I appreciate the dedication of the staff to caring, and getting patients the help they need. I have been home a few days and I got the help I needed for my PTSD, BIPOLAR, ANXIETY SOCIAL ANXIETY, DEPRESSION, AND they even discovered I am a diabetic. Id say 95% of the staff are absolute Angels and are there because they actually care. I have been in and out of dr's for years trying to get help with no Luck untill I came to this place. Thankyou you guys for changing my life and getting me the help I needed. Ive never been able to think as clear, or get the mental help I needed untill now.

I recently had the privilege of spending a week at Willowbrooke Mental Institute, and I must say it was a truly transformative experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt a sense of calm and serenity wash over me, thanks to the beautiful surroundings and the warm welcome from the staff. The facilities were top-notch, with spacious rooms and a serene atmosphere that made it easy to relax and unwind. The therapy sessions were led by experienced professionals who were knowledgeable and empathetic, and the group sessions were engaging and thought-provoking. But what really impressed me was the sense of community that permeated every aspect of the program. From the daily activities to the meals, everything was designed to promote connection and camaraderie among the residents. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that everyone felt supported and included, and I left feeling like I was part of a true community rather than just a patient. Overall, my experience at Willowbrooke was nothing short of exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a compassionate and effective approach to mental health treatment.

ive been going here for about 5 years now for the loft program and ive always been treated very well. ive had probably 6 different counselors over the years and they've all been nice , knowledgeable , and compassionate towards me. there have been a few times where my meds were unable to be filled on time which caused issues but overall this place saved my life and changed it 4 the better 100%. thank you highland !! ❤️

I had my first appointment today. I could not be more pleased with how much the staff cares about my mental health. From the receptionist, to the nurse, to the nurse practitioner, they were all fantastic, pleasant, informative and really seemed to want to see me get the help I need to live a normal life. I have been learning to live with a horrible disease that can only be treated and never cured. I love Mrs. Burnadette. Excuse my spelling mistakes. I have no clue how to spell anything anymore. She works the front desk and she is excellent at it. Then there’s Ms. Ava she is wonderful. She doesn’t judge me at all for any changes in my vitals. She asks me about my mental pain and my health problems. She’s very understanding but she’s stern about skipping doses of medicine and waiting till I’m empty to order a refill especially if it’s the last one and they have to call Dr.Patel. To get an ok and it may take a couple days. That’s a very big No No. I absolutely love Dr.Patel. He listens to me and wants me to know that he cares about my illness and he wants to help me learn and put to work some coping skills for my life. Things are not the same and I’m going to have to learn how to live in my own way and learn how to be happy again. I am so happy to have such an amazing doctor that is trying to help me find a way to get happy in my new life. I trust everything he says and hopefully he will always be my doctor. and friend!

This was the first mental health facility I have ever been to, and the stay was from the best week of my life. The facility really likes to make sure that everyone is fed properly, with three excellent meals and three snack times each day. The staff was excellent attending to each individual needs and will work with each person in the best way they can. You'll also expirence a very entertaining staff that will joke with you and play around with you, making your stay a very pleasant one, definitely if you are the shy introvert that I use to be. The facility health providers/caregivers will also care and listen to you, making it a very safe place to open up and let out any problems your going through that much eaiser to cope with. One of the best was Charlie who came up with multiple ways to share your expirence/thoughts and come up with the necessary requirements to help advance to the next stages of your life, hearing each individual out and relating to them, also allowing people to stay outside longer with multiple fun activities, that allow more room for people to get out of their shell and meet/open up to the individuals who were also there to heal and prosper. Also be on the look out for one individual that will play,đź‘Ś with you a very entertaining way to keep you on you toes. (For those who don't know it's a game, that you show đź‘Ś below the waist, and if you look at this hand signal you've been got.) FOR ANYONE!! Who does go to this facility you should participate and get him for me, but beware he is always on his toes, so it's very difficult to do so. Overall I give my stay and the staff a 10/10.

Back in 2020 I had 3 major surgeries and had a baby . The doctor gave me pain medication and I took them like I was told and still became addicted. I went here for treatment and it was a JOKE ! horrible place . 0/10 wouldn't recommend. Now fast forward were in 2024 and had more surgeries and once again got addicted but this place is INCREDIBLE!!!! no longer wait times. No drugs being sold outside. The staff cares about YOU and YOUR recovery. I love this place. MAT has saved my life.

Being at Alana was a great experience for me. I had a chance to learn a lot of things about recovery and the mental aspect of what drugs and alcohol does to the body as a hole. I would definitely recommend this place to others such as myself that's trying to get their lives together. I stayed there 3 months,and I wish I was able to stay there even longer,Ms.Laura,Ms.Brenda,Colin,Chris,Cliff,and Caitlin played a big role in my recovery,these are PEOPLE THAT ILL NEVER FORGET. They helped me so much along the way,I plan in going back to Alana to work,once I get enough clean time.. God Bless the whole entire staff at Alana,including my peers that I left when I graduated...Im looking forward to attending The Alumni gatherings.My journey is by far over with. I had a good experience at Alana can honestly say it’s changed my life for the better Mrs Laura Mrs Brittney Were Wonder And understanding the whole time Mrs Brenda And Colin are really kind hearted always made me feel right at home at Alana Mrs Sara Also always very professional when helping with any information or housing. And Mr Cliff The Alumni Director was great tons of energy and wisdom from him his events and meetings were always something to look forward to! Blue Ridge has been excellent for me. The inpatient program has helped me to further understand my addiction and the path to recovery. The staff is great including the Management, the excellent techs and medical staff who keep everything in order - and also the kitchen staff who keep us well fed. I have been to a couple of other rehabs in the past, but none have come close to Blue Ridge. The setting is beautiful and relaxing in the hills of north Georgia. I highly recommend Blue Ridge!!

I recently enrolled into the PHP program at this recovery center. I was in a hopeless place when I came there. Blue Ridge has taught me how to navigate life now and stay Sober. My experience at Recovery Village was great and fun. Teaching us everything on how to maintain our coping skill, teaching us that we are a family. All staff member were excellent and VERY helpful. Food is good. All the activities you can do there are basketball, pickle ball, corn hole, video games, movies/shows, and they have a gym so you can maintain your mental condition and grow at the same time. I’ve been there for 2 months and I already missing my peers and the staff members. It’s an amazing facility to go to if you need help.

There is an actual sense of community and they actually care about your recovery. They have housing and a wellness side as well. Meaning mental help as well. The place is always nice and clean, the women at the pay window are always very nice, all of the counselors that I've been with or had experiences with have always been nice and helpful, Dr. Adeshina is always very nice and helpful and really easy to talk to, the nurse is also very nice and does a great job, the woman that checks your blood pressure is always very caring, and I've never had anyone be rude or disrespectful towards me. This is a clean clinic and has many great qualities that can very much help your road to sobriety! However,the main issue here is the CONSTANT councilor change! As soon as one gets comfortable with their counselor, they leave. It is such piece of mind to build a relationship with your councilor and the nurses, just so you can have that report and someone that knows you and can be in your corner if ever needed. There are alot of patients that are not there for the right reasons, then there are also alot of patients that ARE there for the right reasons. The constant change certainly does not give one peace of mind. Familiar faces change places. I can not help but think its the higher ups not doing what is necessary to keep them happy in their workplace. Its sad really! Seeing consistency is very important, especially for addicts working on their road to recovery! Otherwise I do believe this is a good place that has alot to offer addiction recovery for the ones who truly want it!

If the Recovery services that are offered by this center are needed, I can't think of a better place to go! Woodstock treatment center has professional Counselors that are non-judgemental, kind and empathetic, (shout out to Lindsay!) developing a plan of care tailored to the individual's needs so recovery though painful is attainable. As a bonus it is affordable even if you do not have insurance. The only negative is lack of parking.
