My experiences in the Spear building have always been good. Linda T always greets me with a smile and kindness. Julie V. is a wonderful prescriber. She's very attentive to my whole body and life, not just my mental health. Dana the nurse is always kind and helpful. I've been a client there since 2012 and I don't want to get my care from anyone else.

Doing the hard work in therapy is the key. I've been through physical and mental therapy, and likewise with both, you get out what you put in. Whether it's psych, therapy, group sessions, a skills coach...as much as you can engage in, dig deep and show up. My road has been rough and the journey isn't over, and it feels good to have a team under one roof, along with a group of peers I see every week whom can actually empathize with me, because they're going it through it too. It's a place with real people. Have I had an occasional communication/scheduling blip? Yes, but it's extremely rare. And the environment is appropriate for what the setting is, which I appreciate. The support staff is friendly and helpful. The practioners that have helped me, including Wyeth, Julie, Lacy, and Alicia, along with the peer group, have been great. I highly recommend their services.

Good staff and pretty good buildings in a not so large town. We appreciate their work. The only thing that needs improving is the process of trying to make an appt, it takes more than needed.

Be honest and vulnerable with your psychologist to get diagnosed accurately. They only know what they’re told. Work with the staff while being open and receptive to treatment. It’s that simple. I finally got accurately diagnosed, got on personalized medication, talked daily with a therapist so we could talk about strategies to overcome my personal challenges, and I put in the work for myself; this place isn’t a quick solution or a “cure all” by any means, it’s the first step forward you just have to use the opportunity, be consistent with putting effort, love, care, time, and dedication into yourself. BOTTOM LINE: Work With The Staff and Put In The Work to make a better life for yourself. You have to put in the work for you, they can’t fix all of your problems for you: PUT IN THE WORK 💪🏻

After the receptionist spoke with Dr Blanky, he agreed to see me. He has always been kind, supportive and knowledgeable. I’ve been a patient of Dr Blank’s for a number of years and I trust his professional opinion and I greatly appreciate him seeing me today.

They have been excellent! They're very nice and treat my daughter who's a teen with alot of respect as this is her first pregnancy and she's nervous and has alot of fear. They have been very informative and have went above and beyond to make sure the baby is doing well! Dr.Schroeder is the Best!

Fun, Caring, and Educated staff. Hillcrest is thought of in all the wrong ways and it took getting involved with Hillcrest to see all the amazing things they do and are always thinking up to show these misunderstood children love, stability, and understanding.

I have transported youth to and from Hillcrest for many days n evenings during these last couple of months. The Staff has always been kind and respectful to me and the youth I was with.

One of the most professional services I have received in a long time. I wasn't sure if this was a good place to go to at first but decided to trust my instincts and thankfully they were right.

I see Samantha as a therapist and she’s fantastic. All of the staff is very friendly, and Jenny in DBT (also a individual therapist) is great! I’ve overcome a lot of issues by attending sessions and group here.

I didnt like my therapist at first, she talked to me more as a mental issue then a person, but I ended up transfering to a different therapist because my old one got a promotion and shes the nicest person ever, we actually bond over common intrest rather then just talking about my mental heath and what's going on in my life and I find her very fun and easy to talk to.

While it's not anything fun to review, upon completion, I'm glad that I chose this place to report to. Allan is a good guy. He's not judgemental at all and this experience was not nearly as painful as I had originally imagined.
