Been a patient at this location for many years for my Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder, OCD. I generally like this place and they are like a second family to me. I do recommend that they NEED to have more than one medication management dr to choose from at this location. Also NEED in person Therapist or counselor the only on a computer screen isn’t good for people who like in person quality of care. They need to improve in this area.

I am a client at this clinic and I can say there r some good people on the staff not only r they good counselors/nurses they r almost friends. The doc is a good dude that knows his stuff and even when u might bomb a drug screen they have been quite understanding and have always worked with me. When being on MAT one can find that it can b frustrating having to take the meds every day and having to pay money for it. but I have discovered this place is not about just making a profit off of one it really is to offer a good service or services at the cheapest possible price in the area. Ik it was a personal mission for the person who founded this place to really try to find a way for a person who is low income to b able to afford the services they offer and even much further more than that! These people have worked with me many times. It is far better to have access to the meds they offer than to rely on or be involved w opioids on the st. I was once a patient at crossroads and I can say I was not treated anywhere near as well as I have been treated as this firm. If u r candid honest and work w the staff they will tenfold do the same back. If u r dealing w addiction and dependence on the street I personally would recommend u come see these people. Ty

To the people talking bad about cadus, I assure you your being lied to by your loved ones, if your there wanting to find sobriety and achieve a life of recovery, these people will bend over backwards to help you get there, I just completed the residential 28 day program, yes there was rules, yes it's a very structured schedule, something most drug addicts and alcoholics are not used to, (including myself) Cadus helped save my life, I'm living a clean and sober life of recovery now, something I've dreamed of for over 20 years!!

I've been at RW for a year and just graduated last week. RW is a smaller clinical facility than most which allows for a more individualized treatment experience. The BHT, Sam, is a wonderful person who always has a great attitude and a smile. Lydia is the case manager for RW and she's always ready to assist in any way possible. She helped me navigate some legal issues in another state, even. The skills I honed at RW have undoubtedly secured a promising future where I had thought that was never possible.

I have been learning to live with a horrible disease that can only be treated and never cured. I love Mrs. Burnadette. Excuse my spelling mistakes. I have no clue how to spell anything anymore. She works the front desk and she is excellent at it. Then there’s Ms. Ava she is wonderful. She doesn’t judge me at all for any changes in my vitals. She asks me about my mental pain and my health problems. She’s very understanding but she’s stern about skipping doses of medicine and waiting till I’m empty to order a refill especially if it’s the last one and they have to call Dr.Patel. To get an ok and it may take a couple days. That’s a very big No No. I absolutely love Dr.Patel. He listens to me and wants me to know that he cares about my illness and he wants to help me learn and put to work some coping skills for my life. Things are not the same and I’m going to have to learn how to live in my own way and learn how to be happy again. I am so happy to have such an amazing doctor that is trying to help me find a way to get happy in my new life. I trust everything he says and hopefully he will always be my doctor. and friend!

I wanted to write a review to say how thankful I am to this facility and the incredible team (special shout out to my therapist Angela and Josh )who work here. Upon arrival I was going through it. From the very beginning the staff welcomed me with compassion, respect, and patience. Not only did they provide incredible treatment- they provided me with a family-like support. I felt understood, safe, and valued.
The therapists and facilitators earnestly listened and helped me navigate through the most difficult time of my life . Thanks to them I made progress and built confidence, learned healthier ways to cope, and began to learn how to love myself. The entire staff from the lady answering the call on intake to the doctors and therapists, they all have your best interest in mind and are there to help and MAKE SURE you improve your quality of life with sobriety. Tim Byrum has been the greatest therapist anyone could ask for. I highly recommend him as a Therapist and Journey pure as a facility. I never thought i'd be at 31 days sober but here I am and IM PROUD OF IT!

The group therapist Tim Byrum is hands down the best group therapist this facility has. He goes above and beyond for the people in the group and I truly felt connected with the group and Tim when attending his group. I’ve tried other therapist at Journey pure but there wasn’t a lot of involvement with others and the connection and trust wasn’t there like it was with Tim. Journey pure has a true asset having Tim and other therapist there could really learn a lot from Tim. Groups with Tim felt like family lots of involvement you never felt alone and he really taught me a lot and made things easy to understand more so taught me to take a step back and look at the bigger picture and the knowledge I learned in just the few days I was in his group I will carry with me in this long journey of sobriety thank you Tim for everything!!

This is the only clinic I've been to that seems to care about their patients all the way through-- the doctors, the therapists, and the front desk always are extremely courteous and considerate. Concerns you voice are taken seriously, and your input is considered regarding your own treatment. I don't want to name any one person, because legitimately, everyone here has been extremely good to me. I'd recommend them.

I have had such a pleasant experiences here. I was tested and evaluated by Dr. Hirsh in 2021. She was extremely kind and very professional. She cares a lot for her job and her patients.
I recently have had to get my youngest daughter tested for autism and adhd and so far our experiences have been pleasant. When we couldn't make it to the office, due to sickness, Dr. Hirsh was kind enough to let us keep our appointment and do our appointment through video call. We will have her testing done here soon and I'm sure that will go just as pleasantly as the rest of our visits here.

Being at Alana was a great experience for me. I had a chance to learn a lot of things about recovery and the mental aspect of what drugs and alcohol does to the body as a hole. I would definitely recommend this place to others such as myself that's trying to get their lives together. I have been to Tampa Florida VA and the Atlanta VA, I don't recommend them, but the VA clinic is superb. Customer service is beyond reproach. The staff are friendly, helpful and answered all questions. The facility is expanding and it is well designed, functional with all the amenities you could ask for. I have been in healthcare for over 50 years and I have never seen a clinic that compares. It is superb. I highly recommend this VA clinic.

My experience with Apex was very positive and helpful. I attended the night class for about 3 months and it helped me maintain my sobriety to this day over a year later. The counselor has been through it as well and has real life, first hand experience that he draws on and provides really brings the guidance down to earth and makes it accessible to everyone.
