I’ve tried several places before I landed on WG. I can promise you with every inch of my heart that this place is by far, number one. You not only receive the education but also a sense of being human. The techs are not just techs, they themselves are someone you can talk to, cry to, vent to and they will not forget about you. I’ve been to many places where you are treated like an insurance figure but definitely not here. These people take it beyond the limits of care. My fourth time into a rehab, I said “take me to Wooded Glen”. You come in broken and feeling alone and leave with a family. Big shout out to Brandon, Bobby, Cori, Karina, Brittyne (sorry if I spelled that wrong <3), and I forget her name too but y’all will hate her on first few days but will leave loving her. You know who you are. Also new tech Jess, I appreciate you staying up those nights listening to us. I recommend anybody, and everybody to speak with our Alumni coordinator, Ashley. It will change your life 180°. I can go on an on but take my word for it. Love you all 🧡

This is where I got sober and remained sober at. I would recommend this place to anyone battling addiction of any kind. The staff are beyond excellent and they follow up with you and help you after you leave. They do actually care what your going through and are there if you need them. Very clean place that has cozy rooms. There classs are very informative and helpful, with great staff that actually want to teach you about recovery and who you can go to with any problem. I had the absolute best time there and was able to excersize between classes. Honostly I've been to multiple 'rehabs' in Indiana and this is hands down the best there is. I'm so grateful i went.

I live 45 min away from the centerstone in Seymour. I could transfer to the Columbus one but... Ms. Gina is the flippin' best I stay because she has made me feel comfortable enough to joke and cut up and be myself. Thanks Ms Gina for being amazing at what you do and actually giving a flip.

I have been going there on and off for 6 years now. That is an awesome place. They have drug rehabilitation groups, drug classes, and their therapists are wonderful. They are kind and respectful, and to top it all off They take your problems and issues seriously!! They also have doctors you can see there as well. They have both mental and physical doctors!

I was there once. I got appointment, fill in the forms,they are accept my emergency insurance. Dr.Bacala was great, she is help me, listen all my problems. I give a four star, because I m await my appointment about 3 weeks. Too long,cause I had a injury of my elbow joint. But another sides of that clinic are positive.

I was able to check myself in using the VA app. I like that very much...no standing in line.
My nurse was on-time, professional and relayed my concerns appropriately.
Dr. Phelps is my doctor. I appreciate his simple explanations. He's stuck around long enough for me to feel like he is familiar with my history... that's pretty cool! And...not common, in my experience.
Before departure, the appointment clerk schedules the next appointment.
The systems approach seems to work here. It doesn't feel impersonal.

I've been at crossroads for quite some time pretty much since they open the one off cargo Court and everybody that works there is super nice easy to get along with the nurses are great the counselors are great except they need to get there overhead speaker fixed so we can hear them call out our names to dose it's really annoying to try and hear them yell.it out from.om the back they have the equipment already installed it just needs to be turned back on and it's super ridiculous we have to sit and listen for them to scream out our names and the nurses and staff shouldn't have to do that when before when they did have it we could hear them good and they we able to play some sooting music or something I bet the names being called it was such nived plz get that fixed.

Great experience. Starting off on a reasonable amount that will have you feeling better the first day. Only one complaint when there is only one nurse in, the waiting room could be 2-3 hours so if you can , go first thing in the morning.

I would recommend this place for sure especially their PHP program, it was my very first time coming here and to be honest i was very nervous and scared but it was actually a lot more welcoming than i thought and i think theres alot of good people here, and alot of people that help, especially the therapists, ive done 3 full months as a teen and i would say it was definitely a life changing experience and i made so many connections and friends, and i just took so much from this place, and i learned so much about myself as well, 100% recommend PHP and their IOP program.

I enjoyed the virtual IOP treatment more than I thought I would. It worked well with my work schedule and I got to be comfortable at home as well as being comfortable in the group. I was able to connect and exchange information with my peers and expand my recover/Sobriety network!

During my recovery, I have been to many inpatient rehabilitation facilities, and CGR was one of my best experiences. The staff, especially the PESs and facilitators, were excellent and always helped when I needed support. The food was good, with enough for everyone and seconds available upon request. My needs were met, and I would recommend this facility to anyone seeking serious recovery. My therapist was also very helpful, and I truly appreciate everything that was done for me. My husband had surgery at the Louisville VA Medical Center, and the care he received before, during, and after surgery was incredible. Dr. Klein, Roberto, and the entire team were supportive, patient, and made sure he was comfortable every step of the way while also keeping me informed. The follow‑up after surgery was excellent as well — any time we called with questions, they were kind and quick to help.
The VA physical therapy staff were energetic, encouraging, and made recovery something my husband actually looked forward to. Thanks to their guidance, we are back to enjoying time together for outdoor activities. We’re both incredibly grateful for the care he received and words really are not enough to share our gratitude for every interaction before, during, and after his procedure. Thanks to everyone we encountered!

This place is great. Doctors and all staff. I have been to ER twice and had a 5 day stay. I have had appointments in various apartments. I have been treated by great caring Doctors and Nurses. I have also had community services to get treatment faster then VA could provide,they sent me to a Saint surgeon known as Dr Yakkanti U OF L. The pharmacy has been most helpful. Community Services has been very responsive. When you walk down the hallway at Rex VA. Your brothers and sisters always are kind. Everyone acts like they know and want to help you. I am sorry some are upset about a problem. You deserve your say and fight. I hope you get it resolved. I deserve mine to. THANK YOU REX VA FOR KEEPING ME IN THE FIGHT OF LIFE. GOD BLESS YOU ALL!

I went for a walk-in Xray at 1030. A nurse, by the name of Jeanine, escorted me to the department when I was lost.
Upon arrival at Xray...I was immediately checked in. Five minutes later, I was on my way!

I love absolutely all the staff that works there, this was my fourth treatment center in two years. The way the facility is structured and how they get you out and about trying new things, going to meetings, getting you accumulated to being sober in the real world was exactly what I needed. They got me into a PHP program following my completion and I’m really happy where I am!! Also shout out to Megan the therapist I absolutely love her and how she tells you how it is In a nice way !! We were in a really desperate situation and needed immediate help to find a quality detox program. We had the pleasure of dealing with Kaleb, who was kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. He was able to get our loved one a same day assessment and intake. We were very happy with the homey atmosphere and the kind people at Tara. Everyone was helpful and accommodating. ICFR in Bedford is top notch!! They take great care of you and the staff really cares. The food is delicious and they have a full cafeteria of snacks like pizza, yogurt, cereal plus many more items thats available 24/7. You get 13 smoke breaks a day that are 30 minutes long, so don't worry about having to wait very long for a cigg. Groups are 4 times a day M-F and 2 times per day Saturday and Sunday. They have given me SO MANY tools to help me when I discharge on 10/21/26. Beds are extremely comfortable too. If you want comfort and are committed to receiving help, this is most definitely the place to be.
