I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the ADHD testing scheduling process and overall experience. I initiated my journey in March, diligently completing the intake, group testing, and individual testing phases. Due to the clinic's scheduling protocol, I had to take time off work multiple times, as each subsequent appointment could only be arranged after the completion of the prior one.My final appointment to discuss the results took place in October, and I unfortunately felt that my concerns were neither addressed nor taken seriously during that time. Dr. Bob's comments regarding my diagnoses (must be nice to be able not hear your clients go on and on) struck me as flippant, particularly given my deep commitment to my profession and the importance I place on client care. When I raised questions about the final assessment, I felt dismissed rather than engaged in a constructive dialogue.I signed the necessary paperwork to have my report forwarded to my primary care physician, rescheduling her appointment to accommodate this process. However, upon my visit, I discovered that the report had not been sent. When we followed up with the clinic, we were informed that it would take at least four more weeks for the report to be written. As of mid-January, I have yet to receive any updates despite making several inquiries over the past months.In summary, this experience has consumed nearly an entire calendar year, and I am left feeling frustrated, overlooked, and concerned about the significant delay in communication and follow-up. I hope that my feedback will help improve the process for future clients.

I was charged a late fee, even though I cancelled an appointment, disappointed.

Multiple people who I know recommend me to Vista who have went there and have had testing done. All of them diagnosed with the same thing. They have all since went to other practices and have had different diagnoses. I did testing, and had a test review In which I had to reschedule. Due incompetence they scheduled me for a counseling session and didnt inform me that it was a therapy session until after the session. I was fully under the impression that we were gonna go over the results after I told the lady about why I came in. At the end of the session she said we would go over more after my test review. I told her "I was under the impression this was the review" she went down to confirm it was a counseling session. I told them that I was not paying due to a scheduling error and they still charged me. I get a call telling me they are still gonna charge me. They then decided to lie about it and say I was informed multiple times, even in the middle of the session. Do not go here they have bad ratings for a reason.
