I did not know what to expect when I came into rehab. The staff made me feel right at home. The facility was clean, the rules were solid and it was a safe environment. My therapist, Billy T., really helped me a lot through process groups and one-on-one sessions. I have tried therapy in the past but never gotten so much out of it. Really some huge breakthroughs I did not expect because I do not generally like therapy. John O handled all my outside concerns thoroughly and timely and the things that were important were treated as important. Same for Woody who delt with all the HR stuff with my work like FMLA. Overall the entire staff was great, and I also liked Tyler P's morning reflections.The food is also great and you can smoke cigarettes.

My experience at the Bluff was unlike anything that I've ever experienced in treatment. The staff is amazing and really cares. I would recommend the Bluff to anyone seeking treatment.

She is an amazing therapist who truly encourages thoughtful reflection on life and personal choices. She will laugh with you, she will cry with you and guide you on your healing journey. I couldn t have asked for a better therapist! Additionally, the front desk staff is consistently welcoming and helpful, ensuring a warm and positive welcome!!

Ok I'd normally not rate or review a recovery center. Due to the whole anonymous aspect of recovery. However I'm definitely not ashamed of being clean and sober. The people I shout out will be first name only. This place truly is a great place to regain your sobriety. The food was House of pizze style food. With a touch of Bojangles thrown in. Which is from my home town. So def no complaints with that. The staff are great. Just a understaffed. Which is not there fault! Treatment was very good. Always respectful. Mr. Turner was very helpful and fair. Lane was a inspiration! Always dropping knowledge. Meech from corporate was a walking Big Book. Tara is very helpful and always there. Candy is a angel that brightens every situation shes a part of. Matt deserves a raise. Devon also needs a promotion. Everyone i met. The staff & patients minus one or two were great people Most people that come through. They are in a very dark place. So you have to be accepting of others and there situation. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone that needs help changing their life for the better. Mr Bob should have his own office. If ya know ya know! God bless everyone that's part of the staff!

Myth, thirty day treatment program at waypoint recovery was a very good enlightening experience. I would be line if I said rehab. It was not difficult and without obstacles, but I left there with the tools to continue my recovery. The staff, food and living accommodationsWe're very good. I would definitely recommend waypoint, recovery to any friend or family member in need. Thank God for getting me there in one piece.

Waypoint saved my life, while I was there alongside the workshops and counciling, I was allowed to help restore the barn for the goats they have, it taught me I could do the work I love to do and have something other than alcohol to drink when the day was over. I was allowed to play music, which is therapy for me. Everyone was professional, but friendly. Tara, lane, and Candy are top notch, I couldn't recommend a better place if you or someone you know is seeking hep

I went to this place on my own with no idea how to stop and now I have graduated and over 2 months sober. They helped me get very affordable health insurance that covered everything! I am grateful for everyone I have met here and for my counselors who I get to keep seeing. The aftercare is free and you can keep going as long as you like. Please give this place a try. The old negative reviews are not my experience at all. It works if you work it.

Haven't started my treatment yet but the Welcome within this place made me feel like the Holy Spirit was all up in them walls...I can not wait to see me progress with Stepping Stone

I have been going here for a very long time, this place is not perfect but I can easily say the Current Program Director (Ms Christina) and the nurses (Jo and Shelby) have really done Alot to fix the issues. Before this director there have been times where the wait was over 5 hours! It no longer is like that, she's very nice, the counselors I have encountered are also nice and tend to help. I give the current staff a ton of credit, dealing with really difficult patients and fixing the wait time issues, It's not perfect. I'm sure they're still fixing things but I could definitely say that this facility is so much better than it has been in the past. Great job to the

Hi I want to start off by saying this location has been down to one nurse ms joy to dose today and 2 the last several days and they have been putting in extra hours to make sure every one is getting there meds the director and ms Alisha was also helping cause wait time is 5 hours these workers all deserve a huge shout out and a raise for keeping there cool and fretting everyone out and passing out take Homes to those who get them I m very thankful!!!!thanks to all the staff !!!!!!! we do recover

Great clinic most the time

I've always been treated with respect there. But I also treat the staff with respect so maybe that's the reason why I get treated so well because I treat them with respect also. I do you know that there are terrible about picking up the phone at the different departments which is about the only thing I'm frustrated with them about.

I have had very good experiences with Augusta VAMC from 1990-2001 and from 6/24 to 1/8/25 (present). My experiences throughout the network of VAMCs and CBOCs from FL to CA spans 50 years and has provided mostly very good service. The exception to good experiences encountered at VAMCs throughout the United States is the ATL VAMC , truly a systemic failure.

Kind staff and a great doctor. I have had challenges beyond the scope of the clinic that their staff has supported me through.

I have to say that this place is a miracle for me. I used to go to New Seasons Metro Treatment Center on Tabacco Rd. I was paying 20$ per day for 3 years because i had no insurance and i always struggled to get my medication because that is alot of money for anyone to pay per day. I was denied medicaid so i didnt know what to do. And i had told the counselors there about my struggles financially and the director Christina who does nothing but try and suck money out of people . So last week i could not pay for my meds and they would not help at all i was going to have to go sick. I have been clean for over 7 years from pain pills . And now i was going to have to be sick becuase i could not pay them and i always do what im supposed like have clean drug tests and go to meetings. So i met with the director Christina and she all of a sudden tells me about Serenity Behavioral health. I went straight over there and got an assesment and a doctors appointment for the next day. That place did more for me in 2 days then the othere did for me in almost 4 years treatment. I paid only 20 bucks for all my medications and they helped me with antidepressants as well. The whole team over there was very supportive for me and was on the ball to help get me setup so i did not get sick. Thank you Serenity Behavioral healthfor everything. And if you are reading this Never i Repeat Never got to New Seasons Metro Treatment Center on Tabacco Rd. That place should be ashamed of what they do. Only a couple good counselors over there that really care and i appreciate them but all the others are horrible

Mrs. Javon in Building E has went above and beyond to help me get housing. I ve tried for years, but got nowhere with any resources. I was suffering with depression and other health issues. Due to Mrs. Javon s help I ve gone from homeless to being able to have my own home. I m can t explain the appreciation that I have for all the work Mrs. Javon did for me. I m am truly grateful, and blessed that God allowed for us to meet at Building E. Mrs. Javon is the best at what she does. I have nothing, but love for her. Without Mrs. Javon I would still be homeless. Thank you with all my heart, Mrs. Javon.

I was skeptical about this place at first because of the ratings, but all the workers here were so genuine & kind. One of the workers who seriously made an impact was Mrs Carolyn and Mr David. Mrs Carolyn gave me a hug when i first got here as she knew i was in a bad mental spot. Will forever remember her.

Best place I ve been to. Nurses are chill. I loved Mr.Glenn and Mrs.Jennifer. They are the most understanding, chillest people i ve ever interacted with . I made some mistakes while here and they won t yell at you or make you feel bad, they were really understanding. Food is amazing! You go outside, are allowed to play xbox (they have provided), watch tv and they have good groups. You also have plenty of time to do school work. People fail to realize other people can only help you so much and you have to help yourself as well. You can t rely on others to solve all your problems which I feel is why people give bad reviews. I do wish we were allowed to bring more clothing choices but no biggie!

Had a friend with an arrhythmia from out of town. Er and cardiology was great. Back into normal rhythm but observation over night the am meds and breakfast were missed so delayed discharge due to bp being elevated (missed meds) currently still cannot get records sent to home office when the admit was February! Medical records clearly needs help

Wonderful nurses the whole visit. Everyone was so nice and professional. Didn t see but 3 drs so far. The only complaint I have is that the Dr that saw me yesterday told me I was on antibiotics for my diverticulitis and I haven t had the first antibiotic and am in severe pain so I know it is not healing. Usually after taking antibiotics for the first day it starts getting better and it is only getting worse.

The 5 star is for Miss Elizabeth B. She really is great at her job. Very understanding and relates to many of us. She genuinely cares and lradac is blessed to have someone like her there
