I have been going there on and off for 6 years now. That is an awesome place. They have drug rehabilitation groups, drug classes, and their therapists are wonderful. They are kind and respectful, and to top it all off They take your problems and issues seriously!! They also have doctors you can see there as well. They have both mental and physical doctors!

I was there once. I got appointment, fill in the forms,they are accept my emergency insurance. Dr.Bacala was great, she is help me, listen all my problems. I give a four star, because I m await my appointment about 3 weeks. Too long,cause I had a injury of my elbow joint. But another sides of that clinic are positive.

My dad goes there, and i couldn't ask for better doctors for him. The facilities are nice and clean, and my Dad loves his doctors there. We travel an hour to get there and they are usually always right on time! He is 75 and they treat him with the utmost respect! Dr. Phelps is a lucky doctor...and...he deserves this awsome crew! I appreciate his explanations relating to my health concerns.

The Indiana Center for Recovery in Bloomington, Indiana literally saved my life. A lot of people say treatment for drug abuse saved their life but when I walked into the treatment center on Dec 2, 2025 my blood pressure was at stroke levels and I had no idea. I had literally been walking around with hyper tension for several years and combined with my drug abuse I made bad decision after bad decision after bad decision. I thought I was going in to detox or to reset myself but I realized after a couple weeks that it was a life changing event. The nursing staff got me on high blood pressure meds to stabilize my health and the therapists and facilitators got me into recovery. By practicing meditation, yoga, therapy, group sharing, exercising and eating right I have regained not only my health but my crystal clear clarity. I am now in recovery for three weeks and have about another week to go in the program. Colin Troy and his staff was instrumental in getting me into the program and my therapist Meghan Miller has helped me tremendously along with all the staff at the recovery center and even with a week left I feel like I have a new lease on life. I used to say that I was built for this, in regards, to my drug abuse, but now I have flipped that saying into I am built for recovery. And it's all down to the Indiana Center for Recovery and their amazing staff and program. Highly recommend for those that are serious about their recovery. Wonderful compound, living conditions, with an amazing gym and recreation center. Staff is accommodating, thoughtful, and professional. Plus they use holistic practices like mediation, yoga, art and music therapy, and acupuncture to go along with the traditional therapy and twelve step program education, with the added addition of a Recovery Dharma leaning. After being here I can see why they are now rated number 1 nationally for treatment and recovery centers.

In my recovery journey I haven’t found a better facility than this. From massages, haircuts, a full gym, round the clock staff, and great food. I felt my needs were more than met and exceeded. Place isn't the worst and isn't the best, but alot better than most other places in Louisville. People get mad because they constantly still get high or get in trouble for taking benzos with their methadone. So they get on here and talk bad. This place has helped me more than anything, now I'm going on 9 months sober from opiates for the first time since I've been an addict from the age of 18.

LAC was great. I participated in the evening groups through zoom, which I originally had reservations about. Even though the meetings were online, they were still very engaging, informative, and personal. The therapist and case manager were incredible. They were both very authentic and supportive, and they were easily available when we needed them. I am very appreciative and grateful for this program.

I had been at another treatment facility for years. I felt like I was just another invoice. Policies constantly changing, no support or compassion. I felt the difference the first time I called Crossroads and Josh answered. I felt heard and welcomed. I’m so happy I made the change to Crossroads Treatment facility. From the time I walk through the door and saw Alexis’ smiling bright face, to Josh’s open and caring personality. CJ and Renee are amazing and never look or talk down to me. I've been listed, among the homeless, since 2006. The Healing Place, from when it was on Broadway, always made space for us, the homeless. I will have 20yrs, among the homeless, 2026, & I, continue, to be blessed by the discipline, & "No B.S.!" practices.
Some, among the homeless, seem to struggle with what The Healing Place helps - anyone, in need, get away from, yet, it's up to an individual to sign-up.
On the other hand, I'm struggling to keep what, little income I'm allowed to have, as housing wants a percentage - no matter how small, & I can't afford any housing agreement.
The Healing Place give us space to figure things out...in a safe space. Thank you. 🙏🏿☺️
