Without Spero heath I would not be able to share these pictures of memories I’ll always have. Truth is I would be just another statistic dead due to overdose! They have taught me how to live again, love myself, and become a productive member of society. With the medication along with the groups and counseling and support from their human resource team. I’ve been able to get back on my feet and any bumps in the road they are always their the help me figure it out. With the groups and counseling have helped me reprogram my brain into a healthier mindset to deal with everyday life situations with out turning to drugs. It doesn’t happen overnight it has taken me years to get where I am, but it works, and that’s why I’ve always came back. I know what I can be using this life changing program. I know where I would b if I didn’t come back and keep trying. I know I would not have been able to help my daughter get ready for prom, be here to take pictures with my kids on Mother’s Day and for that I’m so grateful to the team that I’ve worked with at Spero heath all these years. They have made me who I am today! I have no words but thankful they never gave up on me, no amount of money could buy what they gave back to me. Thank u ! Lexington group, Sean, Abby, Hailey. I had a really really good experience at this hospital. I was in ICU for 2 1/2 weeks and then the regular For a week. The nurses were absolutely amazing and while they knew, I was frustrated they were doing their best to take care of me and keep me comfortable. I was intubated for the first two weeks, so it was a very confusing experience, but the nurse nurses did their best to keep me calm.
I’m trying to get the names of the nurses and of my babysitter so I can give them a gift card.
Thank you good Sam. I really appreciate the way I was treated and I appreciate the respect I received.

UPDATE***. You see the original comment, they stood over my shoulder as I typed it. Landmark recovery on fern valley rd is a JOKE!!! The comments you see about the CEO not giving a crap about what goes on in her facility is true!! Let’s just say there was a survey that went around and baby I filled it from front to back, corners and all! I had so much to say that I got to sit down with the CEO & Co-CEO to get a fill for the new things & better opportunities that were getting ready to be put into place. As I read the comments I see that was a lie. Also the whole paper thing was suppose to be anonymous but they matched my hand writing to the daily check ins we did. YOU WILL BE TAKING COLD SHOWERS WITH SEWER FLIES!!! The water supply is a 5-gallon igloo bucket thing with the spout at the bottom which is very important bc when it’s time to be refilled, guess what, it’s rolled into the bathroom & filled with sink water. For the amount of money spent here, things could go be sooooo much better & still be the bare minimum experience. They’ll answer the phone to get you in the door, sell you a bunch of lies about the “the state of art facility” and it’ll sound good. & look good to upon first entry and where the family meetings and public eyes can see. But once you cross that wooden door, it’s a all a lie. Welcome to hell! I would never recommend anyone to go here. I will say, the names mentioned were definitely great people, I would reconnect with again. But that place, is one of the reason I have remained sober. I refuse to go back, please go with a different facility if you can. This place will definitely be investigated one day!! Best wishes to you all.
First time going to rehab and landmark was a great experience. The staff are welcoming and the patients here are very welcoming as well. Made me feel love and supported as soon as I stepped onto the wing. They definitely feed you so be prepared to gain a few pounds. Also huge shoutout to Gary A, Jackie F, & the PES Britney, Randy, and Matthew they are all amazing. There are plethora of different backgrounds here so if you find yourself here please take the opportunity to get to know them and use the knowledge that they give you. Overall a great experience and I recommend.

Entrance A. Registration lady downstairs was very nice. Very helpful. Security was nice and friendly. However, second floor surgery waiting, the old gray headed receptionist…. RUDE. As soon as I walked in with my daughter, she made a face of disgust. Then proceeded to tell me I couldn’t have her up here because she’s under 12. She went straight to the back, came back out, and said “I hate to be the bad guy but you have to wait downstairs with her because she’s under 12” mind you, she just assumed my child was under 12. Didn’t ask her age. Nothing. Her name is sue for anyone wondering. The registration lady got so heated about it, she gave me a phone number to call and complain on her and said that’s bull and she’s a very rude woman and so many have complained. My mother said even when she announced coffee was done, she was rude about it. Sorry, but the people you choose to staff, says a lot about your hospital. And someone with an attitude and demeanor like this, doesn’t need to work with people. Or at a hospital. I am disgusted at this woman.

I came into the emergency room because my leg was so swollen & they told me I had cellulitis & ask me if I wanted them to drain it to get the swelling down & relieve the pressure & I said absolutely! The lady comes back in & says we're going to give you a prescription for a strong antibiotic but we're not going to drain it because we don't want to make it worse! This was on November 6th. Now it is November 10th & the pain & swelling is so much worse it still hasn't drained & I have no insurance. I look at my paper work & it says patient denied us draining it. I am very upset because I asked them to please drain it so it can relieve the pressure. Needless to say now I have to go to another emergency room & get billed for another emergency room visit to hopefully get the right treatment. If at all possible avoid this hospital!!

I’ve NEVER left a negative review about the military, in fact I love and miss it. The VA has been amazing to me the staff at all levels have been kind, professional, knowledgeable and always acted in my best interests. So I was shocked, I don’t typically get “ ill” or catch a cold etc. So the rarity in 7 years I do I decided to call and see if I could see my PCP. It didn’t bother me I had to explain my issue to a clerk that had to zero medical knowledge, just to send me to triage, but then explain it to a healthcare provider again, I was told “ we can’t see you “ at first I expected this because of the time and stated I realized that I intended on booking an appointment for the following week. No “ we can’t see you AT ALL” excuse me, because? Those are “ Covid symptoms and we don’t expose “our” vets to Covid ( wait , um I’m a vet w/21 years of service). I was absolutely confused, I asked why I had not been informed this earlier, and was told I could use an acute care clinic in town. I ask the young lady who was irritated at this point , why I wasn’t informed ever of this rule and offered an “ tele ED/ER visit for a cough and how a doctor could possibly examine a cough/ chest via video? She then asked me if I was “ refusing care” which further irritated me, I absolutely was not. There are 11 symptoms according to the um cough “CDC” for Covid which basically eliminates a vet from going to the clinic unless you break a bone…. You had better you the pain doesn’t cause you to cry cause your nose to run and cough or you’ll be rejected. The average age of a vet according to a 2021 survey is now 34 to 54.. I’m sure it’s probably a bit younger considering if a current one was done. How ugly is it to state “ we don’t expose our vets to Covid” but go to an acute care to where the civilian population is not commonly at physically healthy the typical people in an acute care waiting room are much older and have multiple issues? Apparently their lives are less important. I’m all about the Army, military and our vets, especially our old generation, but this is beyond ignorant

Seven Counties Services- East Broadway offers medical detox, residential treatment, intensive outpatient, and recovery | Treatments Programs Payment Options | hi I am Caitlyn. I am 21 years old now when I first started using seven counties I was seven years old and escaping a horrific situation. They were there for my dad who is a single dad was raising 6 kids alone. if it wasn’t for them stepping in and giving him the support to divorce her, advocating for me and my siblings, giving us therapy, getting us back on our feet, getting me and my siblings through college and school, my therapist encouraging my talents, giving us medical treatment, and more. I certainly would not be here right now. My mom would not have been caught and removed from our lives. These people working here are a watching eye, guardians, protectors for your child. They are why I said no to substances when pressured and alone, and had no idea what substances even were. As a child people tried to give me some hard stuff in my high school and I avoided all of the people there and said no every time asked. I went to a really bad high school. I would sit at home all day and make music and code. I found a better way for life the little things make me happy and the little outshine the bad. No matter what happens the ones that care about me make the whole difference. Thank you for everything. I will never forget you.
