My friend is at Faith Home in Greenwood and has been there twice. The first time he came out too early and relapsed. He just graduated and is a totally different person. He decided to stay this time as a staff member to share his experience with the new guys coming in. I just cant believe how much he has changed. Faith Home has saved his life. I attended the graduation ceremony and was so amazed at the turn out of the alumni. The service itself was so full of love and excitement for the lord it was over flowing. The testimonies were so heart felt it would make you cry. If it wasn't so far to drive there i think i would go every Saturday night just to feel the love of God filling up the room. The Oaks is where life begins anew. I went to the Oaks after drinking and more. How I got there is a story in its self. What I encountered at the Oaks was unbelievable. People who understood me and my problems. Then I was handed the book and my life changed. After my time there I’ve helped a few men myself get there lives back the same way. Once you learn the program you’ll have a better understanding of how to handle life.
Since leaving the Oaks I’ve had many many great days. I’ve had meaningful relationships with people. I may have left my drinking buddies behind but I’ve gained some real friends.

Seeing my husband be restored through working his program at Oaks Recovery I wanted what he had and I knew where to find it.
