Even if you're not clean and you're just trying to get there and you're brand new at it Jade is the place for you I can't think of a situation good or bad that Jade would not be as helpful as they possibly can be. I just know so many successful people that have come from Jade in their recovery they've just gotten very far to whenever they first started it Jade didn't even have a place to live. I feel like Jane is always went above and beyond but you know they needed to. The fact that pretty much any time of night or day if you have to get a hold of someone in an emergency you can- it is not like that it all other facilities that I've been to. Jade is the only outpatient facility that I have went to and trust me I went to a lot of them that actually care. It's super sad because I've been with Jade for such a long time. I will miss Kristen forever and this is super hard to move on but I would recommend Jade over any other rehab facility in the world and if you are a patient at Jade you are lucky to be there and you should take advantage of everything that they have to offer because it's such a great facility and they truly do care. I wish all the staff yhe best and thank you for how far I have come thanks to you guys and to know you truly make a huge difference. The team that took care of her from start to finish was very professional. They took their time to explain the procedure to both of us, sometimes in detail and what to expect afterwards. Their attitudes toward their jobs and patients were outstanding. The smiles on their faces said it all. From the Doctors, Nurses, Anesthesiologist, Physical Therapist, and others made us feel very comfortable. Ed Chmura 2 months ago If I was reviewing the ER, it would be -10000. I’d rather keel over than go to this ER. HOWEVER, I do want to review the L&D department. I gave birth to my first baby here in June. Beforehand, I had a four day stay in L&D. I cannot speak highly enough of every single person I came in contact with. The nurses were amazing, my doctors/pa’s/np’s were amazing, the house keepers were amazing, the aides were amazing… and don’t even get me started on the nutrition rooms. And my husband isn’t the friendliest and doesn’t really care for people but he’s in such a good space it sounds and he’s actually getting something from being there.He says the people are great there. I’ve had to call there for a few times. I missed 3 phone calls so I had to make sure he was OK The person on the other end of the phone actually called him up to there and let me speak to him to let me know he was OK and to let him know I was OK that I didn’t answer and little things like that really mean A lot. Most of the employees were wonderful the clients all worked together to help each other out no one went with out if someone needed something between the staff and clients we got shit done. I had never laughed so hard for so long! It’s a truly amazing place as long as you do what you’re supposed to..it is what you make of it. It can only change you if you want it to change you but obviously they can’t force you. In order for any rehab to work you have to want it. Although most clients were court ordered there a lot of us took it seriously and I hope you do too. Thanks to all the staff at ridgeveiw IP! Techs- Sabrina, Tyler, Chelsea and TODD Counselor Lisa who knew I was very uncomfortable with 1 on 1s but managed to get me through it and managed to have a lot of great life changing conversations in her very small windowless room. Without their intervention, I likely would have faced incarceration, homelessness, or even death. The staff at Medmark deserves special recognition; from the gentleman who greets you at the door to the nice and attentive and nonjudgmental nurses, knowledgeable doctors, compassionate and empathetic counselors, and the friendly front desk personnel, everyone embodies kindness, understanding, and support. The emergency room even had a priest there to pray for me if I wanted during the beginning of the stay. I was there in total of a week and 1/2.
