Awesome place to get sober, and they have the support to help u stay sober, Staff was amazing, and it was easy to connect with them as some of them have been thru similar situations as mine. Great structure throughout the whole process, Unfortunately my insurance with the state expired so I had no option but to leave, thankfully I was ready, So just for today im stil sober, with 26 months and four days sober, Thank you WG for yr support.

This place damn near saved my life. Staff is amazing and care almost on a personal level. Nurses are knowledgeable and groups are interactive informative and inclusive. Edit* Shout out to Beth, Nora and Carter! Made a great impact on my recovery!

Boca recovery was a magical experience during a very difficult time that will always hold a special place in my heart. From top to bottom, the support of staff is second to none. Tyler and Carrie, Carter, Alexx, Ashley, Brooke, Michelle, Meagan, and the rest of the techs are phenomenal. My therapist January opened my eyes to perspectives I had been missing my entire life and Justin the case manager worked tirelessly from the start all the way until his wife gave birth on my last day to make sure I was set up for success. The nurses are amazing and the medical attention someone needs during this portion of their recovery is 110% offered around the clock. The place has everything you need from a gym to recreational activities, spacious beds with luxury amenities. And one cannot go without mentioning the chef, Tim. You won't find better "rehab food" and conversation. I owe a thank you to the director John for his efforts to get me into a great program after my stay was over. To anyone struggling with with mental health and/or addiction, I cannot shout praises loud enough for what this program has to offer each and every client that walks through those doors. If you want a way out, there's no better place to check in.

In my recovery journey I haven’t found a better facility than this. From massages, haircuts, a full gym, round the clock staff, and great food. I felt my needs were more than met and exceeded. If you want to be sober and don’t want to be surrounded by the typical Medicaid crowd, this is the place to start!

This place is an amazing place to go to. The staff are amazing and so caring. They help you get through the toughest of days .

The care I am getting now is far better then the care I was getting elsewhere even more so due to telehealth

Christina Seitz is extremely good at her job and takes her role seriously. She is thorough in her approach and her ability to explain the purpose for each task she does. She is an asset to Centerstone and the process of helping to maintain people's mental health!

I have started going to this treatment place about 2 months ago and I was a addict for 4 years I’m 19 and pregnant with my 2nd baby and this place has helped me get my soberity and find my life back I’m not to far out on my journey but I know they have helped me tremendously Im not yet on a stable dose but of course it takes time to get there also me being pregnant effects the dosing but other then that this place saved me ! I’ve tried many inpatient programs and this is the one that worked for me despite it being my first time on methadone but suboxne or Subutex never worked for me unfortunately so I gave methadone a try and it’s a success with this clinic my counselor is great they are understanding nowadays of situations ect ect but I have had a good experience so far with this conic

My experince with BHG is awsome it saved my life every one there r very nice and caring people i read some of the refues and some of them r just wrong BHG is Great and i owe it my life only u can b the judge of it

Place isn't the worst and isn't the best, but alot better than most other places in Louisville. People get mad because they constantly still get high or get in trouble for taking benzos with their methadone. So they get on here and talk bad. This place has helped me more than anything, now I'm going on 9 months sober from opiates for the first time since I've been an addict from the age of 18.

It's a great health clinic. Everyone can improve their health here. Convenient office location and courteous staff.

This place gave me my sobriety without landmark id still be doing fentanyl the staff was amazing they genuinely care and connect very well on a personal level and I’ve learned a lot about our disease of addiction their building is very nice and clean well taken care of and the program part is amazing I truly got a lot out of those classes I’ve been sober since the day after I got there being 04/28/2024 and still and always will have my sobriety thanks to landmark and all the staff that I met

UPDATE***. You see the original comment, they stood over my shoulder as I typed it. Landmark recovery on fern valley rd is a JOKE!!! The comments you see about the CEO not giving a crap about what goes on in her facility is true!! Let’s just say there was a survey that went around and baby I filled it from front to back, corners and all! I had so much to say that I got to sit down with the CEO & Co-CEO to get a fill for the new things & better opportunities that were getting ready to be put into place. As I read the comments I see that was a lie. Also the whole paper thing was suppose to be anonymous but they matched my hand writing to the daily check ins we did. YOU WILL BE TAKING COLD SHOWERS WITH SEWER FLIES!!! The water supply is a 5-gallon igloo bucket thing with the spout at the bottom which is very important bc when it’s time to be refilled, guess what, it’s rolled into the bathroom & filled with sink water. For the amount of money spent here, things could go be sooooo much better & still be the bare minimum experience. They’ll answer the phone to get you in the door, sell you a bunch of lies about the “the state of art facility” and it’ll sound good. & look good to upon first entry and where the family meetings and public eyes can see. But once you cross that wooden door, it’s a all a lie. Welcome to hell! I would never recommend anyone to go here. I will say, the names mentioned were definitely great people, I would reconnect with again. But that place, is one of the reason I have remained sober. I refuse to go back, please go with a different facility if you can. This place will definitely be investigated one day!! Best wishes to you all. First time going to rehab and landmark was a great experience. The staff are welcoming and the patients here are very welcoming as well. Made me feel love and supported as soon as I stepped onto the wing. They definitely feed you so be prepared to gain a few pounds. Also huge shoutout to Gary A, Jackie F, & the PES Britney, Randy, and Matthew they are all amazing. There are plethora of different backgrounds here so if you find yourself here please take the opportunity to get to know them and use the knowledge that they give you. Overall a great experience and I recommend.

I enjoyed the virtual IOP treatment more than I thought I would. It worked well with my work schedule and I got to be comfortable at home as well as being comfortable in the group. I was able to connect and exchange information with my peers and expand my recover/Sobriety network!

Very amazing place these people Care a lot when it comes to recovery.... the staff is absolutely the best....

LAC was great. I participated in the evening groups through zoom, which I originally had reservations about. Even though the meetings were online, they were still very engaging, informative, and personal. The therapist and case manager were incredible. They were both very authentic and supportive, and they were easily available when we needed them. I am very appreciative and grateful for this program.

I believe that this place offers a great service to the Louisville Community. They have been opening their doors to people with substance abuse problems, the homeless, and armed forces veterans for decades now. And I think it's great that they were able to open their new and bigger facility recently. That just means they are able to help more people. Keep up the good work THP, And God Bless...

The healing place is a wonderful center for recovery serving men of every walk of life during and after recovery and / or displacement. They offer a myriad of program to assist those in need as well as access to many other program outside of their own that they are partnered with. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served daily, lunch being open to the public, while the others are for residential clientele. Nightly shelter available upon request, as well as long term residential services to those who qualify. The facility also offers a program for specifically for military veterans on the second floor that works in conjunction with the VA to help veterans in need gain access to the benefits they require. I personally appreciate the VA program at the healing place immensely, and have been fortunate enough to have received their assistance in the past. One day at a time…

I had been at another treatment facility for years. I felt like I was just another invoice. Policies constantly changing, no support or compassion. I felt the difference the first time I called Crossroads and Josh answered. I felt heard and welcomed. I’m so happy I made the change to Crossroads Treatment facility. From the time I walk through the door and saw Alexis’ smiling bright face, to Josh’s open and caring personality. CJ and Renee are amazing and never look or talk down to me. Craig always speaks and has a smile. I never have felt less than or felt like I was being judged for being an addict. I appreciate the care and support I receive from Crossroads staff. I have 19 years sobriety today and know that I have the team behind to continue to remain sober.

Whenever I had enough of my own bs, I was ready to quit. I pulled up to journey pure. I was ready no one made me. It's been over 2 years now and I'm clean. Thank God and journey pure

Journey Pure has definitely been an essential part of my recovery journey… I was fresh out of a 30 day treatment center and knew I needed to do more to ensure the success of my recovery. I was referred to Journey Pure… the first few months were more intensive, which helped set a foundation for the mental health maintenance I do today. I loved my initial therapy sessions with Bri, and my current therapist, Alexy, is just as good. I highly recommend Journey Pure if you are serious about wanting what’s best for your mental health and wellbeing! There’s no time like the present (:
