I didnt like my therapist at first, she talked to me more as a mental issue then a person, but I ended up transfering to a different therapist because my old one got a promotion and shes the nicest person ever, we actually bond over common intrest rather then just talking about my mental heath and what's going on in my life and I find her very fun and easy to talk to.

I went there almost a year ago and to this day the group therapist I had Marc had a great impact on my life. I was able to come out of comfort zone a little more with the group and he made us all feel safe I wish I could tell him thank you. And the Lady at the front counter Aaliyah I think that s how you spell it I always loved talking to her before the groups. The staff members are so caring it s amazing!

Boca Recovery was my saving grace. I was given the ultimatum that if couldn’t get clean from alcohol and marijuana, then I would be removed from my children’s lives and have no chance of getting custody back. As an addict I just didn’t see me able to do this alone. I Google searched top rehabs in Oklahoma, and came across Boca Recovery. When I spoke to a recruiter they informed me that the facility was not in Oklahoma, but he told me not to panic. If I was ready, then all I had to worry about was making sure I was going to board on my scheduled flight. It seemed too good to be true, but sure enough they delivered and made sure I made it there safely. As soon as I stepped foot into the facility the staff treated me with the best care. Not only that, but the facility was very well maintained. You’re seen by a nurse the first day, and they set you up with everything you’ll need for the detox process. All therapist and case managers work together to build the best treatment plan that suits the patient/client. Not to mention the food they provide is amazing! Thanks to Boca recovery I have passed every UA since I’ve been out, and am able to be involved in my children’s lives again. Before arriving to Boca I didn’t see any of this being possible. Highly recommend to anyone struggling with addiction!

BOCA saved my life. It offered me safety, stability, and daily expectations that I needed desperately. From the first day of entering the program the techs were welcoming, understanding, and supportive which eased my anxiety and allowed me to relax. The clinical staff I worked with is amazing and they helped me begin to understand why I needed to be there and pushed me to see that I also deserved happiness and peace of mind. The community that was created during my stay is one that is with me for life. Its a year later since first review and I'm still at Spero. I still can tell you a 1000 good reasons why you should come here. These people really care and if they can't do what you need they will find so.e place that can for you. This was the best thing I ever did for myself and my family.Because of this place I have my life back. I even got off of meth. I have been clean for a few years now and when I am struggling in any way I can have a one on one with the therapist or an extra group. I trust these people and it's anonymous too. But they even helped me get my apartment. I wouldn't have given you 50 cents for my life before but now I am doing well. Anyone struggling please give them a try. They are very understanding and caring. I also relapsed a couple of times but they helped me get back on track and I now know more about myself and have more self-esteem than I ever have. This place is a great place to go if you need help with substance abuse or just mental health as well. When I went, I unfortunately didn’t take it very seriously but the people that did take it seriously have been very successful. Kyler was a great mentor while I was there, and he along with the other techs all seem very genuine and honest and willing to help in anyway they can. I am extremely grateful for this place, as well as Kyler especially. I don’t think I would be where I am today without him as a mentor.

Ok here we go, I have read the horrible content that has been posted. Judgemental and criticism is not what we learn here. We learn to work together to help each other get past our trauma and depression. Yes, the woman here can be a hot mess at times, and the building is small. So what! As long as we continue to work together at the groups and therapy, we all here are getting better. Personally I don't know a single woman that isn't a hot mess these days and that goes for the ones in therapy and being therapists. Granted you have your opinions and are entitled to your feelings being validated. Please the women here are good people and deserve to not be judge because they get sick and can't come in, or they have vacation time saved up and would like to take a break from helping others, and having some me time for themselves. Dialectical Behavior Therapy works, but it is NOT an overnight fix! Sometimes it takes repeating the therapy until you learn to incorporate it into your daily lives. I know this from experience. So everyone if you are looking for help from good people and others in a group setting, that will work to together with you. Come here, we are like family here. We don't judge.

Doing the hard work in therapy is the key. I've been through physical and mental therapy, and likewise with both, you get out what you put in. Whether it's psych, therapy, group sessions, a skills coach...as much as you can engage in, dig deep and show up.My road has been rough and the journey isn't over, and it feels good to have a team under one roof, along with a group of peers I see every week whom can actually empathize with me, because they're going it through it too.It's a place with real people. Have I had an occasional communication/scheduling blip? Yes, but it's extremely rare. And the environment is appropriate for what the setting is, which I appreciate.The support staff is friendly and helpful. The practioners that have helped me, including Wyeth, Julie, Lacy, and Alicia, along with the peer group, have been great.I highly recommend their services.

A couple months ago I spent about a week in here at 17 years old. I was the oldest kid there at the time. So trust me when I say this is a great facility. I absolutely loved it there. I have never been more able to feel like myself without being judged for it. Even through the harsh breakdowns I had, the NT made me feel like I wasn t crazy for feeling like that. The food was absolutely amazing and helped me bc I was having major issues with eating before I came in. They understood if I needed a minute away from everyone to console myself. A special thanks to David. He made everyone laugh and feel better no matter what type of day we were having. The thought of him working that night had everyone so excited. There were some times where I would have a breakdown and he would talk to me at a level that didn t make me feel like I was insane like every other psychiatrist i ve seen makes me feel. He would do karaoke with us and sing tswift We would laugh and make fun of him abt anything and everything. We all definitely got attached to him and hated to leave. But the whole place made me feel a lot better. I even asked to live there a couple of times As a former patient in the 11-17 part of it, I definitely recommend this place. Not every nurse was the sweetest but overall no one ever made us feel bad about ourselves. we did group every day and even had activity therapy where we got to paint, pet dogs, make stress balls, etc. This place definitely holds a place in my heart. THANK YOU CROSS POINT!!( Will also mention that they were completely open and respectful to all pronouns and names!!)

Walk in services which is vital in a mental health crisis. Immediate evaluation by qualified staff. Our son has always improved after time spent here and no complaints from him about services. He s 42. He was mistreated in ER and even arrested and thrown in jail during psychotic episode. It was horrible. Thank God for Crosspointe.

I've been going here for about a year now after seeing Dr Silva since the 4th grade they did a evaluation done on me and I was able to see a doctor the very next day a emergency appointment at that I could not that Ms Sherrie wallings more for saving my life and finally got me on the meds that worked best for my body what people do not understand is sometimes it takes a couple goes at the right meds but know deconess cross pointe inpatient and outpatient are the very very best around they will work with you untill you have the right meds that suite what works best for you I see all these crazy bad comments please do not listen to them these people saved my life my marriage my everything!!! Thanks deconess cross pointe!!!!!

While it's not anything fun to review, upon completion, I'm glad that I chose this place to report to. Allan is a good guy. He's not judgemental at all and this experience was not nearly as painful as I had originally imagined.

Rivervalley Behavioral Health is awesome and wonderful place to go to get help. They helped me when I was there. All the Employees and Managers are very nice and Friendly People who work at Rivervalley Behavioral Health. They have a wonderful Group Therapy that anyone can go to talk about your problems you are having. This is Group is called Circle Of Hope.
