This was just what I needed. If you are ready to get sober and have truly had enough there is no better place! You will dive deep into step work get through all your steps if your willing to be honest follow the program. The results and the experience at BOH and completely up to your willingness to be open to the process and willing to follow some direction. The Mangers and the others there that are there for you the right reasons are truly there to help you. Take the time you have there to be a sponge and soak up everything you can and learn how to live life a new way and this can be a life changing experience if your not willing to do these things it doesn’t matter what treatment center you go to your just doing time and taking up a bed for someone who is truly ready and it can be life or death. Roscoe is there to guide everyone and will always be there for current residents as well as those who are no longer there. He will always answer his phone and spend as much time as needed to help another addict/alcoholic he has truly found his calling in life and if you have the chance to get a bed at the Bridges of Hope I beg of you to hang with the winners, make life long friends and take advantage of every moment you have there. This place saved my life. It’s not the easiest program in the world but if you want to disconnect from the world and really start over with yourself and do better, this is the place to go. No phones no Internet no connection to the outside world except for snail mail, which sounds terrible and it does take some getting used to but, that's what I had to do to get my mind focused on recovery instead of worrying about everything else. If I ever get back in a tough spot and don't know where to go I can always call this place and they'll find me a bed if I'm serious about it. I thrive there and I’ve met some great guys in the program I’m still friends with.

My daughter chose to admit herself to Bluff because its is a dual diagnosis facility. She was afraid the first day because she was out of her comfort zone. However, the doctors, nurses, therapists and techs made her feel comfortable and through their actions really showed her that they cared about her health and her whole well being. Her psychological team re evaluated her bipolar medical need of necessity and adjusted/changed some of her meds. As a result, mentally she is no longer in a fog. She is now talkative, willing to volunteer to do things and make necessary changes. She enjoyed the food and friendly kitchen staff. Bluff conducted both individual and group therapy. They encourage family involvement by offering visitation/group therapy weekly and one weekend in the mo. they have a 2 day family program that is very beneficial to attend as the loved ones are educated on addiction and how it relates to what they are feeling. Horse and music therapy are great! Bluff is worth it!

Best out- patient services I have connected with. The meetings are so helpful and everyone there truly wants to be there. It is very helpful that the therapists and case managers are not just standard run of the mill strangers, they are in recovery as well so they have the same experiences and can truly understand how hard life can be. I went to this place on my own with no idea how to stop and now I have graduated and over 2 months sober. They helped me get very affordable health insurance that covered everything! I am grateful for everyone I have met here and for my counselors who I get to keep seeing. The aftercare is free and you can keep going as long as you like. Please give this place a try. The old negative reviews are not my experience at all. It works if you work it.

I don't know where the person that waits for hours to get there methadone but I've never had to wait longer than 45 min. and that's because I went during the busiest time. I'm usually in and out in 15 minutes and if you stay clean you phase up . You might get phase 6, you dose there and take home 6 for the rest of the week. Then you go up from there and the people there are very nice and helpful. Someone lying about how things down there are doing nothing but causing someone not getting help that they need.

I have been going here for a very long time, this place is not perfect but I can easily say the Current Program Director (Ms Christina) and the nurses (Jo and Shelby) have really done Alot to fix the issues. Before this director there have been times where the wait was over 5 hours! It no longer is like that, she's very nice, the counselors I have encountered are also nice and tend to help. I give the current staff a ton of credit, dealing with really difficult patients and fixing the wait time issues, It's not perfect. I'm sure they're still fixing things but I could definitely say that this facility is so much better than it has been in the past. Great job to the

Staff and programs are refreshing and hands down more effective, holistic, professional, communicative, and involved than any others. They passionately work with patients and families to change lives. The follow through with support programs for depression and substance abuse is unprecedented in 10 years of struggle. Promise of hope helped me until I was ready to help myself. They welcomed me back after having been there twice. The staff is great. Mrs. Sheryl is always helpful, Reggie is running that place just right. And my counselor is very professional and considerate of my needs. Tiffany and Elise are very good at there job. They get you right in and out. They have changed my life for the better in just a few days. Before I found this place I was in a dark place in my life with my addictions. The night before I found this wonderful new family I have now, I was ready to give up. I was never much of a drinker but they welcomed me with open arms and accepted me as I was. I now know I was a Alcoholic in my ways, we are share the same feelings, emotions, trauma and depression that controlled our lives that lead us down a road of despair. I now have a family that helps me with my daily struggles and gave me the suggestions I needed to live a live of sobriety and I could never thank them enough.
