I am BEYOND happy with the treatment I receive from Tasc!! This place is TRULY AMAZING!! The people here you will NOT find anywhere else on this planet!! I promise you that...as a recovering addict it's the ONLY place I'll go for treatment anymore...I live an hour and 10 minutes from Columbus now and STILL go to Tasc for outpatient treatment...My counselor, Jess, is ALWAYS all ears and will help me process ANYTHING that is on my mind and help me figure out the problem at hand and most importantly, how to deal with it the RIGHT way, SOBER... BEST counselor you can find hands down... My peer recovery coach, Kelly, ALWAYS willing to lend a hand and guide me to resources to continue my recovery and help me through the obstacles life throws at you everyday.. I wonder why people would write nonsensical comments. Insurance co-pays are listed on your insurance info. The ladies at the front are working and will help you as soon as they can. They are polite and helpful. This people saved my life. I was not in a good place when I started coming here. Dr. Downhour is very professional and Stacy, my therapist, i'd need another page to list all she's done for me. They are not my friends and I don't expect them to be. They can't be unpressional and chitchat and be merry go joly. They deal with mental patients. They are not there to hang out. I wish I could give them more stars.

Hello, my name is Chloe Grover I discharged from Columbus behavioral center 1 month ago and it changed my entire life for the better. I had Caitlyn as a therapist and let me just say she is truly phenomenal at her work and what she does she kicks ass everyday to make sure her kids have what they need. Kiera the aftercare case manager is just as amazing she truly loves and cares for older youth in this program when she did IL she made it fun and engaging. Karebear was an amazing lead tech on 400 unit she changed the way I view people today she showed me to let people in and give them a chance. Von is a another very hardworking lead tech on 400 unit she showed me how to not care what others thought about me and to be myself through and through. Cameron was an amazing lead tech on 300 unit he always made your day exciting but stuck to the rules as he should and he was always there when you needed a good cry or a good conversation. The staff there deserve the world and if I could give it to them I would. Thank you everyone.

I honestly enjoy the group that I attend. I wasn't sure what to expect but I never imagined that I would really enjoy attending but I absolutely love it. The positive vibes in the group are so strong that you can't help but leave there thinking positively and feeling good about yourself. Victoria is very knowledgeable and has many resources to help you implement your individual treatment plan. She does not judge anyone and is very receptive and genuinely passionate about helping each individual create a sobriety plan, set it in motion, and be held accountable and frequently revisit the goals you set for yourself. The best kept secret in the Indianapolis area. The best all-around therapist I’ve seen and I’ve seen more than my fair share. Extremely organized and very knowledgeable on multiple types of treatment and excels in using them in a way that compares to someone who specializes in only one. Does an amazing job being flexible, staying focused on topic & still able to meet individual needs while providing group therapy that is beneficial to all. With all the positive things I could say, her ability to create a comfortable environment for people dealing with uncomfortable issues together is nothing short of a miracle. Therapy that gets results and is enjoyable. 6 stars, imo

Before Hickory I’ve never experienced any sort of rehabilitation. In ANY aspect of my life. I was WRECKED. So my expectations were very “surfaced”. The tools and practices the staff, therapists, BHT’s and even the front desk and office staff provide go beyond just the addiction part. Even when some of us are at our absolute lowest and have lost sight of everything and everyone else…. It’s impossible, even then to lose sight of someone making us feel GENUINELY cared about. The staff is very friendly and supportive in your recovery journey. The group facilitators are highly educated and always discuss very relevant information in group about recovery. The food is also really good, big shout out to the guys that cooked for all of us here at RVI. They also have many recreational activities such as ping pong, basketball, and a gym. Great place to rest and focus on your sobriety. I highly recommend this place to somebody who is trying to get sober.

This place is great! I was in Community Fairbanks for 28 days. They got me up early, on a schedule, groups were great and so was the food. I miss their breakfast! The staff is excellent; specifically Kyle and Cathy. Plenty of smoke breaks. They set me up with SLP (Sober Living.) I’m looking at volunteering. I feel the need to give back. I do not have a single bad thing to say about Fairbanks. If you have both your feet into getting sober this is the place for you. Their staff is extremely professional and compassionate. They bend over backwards to take care of you. I’ve struggled with sobriety for years and my third time going to Fairbanks on July 3, 2025, it all finally clicked. Currently at the moment I have 47 days sober and then in the process of completing the IOP program And I feel better now than I ever have when I was drinking. I would honestly recommend this place to anybody that is serious about getting clean.

It's easy getting in with a therapist and their psychiatrist Dr. Pelnick is the best doctor I've ever had. They listen to you here and find what can help you most. Look I'm going to keep it 100 right I don't get how anyone that has been there more than once would give any less than five stars. For real this is the first time I've done a review and I did it cuz I seen some haters and I ain't with that especially when I know it's real. All right so I want to highlight a few things and people that should give you a clear picture if you ain't never been there. Angie and Vic stand out to me because they're the first people you see when you get there and they make you feel welcome and they are really on point when it comes to making things happen quickly. I got ADD that one way and I'm terrible with names and I wanted to put everybody in here but I'm about to leave some people out and I apologize. I've been to a few other treatment places and none of them can compare to the service and flexibility along with the way you feel like everybody really has an interest in your well-being. Trish is like a counselor now so it looks like she is in an even better role to personally affect people's lives and it's easy to see that her interest in your success is genuine. I've been going there since 2020 and they've always done their thing but here lately they really on top of their game. If you in a tight spot financially they gon work with you and now there even little things like free snacks and other things. They are involved every area of your life that you feel needs improvement. Mental and physical health services are part of the package and even tho the stigma of substance abuse has been declining they ensure your confidentiality and will help you with your legal matters or parole/probation which is a big deal if you got to deal with the system. There's a couple ladies I wanted to mention just cuz they of important role they play in the whole experience so I'm hoping I can edit this after I see them next week. Angie isn't there all the time but when she is she keeps things moving and I have to give the boss a shout out cuz every time I needed something that he could help with he didn't hesitate to make it happen. What's crazy is that even with all the requirements that you go through to get your meds (which they provide right there on site so you don't even have to go to a pharmacy) they get you in and out of there so much quicker than they used to. If it's your first day going there so I can say is be prepared for a long day and a thorough examination which is necessary to get you started the right way. But after that it's usually pretty quick and easy. Last thing I want to say is how awesome the providers are. They never rush you through and don't judge you or chastise you if you slip up. I've been clean of opiates since 6-17-2013 because of Suboxone and back when I started it was super expensive and hard to get. I'm glad times have changed and a place like Brightview in Fairfield, Ohio exists. 💯

Im a Big Fan of Brightview. I have been since day one. I would recommend it to anyone who was serious about getting help. If you just need an excuse it's not the right fit but if you are earnest it's the best place you could put your trust in. Only complaint I have is each Brightview location should have their own number so when an addict needs to talk to someone they have a number to reach their councler or Dr... I realize it's not ideal to be available 24/7 but it could save someone's life and wouldn't that make it all worthwhile. Thank you Brightview
