Im currently a client on methadone that has moved from Ca. to Ga. It was spur of the moment with no time to make arrangements. I spoke with ERIC on Healthqwests csr dept based on New Jersey. Fyi. Ive been in tech supt, customer service, Quality Assurance & M.I.S. For over 30 yrs Ive worn a headset and have been helping customers. Ive ALWAYS gone above and beyond to help, which is why I can say that ERIC assessed my dilemma for what it was and did his best to move Heaven and earth for me to get me the help i needed 2 days ago. He had an entire queue to help and he took my case as personal as was needed to help me. Moving here I have to change my Medicaid to Ga. which is NOT ez or quick. And I, having heart disease and 5 stents in my heart from 2 heart attacks. Short version of of i didn't get help and go into withdrawl the strain on my heart would no doubt KILL me. The man devoted most of his day trying to get my situation straightened out. Im detailing this because I want you to know this was the BEST service ive ever received in my 60 plus years on this planet, and it happened when my literal life was on the line. Healthqwest cant be beat if you want genuine effort with your help. The prices are competitive but you can't go wrong using them.Ill answer any question or comment too. The medication I take is no joke. I take it for a broken back I got when I was year ended on my motorcycle at a red light. I take it for Pain mgmt.Its a serious subject and serious things happen with it....and more without it. Id be crippled, so you can see the magnitude of my plight.Eric knew and did everything he could.I cant say enough for them.Chris OBrien

So far it has been good I recently transferred in from another clinic they were very helpful the only thing I do not like is all medicaid recipients have to video call daily to take the dose in front of a nurse or else we are not covered by medicaid for that day. Which is a medicaid thing but thats the only difference from my last clinic

Wonderful place to begin and continue a life in recovery. Support in managing and improving behaviors, optimistic live improvement skills, learning how beneficial it is to help peers and learn how to receive consultation. Helping to find meaning and purpose in life and the benefits of becoming a respectable person in society.

I ve been to many other places and this is probably the best one I ve been to. Really good people and met some people who ended up being close friends and helped me find a good sober living after I left.

I can t say enough great things about my experience. This was a hard step for me to take, going into treatment. The Twin Lakes staff took excellent care of me and gave me the tools to maintain long term recovery.

The staff is cordial and very professional. It is good to know that there are people like this on earth in these difficult times. YOU ARE DOING A GOOD AND GREAT JOB. Courage to you.

I do agree some of the attitudes here are off. But not for everyone. There are some really kind people here. The facility is very nice/clean/new. If you are coming for testing, ask for Tameron. Shes amazing. Free STI testing 1x per year.

Absolutely life-changing experience! Purple truly focuses on recovery through an active lifestyle, and it made all the difference for me. The blend of physical activity, support, and therapy helped me regain my strength, confidence, and sense of purpose. This place is mystical. I showed up a broken man with nothing to offer the world and nothing to live for. Now I am a full functioning human full of hope, desire, and a zest for life.Brett, Austin , and Adam are all experts in the realm of recovery and live the active recovery lifestyle daily. I had my surgery with the Dr. Chelsea (gynecologist oncologist) she is a wonderful doctor before and after my surgery. She explained everything I was going through . And the night shift nurse her name is Fate she was just absolutely wonderful to me. I hope to see her again someday. I will never going to forget all the care she had with me. Thank you!!

This review is for the ER Doctor that treated my Mother in Law on 12/26. Everyone was very caring even though they were covered up with patients. But, Dr Ariel Wilson was a wonderful example of caring and professionalism during the visit for my 90 year old MIL. She went above and beyond any expectations that we would normally have. She deserves recognition for her wonderful service and the example she is setting. All Drs and staff should be like Dr Wilson! Thank you!

I completed the outpatient program at Ridgeview and it was life changing and so helpful in helping me handle life after treatment. Duane, Melanie, Alexa, and Debbie are amazing!!!!! I cannot express how much I recommend the outpatient program here.

The Outpatient program they run here above and beyond. Great staff you can tell they know what they are doing even when I don t. The program can be a big turning point in the life of anyone struggling with mental health related issues

I attended outpatient services at The Recovery Center after attending Serenity Grove for 30 days. The staff at The Recovery Center are very knowledgeable and caring. They offer continuing care as well which has been a great program. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get sober. I have been sober for a little over a year now and they helped get me here.

After I completed a 30-day inpatient program with their sister company, Serenity Grove, I decided to do two months of outpatient treatment. It was so nice to be able to transition from inpatient to outpatient with the same counselors and clients. It made me feel safe and more relaxed in a familiar setting. I added to the tools that I had learned at Serenity Grove and continued to work on my sobriety without going straight back to the "real world". I cannot thank AARC enough for their care. I still go once a week to their Continuing Care program, and I can do that for as long as I will ever need!

Great experience, great staff and doctors. Dr. Ernest Coker is my primary, and he is above and beyond. Dr Sonya Medina as well. Took me a long time to get back on track and take care of myself and they have been helping in every possible way.

Everyone is always nice and helpful, Dr Streck is a wonderful Dr , my husband David has been going to him for years, he listens to you and is always ready to help in anyway he can. Great staff there to help myself and fellow veterans and their famies.. Small clinic, but a lot is done there..

I took my brother in-law to this clinic a few days ago. From the security guard at the front and the whole staff inside was top notch. I'm a retired Army 1SG and I tell you what, that's the best run clinic civilian or VA I've ever seen. Thank you all for your excellent job!

This is a great VA Medical Center. I ve read the reviews - but thoroughly disagree . They have been taking care of me since Sept 2021 and every person from the check-in person, nurses and doctors is kind, respectful, professional. When I leave after an appointment I always feel so well taken care of!! Thanks VA Lawrenceville!

This clinic is great! They are very responsive via messages on MyHealtheVet and I have never been turned down for anything having to do with my health concerns. All the staff are very friendly and have accommodated all my needs, even in more urgent situations where I was a walk-in. There are some limitations with equipment and services but that is expected from a small clinic. I am very happy with this clinic overall!

I brought a family member here a fee years back. Its truly Amazing what God did in his life at this center. Its an amazing peace of land,Blessed and set apart just right for the healing! The care and guidance from the staff wonderful. I would recommend any one that s broken to start first on their knees but, when you lift your head call and enroll here to get your life back! -If you truly... TRULY want to get your life together, this is the place for you. You can show up with nothing, you will be clothed, fed and given a bed to sleep in. There is a daily schedule with classes that help instill structure and stability. Clients are given a generous amount of Grace when it comes to program participation as us as addicts are often not a fan of authority. The Potter's House is a place with amazing opportunities for any addict that wants to get clean and have the tools to succeed in life beyond the "Eagles".-I spent two years of my life here throughout various stages of the program. I am now working a job I never would have dreamed of and am loving the life I am living. I showed up to this past Christmas with gifts for my family for the first time in my life. I am 32. My Mom and I's relationship has never been better. There's too many blessings to count.
