I am in project Adam. When I first came in the program I was there to do what I had to and nothing else ....some were along the way. Jane is amazing and welcoming and so is Heather. They always remember me and ask about my children, they even offer to watch my infant when I have to bring him for a minute or 2 while I dose. It’s just a small help that makes being a single mom and bringing him to the clinic a little less stressful. (I only come 2 times a month) but nonetheless they do everything they can to help, like every business it is a money making business though so there isn’t charity, you have to follow the rules and expectations and as long as you go by that you’re in & out.

Even though I didn't graduate the program I still learned a lot the program is tough but it's worth it. I would recommend anyone who really want to get clean and stay clean to go to the way up

The way up provides the support, structure and recovery education needed to foster change and healing. I’ve personally witnessed this program help someone move through being imprisoned by addiction for many years to freedom-the answer to a prayer he and I prayed more times than I could ever count. Roland and his staff seem to have a good balance of tough love and support that the men in the program need to gain accountability for their lives while also knowing they are not alone in what they are going through. This program played a huge part in his recovery and I’m thankful every day that he gets to experience life and our kids without the weight of addiction on his shoulders.

The staff is great! They make me feel very comfortable and safe. I haven't been there in years so I noticed they have a security guard there, which is good for their safety. I was asked if I needed a PC Dr and I did, I now have one. It took about a month but I finally got my first actual well care check in about 8 years. Super happy about that. They listen and help when I have concerns about my medication, they fix the dosage when I have concerns, they truly are life savers. I can get out of bed and brush my teeth, wash my face, do my hair, and care for my plants. I used to not be able to do any of those things because my mental health was so bad. I'm so glad they are here!! Thank you Advantage!!

i been here more than 2-1/2 yrs and all cause i done everything by the book i write this i hope in God's ways i can finish this but as far as my heart it takes a real person to speak out knowing that my health is in danger cause she's all about the money where's the Wealth of good people today it was 10 am miss Grace was at the front counter before the exit door a wheelchair man open and said c'mon cmon i of should said no I'm good n not gone in along a lady behind me but i fell for the bait and paid the consequences miss Grace did good but in my heart i believe the man in the wheelchair put the bait for us we learn never trust no white wheelchair man i don't know his name i apologize for calling him by wat i saw period..,it cause me my dose missed one only n it's not miss Grace i really do apologize even though I'm missing 7 ribs and one lung i do it all by the book i apologize but i also paid for more than one year having insurance no one apologize or my refunded me on top i always gave clean urine n net been late till today and then listening to other patients a big mistake i should of been staged up already 40 days take home but it's all about who you know slag.....God in charge

I had to come into town due to my mom passing away. This place helped me so Much. Other places wouldn't even take me since I was from out of state. They knew why I was here...it being such a horrible thing and how this sort of thing makes an easy recipe for relapse. Yet, still other places sent me away. Crossroads took me in and helped me stay safe and sober. I'm so very thankful for their help. I got in and got my meds very quickly. It wasn't even a long wait. This place..is sincerely a life saver. The staff was so polite and professional. Thank you all so much!!!

This place has been a heaven sent I go to the one in Lawrenceville. The staff is professional. Counselors don't really seem to stay but in no way has this affect my treatment GG and I feel horrible I can't remember the new girls name but she has braids, keeps her nails done and always looks beautiful. I wish I couod remember her name but she's there every Saturday. The new Counselor seems to be pretty good. Someone left a comment about the owners only want your money well considering this is there business and they provide us with our meds and counseling and anything else we may need. I don't think it's asking to much that you pay. There are government methadone facilities they can help you if you can't pay. This place is a private methadone clinic. This is the owners job. You want to get paid for your services you provide at your job and its the same for them. However with that said these owners have Ben there for me when I got hurt at work and couldn't pay for over a month, and there been other bumps in the road when I didn't have the money but still wasn't turned away. I always kept my word and brought my account back up to paid off. Maybe this place isn't for everyone but if you are serious about getting well and putting the work in then I feel they have my back. Thank you guys nurses owners and Counselor for saving my life ❤️

If you’re looking for a place that can really help you with great care and unbelievable support- I would highly recommend New Focus. Dr A truly cares about his patients. Ava, who is in the office, is one of the most genuine people you will ever meet. She goes out of her way to make sure you’re happy. Mary will help you as well. Great team!

My husband and I have been going to New Focus for several years. The front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. Whenever I have a question between appointments they are very quick to respond. Dr. Aflatoon is extremely knowledgeable. He is concerned about his patients’ mental health and displays a high level of compassion. I highly recommend New Focus Addiction and Behavioral Health!

I've been seeing Dr A and others on his team for a while now, and most recently have completed TMS for depression following a previous TMS treatment for anxiety. Both treatments have helped to improve my mood and life significantly, as someone who has persistent depression and anxiety. I feel I can think more clearly, have had less lows in my mood, and overall have started feeling ready to get back into life in a way depression had robbed me of for a long time. To anyone who is considering TMS or is finding meds to be not helping much as I was, I recommend this treatment, though it is a bit of a commitment it seems very worth it. Hoping to keep improving with Dr A and his team, thanks so much.

There is a principle which is a bar against all information, which is proof against all arguments and which cannot fail to keep a person in everlasting ignorance- that principle is contempt prior to investigation. NA and the serenity group of halt club that meets on Monday, Wednesday, Friday Saturday and Sunday have literally saved my life. Even the group that meets on Tuesday and Thursday, called we are here to help is awesome. Great recovery starts here!
