I went to this place on my own with no idea how to stop and now I have graduated and over 2 months sober. They helped me get very affordable health insurance that covered everything! I am grateful for everyone I have met here and for my counselors who I get to keep seeing. The aftercare is free and you can keep going as long as you like. Please give this place a try. The old negative reviews are not my experience at all. It works if you work it.

I have been going here for a very long time, this place is not perfect but I can easily say the Current Program Director (Ms Christina) and the nurses (Jo and Shelby) have really done Alot to fix the issues. Before this director there have been times where the wait was over 5 hours! It no longer is like that, she's very nice, the counselors I have encountered are also nice and tend to help. I give the current staff a ton of credit, dealing with really difficult patients and fixing the wait time issues, It's not perfect. I'm sure they're still fixing things but I could definitely say that this facility is so much better than it has been in the past. Great job to the

Hi I want to start off by saying this location has been down to one nurse ms joy to dose today and 2 the last several days and they have been putting in extra hours to make sure every one is getting there meds the director and ms Alisha was also helping cause wait time is 5 hours these workers all deserve a huge shout out and a raise for keeping there cool and fretting everyone out and passing out take Homes to those who get them I m very thankful!!!!thanks to all the staff !!!!!!! we do recover

Great clinic most the time

I've always been treated with respect there. But I also treat the staff with respect so maybe that's the reason why I get treated so well because I treat them with respect also. I do you know that there are terrible about picking up the phone at the different departments which is about the only thing I'm frustrated with them about.

I have had very good experiences with Augusta VAMC from 1990-2001 and from 6/24 to 1/8/25 (present). My experiences throughout the network of VAMCs and CBOCs from FL to CA spans 50 years and has provided mostly very good service. The exception to good experiences encountered at VAMCs throughout the United States is the ATL VAMC , truly a systemic failure.

I have to say that this place is a miracle for me. I used to go to New Seasons Metro Treatment Center on Tabacco Rd. I was paying 20$ per day for 3 years because i had no insurance and i always struggled to get my medication because that is alot of money for anyone to pay per day. I was denied medicaid so i didnt know what to do. And i had told the counselors there about my struggles financially and the director Christina who does nothing but try and suck money out of people . So last week i could not pay for my meds and they would not help at all i was going to have to go sick. I have been clean for over 7 years from pain pills . And now i was going to have to be sick becuase i could not pay them and i always do what im supposed like have clean drug tests and go to meetings. So i met with the director Christina and she all of a sudden tells me about Serenity Behavioral health. I went straight over there and got an assesment and a doctors appointment for the next day. That place did more for me in 2 days then the othere did for me in almost 4 years treatment. I paid only 20 bucks for all my medications and they helped me with antidepressants as well. The whole team over there was very supportive for me and was on the ball to help get me setup so i did not get sick. Thank you Serenity Behavioral healthfor everything. And if you are reading this Never i Repeat Never got to New Seasons Metro Treatment Center on Tabacco Rd. That place should be ashamed of what they do. Only a couple good counselors over there that really care and i appreciate them but all the others are horrible

Mrs. Javon in Building E has went above and beyond to help me get housing. I ve tried for years, but got nowhere with any resources. I was suffering with depression and other health issues. Due to Mrs. Javon s help I ve gone from homeless to being able to have my own home. I m can t explain the appreciation that I have for all the work Mrs. Javon did for me. I m am truly grateful, and blessed that God allowed for us to meet at Building E. Mrs. Javon is the best at what she does. I have nothing, but love for her. Without Mrs. Javon I would still be homeless. Thank you with all my heart, Mrs. Javon.

I was skeptical about this place at first because of the ratings, but all the workers here were so genuine & kind. One of the workers who seriously made an impact was Mrs Carolyn and Mr David. Mrs Carolyn gave me a hug when i first got here as she knew i was in a bad mental spot. Will forever remember her.

I would recommend to any body to Faith Home wonderful God fearing, God loving people all staff, Keith, Jodie, Lily, are the most loving down to Earth people and love everyone of us, took very good care of us, kept us in the word, kept us where we should be, I luv this program, if I didn't have a home I would have stayed there, luv u Keith,Jodie,Lily, Krystal, Alice,Natalie,Kimberly, Michelle! My friend is at Faith Home in Greenwood and has been there twice. The first time he came out too early and relapsed. He just graduated and is a totally different person. He decided to stay this time as a staff member to share his experience with the new guys coming in. I just cant believe how much he has changed. Faith Home has saved his life. I attended the graduation ceremony and was so amazed at the turn out of the alumni. The service itself was so full of love and excitement for the lord it was over flowing. The testimonies were so heart felt it would make you cry. If it wasn't so far to drive there i think i would go every Saturday night just to feel the love of God filling up the room. Faith Home keep up the good work you do and may God continue to bless you .

Faith home is amazing! I am working on 11 months clean and sober ! Faith home was instrumental in my recovery !!! Not only do I have a personal relationship with Jesus but God has restored relationships in my life! I have blessings I never could have imagined! I see miracles right in front of my face ! I have 90% joy in my every day all through Jesus! I love faith home and if you want recovery you too can have it ! Faith home not only helped me get all of these blessings but my soul has been saved and I m not going to hell! It s the best decision you could ever make! I attended outpatient services at The Recovery Center after attending Serenity Grove for 30 days. The staff at The Recovery Center are very knowledgeable and caring. They offer continuing care as well which has been a great program. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get sober. I have been sober for a little over a year now and they helped get me here.

After I completed a 30-day inpatient program with their sister company, Serenity Grove, I decided to do two months of outpatient treatment. It was so nice to be able to transition from inpatient to outpatient with the same counselors and clients. It made me feel safe and more relaxed in a familiar setting. I added to the tools that I had learned at Serenity Grove and continued to work on my sobriety without going straight back to the "real world". I cannot thank AARC enough for their care. I still go once a week to their Continuing Care program, and I can do that for as long as I will ever need!

I brought a family member here a fee years back. Its truly Amazing what God did in his life at this center. Its an amazing peace of land,Blessed and set apart just right for the healing! The care and guidance from the staff wonderful. I would recommend any one that s broken to start first on their knees but, when you lift your head call and enroll here to get your life back! -If you truly... TRULY want to get your life together, this is the place for you. You can show up with nothing, you will be clothed, fed and given a bed to sleep in. There is a daily schedule with classes that help instill structure and stability. Clients are given a generous amount of Grace when it comes to program participation as us as addicts are often not a fan of authority. The Potter's House is a place with amazing opportunities for any addict that wants to get clean and have the tools to succeed in life beyond the "Eagles".-I spent two years of my life here throughout various stages of the program. I am now working a job I never would have dreamed of and am loving the life I am living. I showed up to this past Christmas with gifts for my family for the first time in my life. I am 32. My Mom and I's relationship has never been better. There's too many blessings to count.

Oaks Recovery saved my life and my marriage! My husband went to The Oaks in September 2024 and I followed him to Willow House 2 months later. Seeing my husband be restored through working his program at Oaks Recovery I wanted what he had and I knew where to find it. Oaks Recovery is a SOLUTION based treatment center for substance and alcohol abuse! Beyond that The Oaks has definitely become family and home to us. My husband is 6 months clean and I am 4 months and counting. The staff is phenomenal!
