This place will always be a second home to me. It's not easy and the weak that dont want sobriety will leave or get kicked out. But if you put your all into this place and concentrate on healing yourself, it's the best decision you could ever make for yourself. I was healed of a 15 year drug addiction i never thought would be possible.... And so many other things. My true friends are a part of thus place and most of us still support each other. I've never lived there. Never been through the program. But I've worked WITH this program for years. I know it's a beautiful thing to witness as an outsider. To see the change in faces from week to week is amazing. I get to witness the residents grow and change. I can tell you that every service and supper we have with this group is an absolute blessing.
This time of year is traumatizing to many of us that live alone. As for me, I think of those that I love that are no longer with me. All I have is time to think, and lots of it. This year I got so depressed and had such overwhelming anxiety, that I turned to look for help. I've never felt such strong depression and anxiety ever before. Off the needle for 4 years on 6/28!!! Methadone maintanence saved my life! It was my 7th time going to a rehab facility. Soboxone never worked for me and I was terrified of the detox process. Methadone doesn't stop you from having withdrawal symptoms when you first start MAT. But it makes the transition so much easier and keeps you maintained it also controls the cravings.
It's not a super fancy top notch place but it's a good program and Western KY Medical executes it well. This place saved my life and I am eternally grateful!! ♡♡♡

Some will say this is "legal drug pushers" but that couldn't be farther from the truth. This place saved me. You get a weekly counseling session as well as other support. Insurance is taken here and you don't have to worry about looking for illegal stuff or missing work and family because of your addiction. This place works

Great place. Wonderful staff. Very attentive to you as an individual. More than just clinical needs. Clean facility. Plenty of food and a very eclectic mix of both patients and staff. Had a good 30 days here and would recommend it in a heartbeat.

Spero Health has been a vital part of my recovery journey ! I sit back and observe others say they do not believe in MAT (medication assisted therapy) that it's just another substance to get off of and that's really far from the truth ! If I had never found Spero and the medication that I am on I would have done come across a pressed pill since my DOC was opiates I know by now or within the last t years I would have purchased a perk on the street and the odds of me overdosing on fytenol was great and finding Subutex saved my life it saves mother's, father's, someone's son someone's daughter someone that's loved in this world ! Being properly evaluated and treated them stabilized during trauma therapy and when u are ready the tapering off the medication helps get off of the medication and not suffer any withdrawals from the medication ! If u work the program or if you are in ur recovery and doing your recovery the correct way u will have a longer happier thriving and productive life ! Ty to all the former employees and current employees for getting up everyday and loving with you too and doing it with your heart instead of it for just a paycheck!

I wasn’t really sure what to expect with this clinic beings as I was coming from a clinic in Bowling Green, KY that I did not have a very good experience with as far as the staff/competence goes. However, I absolutely love how the staff at this clinic treats me and wants me to succeed. They make sure I have my meds and are very flexible with your schedule/lifestyle. Been going here for about 2 months now and really enjoy it so far. Highly recommend!

This place helped my son better then anyone other place had thru the years. He was only allowed to stay for 30 days which was not nearly long enough for him. But the treatment he received and the people were genuinely there to help. I would highly recommend.

Everything I had tried before had not worked until I decided to come to Park Place Recovery Center. I felt like they really addressed all the areas I needed help with until I achieved long-lasting sobriety.
I loved my experience at the bridge. The therapists were truly amazing and passionate about their jobs and clients. The office and CR staff were extremely helpful with accommodations or just having someone to talk to. Place was clean, food was delicious and beds were comfortable. Beautiful and peaceful landscape location.
This is a place where you do 5-6 years of therapy in 6 weeks (if you decide to stay the full amount of phases). It is intense, kind of a drag and depressing. Definitely not for the weak. The bridge experience was the hardest thing I’ve done in my life, but it was a place to tell my story and to be vulnerable. Lots of inner child work. Lots of different exercises to help you cope and to help you express your trauma.
Trust the process. It works. Definitely not magically healed but I do feel more grounded, confidant in self and in my decision making, have more control of my life and a deeper connection to my higher power.

I am so blessed to have completed four weeks at The Bridge to Recovery. It was truly one of the most magical experiences of my life. The therapists here are absolutely outstanding. I learned so much about my trauma and how to connect and nurture my inner child again.
My phase mates were some of the most loving and supportive people I’ve ever met. We grew so close that it felt like family. I will forever be grateful for each of them.
The healing energy at the Bridge is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. I am incredibly grateful for this place, the staff, the therapists, and all the phase mates who attended. You have made my life brighter, and my heart whole again. ❤️🙏

The Bridge to Recovery shows you how to live your life after trauma. I had been to so many treatments where I re-lived the trauma and processed it. That is crucial, but I did not know how to live my life. The Bridge to Recovery showed me many strategies and techniques that I still use when trauma happens. Trauma in our lives won’t stop. I can process, learn and get stronger now.

I had a positive experience at the VA Clinic in Clarksville, TN. I visited for flu, RSV, and pneumonia vaccinations. Their policy ensures that no patient waits for more than 20 minutes without being attended to. A staff member actively monitors waiting times to optimize patient flow. I have consistently found that my appointments are handled efficiently, with wait times rarely exceeding 15 minutes, and today was no exception. I was able to complete my visit in under 20 minutes. The clinic demonstrates a strong commitment to serving the veterans in this community.

My family and I had a wonderful experience considering the reasons we were there. The staff stayed in communication with me regarding any changes with my child and his care. My son is a hard nut to Crack so I was overjoyed when my son formed relations with staff. They really care about the clients and it shows. So I would like to thank the staff for taking the time to make my son feel cared for and heard and I pray that he is allowed to return to treatment as long as he is ready to work the program.

I have been coming to the Bowling Green, KY office since before they were taken over by AppleGate. The core group of people has been the same since I started attending, 6 years ago. They are all great! I cannot express just how nice it is to have this group of people in my corner. They are an important piece of my recovery, allowing me to lead a normal, fulfilling life. Myself and my family are forever grateful that we found such a great group of people to walk through my recovery with. If you are in active addiction and feel like there’s no way out, that no one understands, that nothing can/will ever change, I beg you, please seek out the AppleGate Recovery office in Bowling Green, KY. It may “literally” save your life.

Staff are great and very caring. Overall a positive experience and a very good atmosphere. Everyone seems genuinely care about their patients.
I am a family interventionist and have been in recovery for over 16 years. Although Hope center ministries has had some growing pains their core is true service. I have seen men facing unbearable situations go through Hope center and come out productive members in the community and not return to incarceration or addiction.

I've been going to spero for for 5 years and I love all the people that work there and even though some have come and gone they still care about me and my recovery. One thing I wish could change is that I would love to see my Dr face to face instead of over the phone and computer. Other than that I love everything about spero
They are always so freindly and accommodating, except for the guy in the little office on the same wall as the restrooms. He seems very rude, especially to older veterans with hearing disabilities.
The rest of the staff, doctors, lab, and therapists are always respectful and helpful.

Nothing but professionalism. I've never had a problem that they couldn't explain or point me in the right direction. The VA client in Bowling Green deserves our upmost support. You have to remember they are totally dependent on the powers that be in Washington. That has to be a tough row to hoe these days. As far as to the negative reviews about the wait time. Good luck driving to Nashville. Have patients. In my opinion the staff especially the nurses and the receptionist are doing their level best
This place is amazing for people that are willing to put in the effort, time, dedication, and work into themselves to better their mental health.
Be honest and vulnerable with your psychologist to get diagnosed accurately. They only know what they’re told.
Work with the staff while being open and receptive to treatment. It’s that simple.
I finally got accurately diagnosed, got on personalized medication, talked daily with a therapist so we could talk about strategies to overcome my personal challenges, and I put in the work for myself; this place isn’t a quick solution or a “cure all” by any means, it’s the first step forward you just have to use the opportunity, be consistent with putting effort, love, care, time, and dedication into yourself.
BOTTOM LINE: Work With The Staff and Put In The Work to make a better life for yourself.
You have to put in the work for you, they can’t fix all of your problems for you: PUT IN THE WORK 💪🏻

I’ll give it 4 stars but when I was there they had me and my 6 month old baby sitting in our rooms looking at the walls after group for the first couple months 5 days a week with limited baby toys. Tv is only allowed on weekends you might get to watch it during the week . I struggled with that because it’s hard sitting in your room with a baby and nothing else .

The saddest experience ever. My daughter has a 1 year old child. She has struggled with addiction and when I found Renewal House I couldnt have been more excited. A residential rehab that allows child and mother to stay together. It took lots of paperwork and interviews but she got in. Mind you they seldom answer the phone and you have to leave many messages to even get a call back. After several months admission was done and my daughter moved in. Two weeks into the program they asked for my granddaughters vaccination record. She is not vaccinated by her parents choice. The Renewal House now said either she vaccinated her child or she has to leave. What? This was not in the paperwork, not on their website and not discussed during admission. My daughter claimed religious exemption and they said to bad. Vaccinate or get out. Several of the residents there were forced to vaccinate their children because they had no where else to go. One mom whom was 7 months pregnant was told she had to get the Covid vaccine and a flu shot to stay. I asked them why just the children had to produce shot records and not the parents. Why didn’t they mention this before move in? They had no answers. Luckily my daughter had options and could leave without being forced to vaccinate her child but not every mother there has that option. Religious exemption is a thing and should be allowed. Shame on them.

Our 13yr old spent a little over a week here recently. He said the staff treated him with respect and were "really cool". I also had a positive experience when speaking with the staff here regarding him. The facility was very well put together. The most important thing for me? They helped the 13yr old quite a bit. They seem to understand and care about what they are doing.

I love this place! I look forward to coming back Freeman Alumni I will forever be greatful for you giving me my life, family, sobriety, and marriage back! I came in and instantly wanted to leave I was scared and assumed how this place was based on looks then I made it to class and met the people and employees and fell in love! Like anywhere else its what you make of it. The EMDR therapy was phenomenal I was not a believer but it was one of the most helpful things I did I also enjoyed the Acupuncture. The only complaint I have is the staff that I loved are no longer there. Please reconsider bringing them back they helped me see the light!

This place is pretty awesome as far as rehabilitation facilities go.
MAT Program handled through free grants. Somewhat supervised by staff.
The administration is what you'd expect from the field. They're human; most of them genuinely interested in seeing clients better themselves in every way. You get what you put in, and a few of them are willing to build lasting relationships that can become the foundation of a new, positive social network should you plan on staying after treatment.
They give you more than enough rope to hang yourself with, that's for sure. If you're looking for babysitters, this isn't the place. This is a program designed to quickly and efficiently get you back on your feet. You keep your cell phone and everything.
I'd recommend it to anyone except individuals literally rendered unable to care for themselves by addiction. Don't know where I'd be without them.

The employees and staff are like family to me and have more than just helped me through the recovery process.... they've given me hope and the tools I needed to survive my addiction AND thrive in a newly clean and sober lifestyle!

WOW! Happily surprised by the care I have received from the Hopkinsville clinic. DR sat with me for almost an hour. Everyone genuinely cared about me. You hear horror stories about the VA, absolutely not the case here. Everything is annotated online and you can see that they are working in the background for you. I had a great healthcare team when I was active, and this clinic is right there if not a step above.
