Hi this is Brandon Burton (05/17/2000) i just wanted to take a min to show my appreciation for CRT Rocky Ford House in Columbus Indiana. I wouldn't be the strong minded person that i am today if it wasn’t for all of their support, help, and guidance. I wanna take this time to show my up most appreciation for each staff member there, because each of them impacted me greatly. Rachael always took time out of her day to make sure i had everything i needed, made sure i understood what was being taught to me in MRT and IOT, and she ALWAYS had the best classes. She made her classes fun and she explained things in a way that i could understand. She gave me support in every aspect of my life. I know that if i had something going on i could take it to her and she wouldnt go and tell someone else my business, and she would give me the best suggestions possible. Tacara was amazing as well, she had my back in the program from the jump. She always gave me straight up honest answers, and she always helped me in the spiritual side of my recovery. We talked about God alot and i just really appreciated having a sister in christ there to talk about God with everyday. Austin was my dude forreal. Ive liked Austin since i met him at the Whitney house when he was the recovery works grant guy. For some reason i was always drawn to Austin, he always gave me straight answers, never sugar coated anything, and didnt judge me for who i am. Not to mention hes funny as heck! I remember going into his office almost everyday just to talk to him and tell him jokes. Lol i hope ur seein this G-Eazy, i appreciate you having my back, and giving me a chance in the program! Kathy was ALWAYS just the sweetest! She showed me sooo much support when it came to my relationship stuff and she helped us with anything we brought to her attention. Kathy was very nurturing, kind, and treated me like i was her son. I felt a strong family type bond with each and every staff member there i love them all with all my ❤️

I am BEYOND happy with the treatment I receive from Tasc!! This place is TRULY AMAZING!! The people here you will NOT find anywhere else on this planet!! I promise you that...as a recovering addict it's the ONLY place I'll go for treatment anymore...I live an hour and 10 minutes from Columbus now and STILL go to Tasc for outpatient treatment...My counselor, Jess, is ALWAYS all ears and will help me process ANYTHING that is on my mind and help me figure out the problem at hand and most importantly, how to deal with it the RIGHT way, SOBER... BEST counselor you can find hands down... My peer recovery coach, Kelly, ALWAYS willing to lend a hand and guide me to resources to continue my recovery and help me through the obstacles life throws at you everyday.. BEST peer coach with the certificate.... even the two Wonderful ladies that run that front desk, like bosses will do whatever it takes to go above and beyond their duties and help someone remain SOBER...if your looking for a place to do the right thing with your life call Tasc!! This is the BEST place, hands down. Amber, Dr. Terrell, Bethany, Kelly, Amy, Shelley, the beautiful women up front, all of them! They have helped me with everything, not just addiction. This place is seriously phenomenal beyond ....It took me many and many of years to actually accept that it's OK to not be OK. Thru gallahue I've gained so much support thru my individual therapist In which I'd recommend 10000000% xanadu..I also attend a weekly group thay o my gosh it's been a huge huge help . Even tho I feel overwhelmed with life constantly I do know that I've gained coping skills and strength and healthier ways to manage my struggle......This place has saved my life and I'm beyond thankful for them . Also I must add that the ladies at the front desk are absolutely amazing and Dawn o my gosh I know you've been there so so so long and your so dedicated to treating others with kindness and I thank you for always going the extra mile and always smiling..... The Staff is Friendly, Professional and Honest. They check to make sure they have the right person with correct chart. I am happy to go there. I had to come home from Spain a few times while I was in the Air Force and wore Civilian clothes for fear of being spit on because of the political unrest at the time. I honestly enjoy the group that I attend. I wasn't sure what to expect but I never imagined that I would really enjoy attending but I absolutely love it. The positive vibes in the group are so strong that you can't help but leave there thinking positively and feeling good about yourself. Victoria is very knowledgeable and has many resources to help you implement your individual treatment plan. She does not judge anyone and is very receptive and genuinely passionate about helping each individual create a sobriety plan, set it in motion, and be held accountable and frequently revisit the goals you set for yourself. I cannot sat enough great things about Victoria and the group that I attend. If you are ready to get treatment for whatever you are struggling with, give ER counseling a chance. You will not be disappointed.

This was the third rehab center that my wife attended. My wife wasnt in a good place mentally when I dropped her off. Blaming, heavy, burdened, joyless. I talked to her 7 days in and she was positive, light spirited, and exhibited empowerment. She has talked more about her alcoholism and knows what led up to it because Tara required her to do a timeline of life events. She seems much in touch with herself and better equipped as a result. She also had an excellent counselor that provided very pointed counseling specific to my wife’s life and needs. Based on what I learned from my wife I think everyone could use a little of what TARA has to offered regardless of whether u have an addiction or not. I highly recommend.

I love Tara. The staff are all respectful and compassionate. The curriculum took a deep dive into my history to help bring to light past experiences and how they affect my current life. The days were broken up with little “outings” where we were taken offsite for various activities. Management has clearly worked hard to find a program that works well, and I am so thankful that I was able to attend it.

My child was hospitalized for a week and was supposed to have a call the following day to set up an appointment. It took a week and half to get that call even after I called and left 2 voicemails. He ended up in hospital again before the actual intake appointment so they had to wait for another appt when he was released. For the intake appointment, it took 4 hours between registration and seeing the lead clinician. Absolutely ridiculous. We were not given any warning that it would take almost the entire school and work day for this appointment. The following day we had a telehealth appointment with a psychiatrist (I’m assuming that is her title as I was never actually told). Yolanda Bray, the doctor for the telehealth appt was almost 15 minutes late. Then when she did show up she said that she never received any of the information from intake. I was livid since we spent 4 hours there the day before and gave all the information she was asking. I have a sever lung disease which makes it extremely difficult to talk and having to go through all this again was infuriating and hard on my lungs. After she accused us of lying about the 4 hours because it should have only taken an hour according to her (I have the school note that said he was there from 8-12), she was then able to tell us info we only gave during the 4 hour intake process so I’m not sure she was telling the truth about not getting anything or just didn’t do her job. I explained my sons health issues and that he has always had severe anxiety and it’s been worse since finding out I am dying. And he needs an adjustment. Her words are “why would he need to adjust his meds when you are still dying. Changing his meds doesn’t change the fact you are dying and he will be upset.” At this point my blood is boiling Well you can adjust to help deal with the fact his mother is dying. His anxiety is so high and he needs help getting it under control. I have never wanted to smack a doctor so much in my life. She was rude, inappropriate and because I was having a hard time talking due to not being able to breathe, she was getting frustrated with me and I was with her because she wasn’t listening and kept interrupting because she was tired of waiting on me to get a sentence out. Something that couldn’t be helped. This could have been avoided if she and adult and child had done their jobs in the first place and read his chart from the intake appointment. But the final straw was when she hung up on me when I asked for a new doctor to deal with. I’ve since called to talk to a supervisor and based on their previous issues of not calling back, I won’t hold my breath. We will be having my sons primary physician help us with his meds. This place is an absolute joke! If you can find a different place, do it. Especially if you have to deal with Yolanda Bray

Look I'm going to keep it 100 right I don't get how anyone that has been there more than once would give any less than five stars. For real this is the first time I've done a review and I did it cuz I seen some haters and I ain't with that especially when I know it's real. All right so I want to highlight a few things and people that should give you a clear picture if you ain't never been there. Angie and Vic stand out to me because they're the first people you see when you get there and they make you feel welcome and they are really on point when it comes to making things happen quickly. I got ADD that one way and I'm terrible with names and I wanted to put everybody in here but I'm about to leave some people out and I apologize. I've been to a few other treatment places and none of them can compare to the service and flexibility along with the way you feel like everybody really has an interest in your well-being. Trish is like a counselor now so it looks like she is in an even better role to personally affect people's lives and it's easy to see that her interest in your success is genuine. I've been going there since 2020 and they've always done their thing but here lately they really on top of their game. If you in a tight spot financially they gon work with you and now there even little things like free snacks and other things. They are involved every area of your life that you feel needs improvement. Mental and physical health services are part of the package and even tho the stigma of substance abuse has been declining they ensure your confidentiality and will help you with your legal matters or parole/probation which is a big deal if you got to deal with the system. There's a couple ladies I wanted to mention just cuz they of important role they play in the whole experience so I'm hoping I can edit this after I see them next week. Angie isn't there all the time but when she is she keeps things moving and I have to give the boss a shout out cuz every time I needed something that he could help with he didn't hesitate to make it happen. What's crazy is that even with all the requirements that you go through to get your meds (which they provide right there on site so you don't even have to go to a pharmacy) they get you in and out of there so much quicker than they used to. If it's your first day going there so I can say is be prepared for a long day and a thorough examination which is necessary to get you started the right way. But after that it's usually pretty quick and easy. Last thing I want to say is how awesome the providers are. They never rush you through and don't judge you or chastise you if you slip up. I've been clean of opiates since 6-17-2013 because of Suboxone and back when I started it was super expensive and hard to get. I'm glad times have changed and a place like Brightview in Fairfield, Ohio exists. 💯

Im a Big Fan of Brightview. I have been since day one. I would recommend it to anyone who was serious about getting help. If you just need an excuse it's not the right fit but if you are earnest it's the best place you could put your trust in. Only complaint I have is each Brightview location should have their own number so when an addict needs to talk to someone they have a number to reach their councler or Dr... I realize it's not ideal to be available 24/7 but it could save someone's life and wouldn't that make it all worthwhile. Thank you Brightview
