A great place,staff and wonderful doctor and I couldn’t ask for anything more, the doctor, counselor, receptionist, nurse, and anyone else I’ve forgotten (but not really forgotten !) make this place more welcoming than I can express …. They are more kind and considerate than you could possibly imagine and I would recommend this facility to anybody wanting to make a change and change directions, in your own crossroad. They don't fix the things that are broken in your apartment either. when you first move in. so look around first, take pictures.They charge me 12,000 to live in one apartment of dares and I have to play with my plugs,the walls for my electricity in power to come back on at the apartment they gave me. An u can't have company, party's or family to come over to spend the night with you. An if they do come over they can only stay for 7 days and leave after that. Now CaringWorks lnc is putting me out of my apartment.

I am so very thankful for everything you do in your program from start to end. It has been a game changer for my son who has battled addiction for a few years. I see the spark back in his eyes and a joy and excitement towards his future you’ve given him the tools to be successful. You’ve given him the tools to cope, but most of all you’ve given him hope towards his future. He’s halfway through the program and has nothing but great things to say thank you so very much. The Palm House saved my life. It was definitely the best thing I have ever done for myself. They taught me how to live life with drugs. I made life long friends that I consider my family now. I am so thankful for all the staff and everything they did for me.

WOW!!! What a wonderfully blessed place.. a special place; that as soon as u pull into the driveway , the Presence Of God just envelopes U!! This place & This woman: Stacey Carroll, are both miracles. The much needed structure is within their daily schedule, the term "downtime" isn't an option. The program is packed with classes equivalent to course studies, the Biblical Teachers are knowledgeable with an understanding if the Bible, the atmosphere is one of "kindred spirits".. like that of king David & Jonathon.. or Ruth & Naomi. What is said here, stays here. Stacey Carroll is one the most pure hearted women of God I have ever had the honor to be around. She walks it.. like she talks it!! Backs it up daily, she was more than a role model or an example to me.. she has & is a "big sister" to me. I am an Alumni of Shalom. I stayed at the " farm:" for 9 months, then to the Shalom halfway house until my Motherb had a 2nd massive stroke that killed her swallowing reflexes.. Jesus took her home 1 week to the date of the 2nd stroke... Had I been out there using atthe time of hrb stroke & passing..I know I would inintenionally overedosed.

The staff is great! They make me feel very comfortable and safe. I haven't been there in years so I noticed they have a security guard there, which is good for their safety. I was asked if I needed a PC Dr and I did, I now have one. It took about a month but I finally got my first actual well care check in about 8 years. Super happy about that. They listen and help when I have concerns about my medication, they fix the dosage when I have concerns, they truly are life savers. I can get out of bed and brush my teeth, wash my face, do my hair, and care for my plants. I used to not be able to do any of those things because my mental health was so bad. I'm so glad they are here!! Thank you Advantage!!

I have been a patient at one of these type of government funded mental health community services programs for the last 35 years. Three different Counties before I got with Jackson co. Just have to say wow, what an awesome community! I have never had an experience like I just had here. I was given options, treated respectfully, and really for the first time felt cared for.

ARP has truly been an angel sent into my life. I feel so blessed that our paths crossed. When I thought my world was ending and I was losing all hope, they stepped in—for both me and my daughter. Now, about five years later, I can honestly say they saved my daughter’s life, and in many ways, they saved my family too.

It's a short program that I went to for php. . It was only 30 days. The best classes they had were with this one guy, Mike. The other good classes were with a guy named Garrett. Both of them were the best teachers. Ms. Shelly was also awesome. She would go out of her way to do things with the clients. The staff there really does care. I\n Am glad that I went even though like everyone else who goes. To begin with none of us wanted to be there. Everyone is worried about what is happening with everything on the outside. In the end it helped with me tremendously. I'm really glad I went. The only thing that was really an issue the whole time I was there, was everyone complaining about there not being enough food.

This place saved my life literally!!! I came here with nothing and started all the way over with only a birth certificate social security card Bible and a toothbrush I used drugs for 25 years every day I'm 40 years old and served 17 years in the Department adult corrections. I have done multiple or a dozen different inpatient programs but never one of this caliber every staff tech receptionist doctor nurse case manager is amazing and will go above and beyond to help you in every step of recovery they all all very genuine and authentic and really care and want to see you succeed and be the best version of yourself because a good percentage of them can relate to your past struggles!!! I am currently in a great sober living house thriving and It all started here with me being vulnerable engaging in groups and therapy sessions!! Huge thanks to everyone that is employed by pyramid for believing in me!

God used HQ to save my life. I attended the residential program in 2019 as a homeless alcoholic and Benzo addict, encouraged to go to treatment by my family. It’s nearly 2026 and I am living the life that God intended for me to be living, 6.5 years sober, rebuilt relationships, a better understanding of myself, and a genuine relationship and walk with Christ.
