I have been to many treatment centers during my recovery, but the Bluff has been the best one by far. The entire staff was helpful and I received the support I desperately needed for my recovery. I dealt with Morgan and Phil the most because they were my case manager and therapist. I cannot put into words how great these individuals were in aiding my recovery. I have been to treatment centers along the east coast and they were good; however, I recommend looking into the Bluff if you need help.

Great experience, Staff was helpful at all levels. From the folks during my intake process down to my final days in the program. The information I received in regards to my addiction has given me the tools needed to be successful in my recovery. I'd like to thank personally my case Mgr John.O and therapist Billy. T for their commitment to me and their ability to customize their teachings for me and really personalized my journey to fit my needs. I didn't feel as if I was a number or just another guy passing through. The night techs were incredible. Miss Torri, Stephanie, and Raven were all great listeners who gave awesome feedback and encouragement when I needed it. I cant forger Miss Rose at nursing. Love them all.

The Bluff facility and staff were wonderful. The experience as a whole really help me in my recovery and prepared me for a future of sobriety.

Booking an appointment was simple and convenient through the online system. I appreciated the clear provider descriptions and areas of specialization, which made finding a good match straightforward. The registration and check-in process was smooth, and I’ve stayed informed with timely text reminders about upcoming appointments. Overall, a very organized and user-friendly experience.

Visit with Chelsea was great. She actually listens & problem solves.

I can’t say enough great things about Mr. Niles. From the very beginning, he has been professional, supportive, and truly dedicated to helping me work through challenges. He takes the time to listen without judgment, ask thoughtful questions, and provide practical guidance that I can actually apply in my daily life. What really stands out is the way Mr. Niles creates a comfortable and safe space. I always leave our sessions feeling heard, understood, and encouraged. He’s helped me gain clarity in areas where I felt stuck and offered tools to improve my confidence and focus. If you’re looking for someone who is compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in your growth, I highly recommend Mr. Niles. Working with him has been a positive and transformative experience.

Mr. Al has helped me tremendously throughout some difficult times and has given me the opportunity to focus on the important things in life. In 3 months time I feel like I’ve gained skills to aid me for a lifetime. With his assistance I’m confident I can handle all of life’s storms. Highly recommend!

I have not snapped on my husband or made it to the jail report in the 18yrs we've been married.. When I get to that point, I schedule 😂 Seriously speaking, if your marriage is in need of repair, reconnection, re-chemistry, re-avoid'jail'time, if your family as a whole needs help, If your kids need guidance or you as a single person, need a good Come to your senses talk! We've had the opportunity to work with Al. Jones and we 10 outta 10 recommend ‼️Judgement free, sense of humor, great pointers, and the ability to make you think and stare accountability in the face! And shout out to the receptionist her customer service skills are on point!

I was referred to Jones Behavioral Health by a family friend and had the pleasure of being paired with Janiah. She is an amazing therapist who truly encourages thoughtful reflection on life and personal choices. She will laugh with you, she will cry with you and guide you on your healing journey. I couldn’t have asked for a better therapist! Additionally, the front desk staff is consistently welcoming and helpful, ensuring a warm and positive welcome!!

Received excellent care in the Dental Clinic! Dr. Keller and staff were friendly and professional. I have an orthodontist consult appointment coming up. Special thanks to Mr. Marquise for scheduling upcoming appts in a timely matter. I wanted to give five stars but the parking is horrible in this facility.🙃

I have been a patient at Charlie Norwood for a few years. Outside of my VA experience in Springfield, MA this is the only other VA experience I have and I am well pleased with the service I have received to date. I’m extremely grateful to say my care has been extraordinary. The staff at the VA are a microcosm of greater society which is no different than the military. I’ve seen others articulate their not so great experiences and I wish it were different for them. Still, I loath the fact that veterans think every ill in their lives is the responsibility of the government. I’ve never seen so many people purport to be kick-butt take name warriors on active duty but act like they lack the mental dexterity to simply breathe once they become a civilian veteran. I’m am exhausted with these two-bit hustling oxygen thieves doing everything under the sun to fake injuries to garner personal financial gain. You chose to join the military. You have not cornered the market on “American Freedom” as there are plenty other people who have never worn a uniform that have also sacrificed. I’m sick of you greedy thieves hooping and hollering for attention while those who truly have bonafide ocular injuries can barely get their just due because the greedy scofflaws are getting shyt they don’t deserve. Tragically veterans know other veterans are scammers but instead of utilizing the integrity and moral courage we allegedly have to call these hustlers to the carpet, you simply turn a blind eye. Get over yourselves and stop thinking my tax dollars are supposed to fund every move you make and breathe you take!

I went to this place on my own with no idea how to stop and now I have graduated and over 2 months sober. They helped me get very affordable health insurance that covered everything! I am grateful for everyone I have met here and for my counselors who I get to keep seeing. The aftercare is free and you can keep going as long as you like. Please give this place a try. The old negative reviews are not my experience at all. It works if you work it.

Haven't started my treatment yet but the Welcome within this place made me feel like the Holy Spirit was all up in them walls...I can not wait to see me progress with Stepping Stone💯
