Arriving at night to this island after a long time traveling makes you a bit groggy, so when you arrive it feels like you are running back and forth, despite remembering the fact that you didn't bring any luggage. Better call home and tell them I made it, on second thought, think i should just leave a message. It was such a blur getting to my room, it felt like I was up for days, just waiting in lines. I had only intended on being there for a week, but they insisted that I stay longer! Meals, clothes, exercise routines, classroom training, and weekly hikes were all included! They even dressed me up with some amazing clothes and took and gave me my picture to show how awesome this place is! I highly recommend a visit!!Not for the faint of heart, though..P.S. Parris Island has the best sunrises and sunsets ever! SF

It has been so very supportive for my family and life changing experience for my 17 year old son ! Nurse Mary is amazing! She is one of most professional, caring, and sweet nurses I ve ever met. You can tell she really cares about her job and her patients. The counselor I was assigned, Constance is also very kind, knowledgeable, and caring. I would recommend this facility to others in need. My only issue is that when a patient wants to come down on their medication, it should be up to the patient and not the doctors and counselors. As long as you re doing it under the care of them and slowly, coming down to eventually come off the medication should be encouraged. If your new to this place, keep in mind the higher you go dose wise on your medication, the longer it will take you to come down and off IF THEY LET YOU.

My decision to enroll in and complete the intensive outpatient program at New Day Counseling was one of the best decisions of my life. The group therapy sessions, the private therapy sessions, and the educational classes were of the highest quality. This program has given me not only an understanding of my struggle with alcohol use disorder but the tools to manage it and live a more successful and fulfilling life. I highly recommend this program for any and all individuals suffering from the disease of addiction.

I'm a patient at Newday counseling, and I called there seeking professional help. There, I've found people that they were willing to help me get started with my process. Professionalism is what I found, people who knew about my addiction and are willing to educate me. There, I've found a lot more than what I expected, there is a 24 hour hot line, with a the other end willing to talk with me about issues that I was having problems with, and help me understand my addiction. I go to this place four times a week, under three different counselors. That communicate well with each other to help me Even when I don't feel like listening to the professional side of addiction, I still leave there what's something. When NewDay counselors encounter a person that wants to do something with their life they dig in just as deep as I did. For that I am truly grateful.........

This place is very hands-on-If you have Medicaid it s wonderful to go to.. Otherwise, you have to pay $15-19 a day! Out of pocket .After five years, I finally found a place that takes my insurance that I have through work I was actually sad to go because I built a relationship with my counselor and the front desk attendant as well as the billing lady, but they never wanted to even try to run my insurance

This treatment center is hands down the best one I ve ever been to. Get ready cause my review is going to be a long one.Their rules might be alittle more strict on things than other clinics but the people who work there make it worth it.Cliff is the best counselor I ve ever been to. Not only has he helped me understand more about my addiction but he s helped me heal from some extremely traumatic and painful things that have happened in my life. He has helped me learn to laugh at myself, and I trust him , which is something I am not able to do very easily at all anymore with people. I don t thinkthere s anything I wouldn t tell him. He s helped me in beginning to forgive people , especially myself.Miss Lorraine is firecracker and sweetheart all in one. She is fair and kind and she doesn t pull punches. She ll do anything in the world to help someone who is willing to help themself but she s no pushover and she expects the best in us. I have grown to love her and have enormous respect for her. Some started recreational drug use, some from an injury and started with prescription, some started from an injury and came to depend on the prescription to get thru mental pain as much as the physical. Some started trying to numb the mental pain that had nothing to do with physical pain.Whatever your reason may be, I pray you ll be able to get the help you need to be able to recover from it.I do know this, if you truly are sincere in wanting help and to get better..and you do the work and are honest with them, this group of people at Reliance will be there to help you thru it. Find which counselor is your fit and show up everyday and decide you want your life to get better and with God and the help of this group of people and your willingness to change and you can do it!I never thought my life would be this much better just 6 years ago. I didn t care if I lived or died. But I owe a lot of it to the people at this clinic who stuck with me and believed in me and encouraged me to keep doing the next right thing. I still have a ways to go..but thankfully I have their support to be able to do it.I found help, kindness and genuine support here not just a daily dose. This treatment center has the kindest staff. I been coming here for years. This place not only saved my life. It connected me with all the resources I need to have a better life. They go above and beyond for every patient. I recommend this place to anyone seeking treatment.

Yesterday the volunteer went out of the way to make sure I had a vegan meal to eat. Went at 8 PM hard a great speaker plus I gained another wisdom on the physiology of homelessness it requires patience which the staff and volunteers try to put into practice

So glad they were an option to donate our extra food from the week. We stayed in Savannah for just a little under a week and had rented a house. We bought breakfast food to cook instead of eating every meal out. I hope all the extras go to someone who can really use it instead of the trash. Our host wanted no food left.
