This place is seriously phenomenal beyond ....It took me many and many of years to actually accept that it's OK to not be OK. Thru gallahue I've gained so much support thru my individual therapist In which I'd recommend 10000000% xanadu..I also attend a weekly group thay o my gosh it's been a huge huge help . Even tho I feel overwhelmed with life constantly I do know that I've gained coping skills and strength and healthier ways to manage my struggle......This place has saved my life and I'm beyond thankful for them . Also I must add that the ladies at the front desk are absolutely amazing and Dawn o my gosh I know you've been there so so so long and your so dedicated to treating others with kindness and I thank you for always going the extra mile and always smiling..... If we are required to do a class, for whatever the reason, Curriculum in 2025 should not be videos 20+ years old, This will never relate to a entire class of individual struggles. Up to date, out the box thinking from therapists, who can “TRULY” relate, is a must! A prehistoric curriculum, which at best we can miserably struggle thru, will ultimately not teach anything positive. Thank-you Robert M for breaking a non functional mold. With anyone else, (Sadly) i am just a patient number, Another number for people who's goal is not me, yet what my Insurance will pay.. We are more than your pay check,, some of us may Live or Die from what you teach…. Do it right, or find a job without such consequences.

The Staff is Friendly, Professional and Honest. They check to make sure they have the right person with correct chart. I am happy to go there. I had to come home from Spain a few times while I was in the Air Force and wore Civilian clothes for fear of being spit on because of the political unrest at the time. I honestly enjoy the group that I attend. I wasn't sure what to expect but I never imagined that I would really enjoy attending but I absolutely love it. The positive vibes in the group are so strong that you can't help but leave there thinking positively and feeling good about yourself. Victoria is very knowledgeable and has many resources to help you implement your individual treatment plan. She does not judge anyone and is very receptive and genuinely passionate about helping each individual create a sobriety plan, set it in motion, and be held accountable and frequently revisit the goals you set for yourself. I cannot sat enough great things about Victoria and the group that I attend. If you are ready to get treatment for whatever you are struggling with, give ER counseling a chance. You will not be disappointed.

They gave me the tools needed to have positive coping skills and learn how to respond to my problems instead of reacting. I love absolutely all the staff that works there, this was my fourth treatment center in two years. The way the facility is structured and how they get you out and about trying new things, going to meetings, getting you accumulated to being sober in the real world was exactly what I needed. They got me into a PHP program following my completion and I’m really happy where I am!! Also shout out to Megan the therapist I absolutely love her and how she tells you how it is In a nice way !! We were in a really desperate situation and needed immediate help to find a quality detox program. We had the pleasure of dealing with Kaleb, who was kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. He was able to get our loved one a same day assessment and intake. We were very happy with the homey atmosphere and the kind people at Tara. Everyone was helpful and accommodating.
