Guest dosed here while in SC, to be with my daughter while she gave birth to my grandson. My home clinic is the BHG Nashville Treatment Center. I was in and out in minutes, they had my guest dosing paperwork, and all 27 doses ready for me when I got there. Not sure how they bill, but I know in Nashville they tell you the contract says one thing, when it says something else. Aiken BHG was on top of their assignments and did a great job. Wish I could give the Aiken location more than 5 stars!!

When I 1st started BHG I was literally the definition of rock bottom, if I would of waited another day to come, I probably wouldn't be making this review right now, fentanyl had taken over my life, when I woke up in the morning F is the 1st thing I would do, and think about, the min my eyes opened I was scheming on how I was going to get my pills for the day and of course my wake up for the next day or I wouldn't be able to get out of the bed. When I 1st walked in them doors and walked up to the reception desk she must of seen the pain and desperation on my face, before I could even say anything, she looked at me and said you can let it all go now, your going to make it, we are going to get through this together and she came out to the waiting area and gave me the mother's hug that I needed so much at that time, well she wasn't the receptionist, who are absolutely great, but her name is nurse Kelly, from that day forward February 16th 2022 I have not touched another fentanyl pill , patch or how ever I could get it in my system. By the grace of God leading me in them doors that day, to a group of some of the most caring people, I'm free , all the staff and counselors are just amazing and Daylin my counselor is beyond great, he has a way to instantly make you feel comfortable and you can tell that this just ain't a pay check to him, you can tell that his concern is sincere and he truly wants to be a part of your journey to be clean if I could give BHG 10 stars I would, Thank you BHG for saving me.

The staff was professional and kind I would like to point out the excellent kindness of the ladies in the assesment office. It is hard these days to find people of their quality and caring. The only downside that I experienced was not being informed by the doctors at any time during her stay as to her condition or her treatment. Thank you Dave barnes

I liked most of the staff and Nurses. I really liked Ashlyn, Christy, and a black nurse that worked night shift. The food was pretty good and they kept it clean and with several things for me to do. It helped me a lot being there

Staff and programs are refreshing and hands down more effective, holistic, professional, communicative, and involved than any others. They passionately work with patients and families to change lives. The follow through with support programs for depression and substance abuse is unprecedented in 10 years of struggle. They treat the whole person and are teaching life skills that our son needs to live as he recovers. So helpful that insurance covers most of the costs.

My name is Roscoe Hammond jr and when I went here back in 2020 during cOVID-19 I actually enjoyed here better then home yea a lot of fights broke out but the staff when had back then was fire like Mr ray was my favorite staff and they feed u really good we always was having fun doing some type of activity’s they made sure we called our parents and just overall I just loved it there

I was overwhelmed and had some trouble coming off of my meds and ended up being able to stay at Lighthouse for a few days and it was truly such a great and wholesome experience! There are SO many staff members who genuinely care about the patients.

Before I found this place I was in a dark place in my life with my addictions. The night before I found this wonderful new family I have now, I was ready to give up. I was never much of a drinker but they welcomed me with open arms and accepted me as I was. I now know I was a Alcoholic in my ways, we are share the same feelings, emotions, trauma and depression that controlled our lives that lead us down a road of despair. I now have a family that helps me with my daily struggles and gave me the suggestions I needed to live a live of sobriety and I could never thank them enough. Thank you everyone at westside that helped me change my life and continue to live a healthy and happy life one day at a time!!

Great people who care trying to do the next right thing. A place that makes you feel like your truly not alone and your at home. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a solid meeting schedule with quality topics trying to further their journey in sobriety.
