negative but she told me it was positive.... and when I was trying to ask her questions about that or ask her questions about my care she could not get off her phone to stop texting long enough to talk to me and I knew she was texting because I could see emojis on her phone she's very racist she doesn't like white people it was the worst experience I've ever had with a nurse practitioner or a doctor but she's not a doctor other than that this facility is amazing

This place saved my life.... The people that work there are very caring and understanding and the truly care its not just about a paycheck they enjoy helping people in the right way... And willing to allow you to grow and don't throw you out like some places do they give you a chance and believe in you and that makes me strive to make it especially for these haters that say untrue stuff on here about new Pointe because they can't get there way so I'm here to state the truth this place deserves a 5 star and they make you feel comfortable and except we are human but progress and practice makes perfection.... It's good to be at a place that has workers that have hearts and want to see all of us make it.... And they allow you to grow and make your own desicions as far as if you think your ready to begin to a point where you are ready to ween yourself because they know that's the only way we as addicts are gonna make it without having to start all over again addiction to herion and pills is a hard thing to over come on your own and it has cured me of my herion addiction it's taken them cravings and the people along with it has gave me the drive to stay with it I haven't ever succeeded at this disease of addiction yet and I've been suffering off and on since I was 13 without any success until now it's been almost a year and I have made so many improvements in my life and I've had people around me who have noticed the difference in me as well I just inspire to do better and better when I never kept the assent I've thus far like I said it's going on a year now and I have no desire to go back to herion thank yall so much I love yall and I hate to see anything bad said about yall because I feel yall are godsent for me as a herion addict yall have helped change my life I love yall more then you know.... I cannot believe there would be one single bad post about these compassionate people but that's how it is your always gonna have that one or two that didn't want to make it and wanted to not get better and wanting to blame someone else for them not trying to do better.....

This place has been a heaven sent I go to the one in Lawrenceville. The staff is professional. Counselors don't really seem to stay but in no way has this affect my treatment GG and I feel horrible I can't remember the new girls name but she has braids, keeps her nails done and always looks beautiful. I wish I couod remember her name but she's there every Saturday. The new Counselor seems to be pretty good. Someone left a comment about the owners only want your money well considering this is there business and they provide us with our meds and counseling and anything else we may need. I don't think it's asking to much that you pay. There are government methadone facilities they can help you if you can't pay. This place is a private methadone clinic. This is the owners job. You want to get paid for your services you provide at your job and its the same for them. However with that said these owners have Ben there for me when I got hurt at work and couldn't pay for over a month, and there been other bumps in the road when I didn't have the money but still wasn't turned away. I always kept my word and brought my account back up to paid off. Maybe this place isn't for everyone but if you are serious about getting well and putting the work in then I feel they have my back. Thank you guys nurses owners and Counselor for saving my life ❤️

Staff was replaced constantly. Never had the same counselor for more than a few weeks. The owner doesn't care about anything but the money. If you have insurance, find one the several clinics that accept insurance and will bill it. I asked several times for an itemized statement with the ICD10 code so I could submit claims to my insurance. No one knew anything about medical billing and they had a difficult time just printing anything out.

Great service

Had an appointment today with Dr. Leena Mane. Just moved from out of state. She was kind and listened, put in all my consults and meds. Her nurses were also awesome. They were Knowledgeable and fun to have my experience with today. I wish I knew there names so I could recognize them on here as well! Update: the amazing nurse was Naydine Lewis. Thank you for the great care.

Customer Service is outstanding. The professional phlebotomist took wonderful care of me. Thanks for being awesome.

As an alumni of the breakthru house I can speak on them for days. This place taught me to crawl after I fell flat on my face in life. The love and support from the staff there is beyond amazing. There is an anointing on everyone that works there! You can feel it in the air the second you arrive. I was mandated there by the court so the officers delivered me to them. They would not allow me to enter still in shackles. That moment changed everything for me. I was finally free! The staff there taught me how to remain free of those shackles and I am forever grateful for the help they freely gave with no expectations in return other than my success. Everything I have now is because they took a chance on me. Thank you breakthru for being there for me!!

My life has changed I'm happy and I'm not using thanks for helping me understand that I can live without using drugs I'm almost 2 years clean thank you. Ruby .S
