It cost everything. Even her inheritance. They sold her crap proprty, took all of her money and convinced her into a 15 year mortgage. New beginnings is a 15 year high interest rate mortgage based on who can pay and work. This place disgusts me
About New Beginnings Inc.
Residential treatment at New Beginnings lasts 12 months. It begins with connecting to a case worker and counselor who serves as an advocate and court liaison. Treatment planning, solution-focused therapy, motivational counseling, reality theory, and person centered therapy are a part of the program. A variety of theories, therapies, and spiritual counseling will exist throughout the process, allowing you to get a wide variety of topics and treatment approaches. A dedicated residential unit is available for women with young children. This unit is called S.M.I.L.E. This stands for Single Mothers in Life Education. These women can seek and attend employment while their children are cared for in a designated daycare center.
The Family Program at New Beginnings Ministry takes place each week after Saturday visitation. Evidence based practices and theories are demonstrated through family intervention, structured family therapy, The Bowen Method, and educational teachings on enabling behaviors. Their goal is to treat your entire family unit so a healthier system is in place, and relationships can be mended. It’s important that you get to heal in a healthy environment.
Group therapy involves the therapeutic effects of processing in a group of people looking to overcome the same issues. At New Beginnings Ministry, various forms of group therapy will be offered 10 times per week. These include anger management, relapse prevention, codependency, inner healing, and Celebrate Recovery. You’ll share common concerns and learn that many people experience the same struggle you do. This helps create a sense of belonging.
New Beginnings is a Christian based treatment program that has a primary goal of connecting you to the love of Jesus Christ. Faith based teachings and principles will be a part of every aspect of the program. The Bible is referenced, and its message read, discussed, and implemented when possible.
New Beginnings does not accept insurance as a form of payment for its services. However, providers may make referrals to outside providers for additional recovery services, and those entities may be in-network with most private insurance plans. Ask your individual provider to check your coverage as out of network benefits could vary.

Other Forms of Payment
Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. Every plan will have different requirements and out of pocket costs so be sure to get the full details before you start treatment.
Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.
Addiction Treatments
Levels of Care
Residential treatment programs are those that offer housing and meals in addition to substance abuse treatment. Rehab facilities that offer residential treatment allow patients to focus solely on recovery, in an environment totally separate from their lives. Some rehab centers specialize in short-term residential treatment (a few days to a week or two), while others solely provide treatment on a long-term basis (several weeks to months). Some offer both, and tailor treatment to the patient's individual requirements.
Treatments
Substance rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from substance abuse, including alcohol and drug addiction (both illegal and prescription drugs). They often include the opportunity to engage in both individual as well as group therapy.
Programs
Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.
Young adulthood can be an exciting, yet difficult, time of transition. Individuals in their late teens to mid-20s face unique stressors related to school, jobs, families, and social circles, which can lead to a rise in substance use. Rehab centers with dedicated young adult programs will include activities and amenities that cater to this age group, with an emphasis on specialized counseling, peer socialization, and ongoing aftercare.
Recovery is most successful when clients feel accepted and validated by their peers and treatment providers. Facilities that offer LGBTQ-inclusive programming are committed to creating a safe space where everyone can grow and recover without fear of judgment or discrimination. They will have dedicated policies in place to create a safe and supportive environment that fosters free expression.
Clinical Services
While cognitive behavioral therapy in Georgia is unique for each person, this therapy follows a standard structure that has proven effective. Clients first learn about their substance use disorder, then learn and practice techniques such as coping, stress management, and resilience to change their thought and behavior patterns.
Group therapy is any therapeutic work that happens in a group (not one-on-one). There are a number of different group therapy modalities, including support groups, experiential therapy, psycho-education, and more. Group therapy involves treatment as well as processing interaction between group members.
In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.
During family therapy sessions in Georgia, members address the emotional toll that addiction has had on them. Therapists help your family develop coping strategies and improve the family unit's communication. This provides a stable environment that supports the recovery process.
