This place is extreme however, the circumstances that led me to the ranch.. they were quite extreme, and I would say that this place saved me. At the very least it taught me how to live correctly.

The property is gorgeous, they have a lake with fish in it, a basketball court and acres of land, the house it’s self is pretty luxurious and they serve good quality home made food. I have been stuck in the never ending cycle of treatment for six years now. I have been to countless places that baby you and coddle you to death and focus on teaching people how to simply think better but never focus on the application of new behavior. Luckily, Liberty Ranch is much more focused on teaching people how to actually act better. If you want to turn your life around for good come to The Liberty Ranch and they will be your best bet to making a life long change. I am a year sober and have found some serenity and joy in life I believe that is in big part due to The Ranch and the people that run it. I would recommend it to anyone needing help for substance abuse and alcoholism.

Liberty Ranch has been the corner stone for my push to long term recovery. It is different than your average "cookie cutter" treatment. They deal with the real underlying issues and character defects that keep us in relapse mode. I originally came here for 30 days and now going on 7 months in this program. I came here from California and have witnessed the benefits of the program working in my life. The property is beautiful and there are dogs there for that extra love and support! Highly recommend this place if you are serious about your sobriety. I am excited to get back to my family and friends. Excited for a start to a whole new life!

Highly recommend! My husband has been a patient there almost 4 years, and has benefited GREATLY from the treatment plan. They're professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and amazing at helping folks "get back up"!!! The have so many resources, ie; housing info, transportation info, and know right where to direct patients to help avoid some of the frustrations of finding help. Spero has been both effective and gentle. If you're simply sober curious, fresh out of rehab, considering rehab, or have been clean for a very long time, just looking for an extra boost, folk in all stages are welcome! Even if you're only ready to dip your toe into some harm reduction. Most of the time new patients can be seen same day, or next day!

This place will always hold a special place in my heart for giving me a second chance at life when I didn't think I was worth one. If you aren't ready to take a program seriously, it will not be an easy time. They're going to show you life how it really is and situations you're going to have to learn to deal with sober. There's no sugarcoating to it. Be ready to put in the work. It's not an easy road by any means but, if you work on it, you'll get everything you need out of the program to cope better with life and make the best choices for yourself.

Review specifically for the Imaging Center, the part of LCMC that I visited- The entire staff, especially the ladies who work with mammograms were exceptionally warm and friendly. As a routine annual mammogram patient as well as a diagnostic breast biopsy, I can’t imagine going anywhere else. One nurse actually held my hand when I became emotional during the biopsy. I can’t say enough good things about them. I am truly grateful for all of their patience and kind heartedness.

I had a SI joint fusion today on my right hip. Last year I had a lower back fusion. The treatment I got from staff last year wasn't nothing to write home about that's for sure saying it was lacking would actually be a compliment. Today I was taken by surprise at how well I was treated and how attentive the staff was, all of my needs were met, everything was explained thoroughly, extremely clean, extremely professional staff this is likely the safest I've ever felt in a hospital in all of my 43 years. I did have a nurse who lacked bedside manner, but all in all I really can't even complain about that, she was very good at her job and she kept me out of pain and comfortable while I was recovering. If this is the type of professionalism they bring to the table now, I'll hands down use them every single opportunity that I get, I was very pleased to have been so well cared for and my needs 100% met 10/10 -Marvin

I have never had a good experience with EMRMC but 3 weeks ago my mother had emergency surgery after a visit to the ER. I want to give a shout out to Dr Dawn Pingleton for her kindness to my mom as well as myself. Not only did she answer all OUR questions she treated my mother as if she was her own. She also helped console me when the news we received wasn’t as expected. After she was admitted we received excellent care from the nurses as well as the other staff.

I cannot thank Mrs Robin enough, she has really changed me and my daughters life and relationship much more healthier, my daughter has never had the respect and structure as she has started for herself since starting spectrum/skopos. Robin does her family sessions exactly as she says. Anytime I have a question or reach out she answers right away. She addresses anything I have concerns with. She has been very kind and understanding and very helpful to me and my family in this hard time of trying to get back control and have my daughter in the right head space before shes an adult. I highly recommend if you have the option and need it. Skopos/Spectrum columbia is wthe best!

Isaiah house saved me! I was at the Shelley Center during the most difficult times of my life as I had breast cancer. I had a mastectomy on both sides. I hated myself. My appearance seemed awful in my eyes. Shelley Center staff helped me work on fear and they went above and beyond to make sure I loved myself again. They went as far as to buy me my prosthetics so I could start loving myself again and feeling like a normal human being. They're not just an organization, they're a family. I couldn't have made it through the toughest time in my life without their love and support!

GRATEFUL to have found treatment here! This facility is superb and this review is honest. For anyone reading reviews as I did looking for the place to go to treatment, hear this: go here ! The staff is great and my experience was beyond what I imagined. Food is great. Place is clean! Plenty of space! Visits on weekends . Movie nights with candy, popcorn, and pop once a week!! Therapists are great , and staff is there for you! I miss and love everyone I met here. They really care about you. We did many activities to remind us that there is life outside of the toxic substances we leaned on. I hope whoever is needing to hear this is reading. You can make a beautiful life for yourself. My name is Keith markland. I just got out of stepworks January 9. I am very grateful they helped me get a second chance because without them I would hate to think where I would be now. I learned so much while I was there and each and every staff member were there to help me. It has a very positive and uplifting atmosphere. Since I have returned home I am still doing great. I live one day at a time and I use everything I learned there to help with my sobriety. I found AA/NA meetings to go to. I want to thank you all for my second chance at life and I love all of you. I love this rehab center. From the moment I got here, the staff were super accommodating and helpful with my needs all the way from detox to programming and therapeutic needs. They were friendly and the services were plentiful. The food was great and I love the therapeutic rehabilitative environment they provided. Teaching you the skills you need to give yourself basic skills to enter society again like cooking for yourself, doing basic chores, the classes were easy to comprehend.

I came to Isaiah House main campus in July of 2024 hurt, broken and totally at the end of the road. I have used alcohol and drugs the past 45 years of my life trying to stop on my own lots of times but couldn't do it. When I walked through the doors I was amazed by the staff how they welcomed me. Now 8 months later after they literally loved me back to life I am proud to say that I am sober which my family thought would be impossible and very proud to be a staff member and will graduate in June of the long term program. I found God there which I had never had in my life and the tools they gave me and God's blessings I am alive now and the happiest that I have ever been in my life. If you are struggling as I was I would recommend you call Isaiah House and let us change your life like they have mine.

For those who are hurting, in darkness, lost- there is Hope. I recently completed their Long Term Treatment Program for alcoholism, drug addiction, and mental health disease. I realize today, God spared my "life", for Revive Ministries to help rebuild it! My wife, children, and family relationships are restored too! Through a belief in God, willingness, honesty about myself, and an open-mind to try something new, I am sober today! I am grateful for: the founders, the medical team, clinicians and counseling, those behind the scene at 800, case managers, shift supervisors, group peer support, kitchen/cook staff, facilities and dorms crew, Biblical principles, the program material, structured activities, and recovery tools, access to resources, God's Pantry, Manna Meals, Fatherhood Initiative, SH R.C.C. and outside recovery meetings, Common Ground Resource Center, New Dawn Counseling Services, and above all, Jesus for the Cross, and God's love, mercy, and grace.
