I went to the ER after experiencing one week of constant abdominal pain. I was placed into a room with in minutes, saw a doctor and two residents shortly after that, blood work and imaging were ordered and completed within an hour, results, which we're explained to me in language I could understand, took less than an hour. I spent maybe a total of two hours in the ER department, before I was taken to surgery to have my gallbladder removed, THAT SAME NIGHT!!
After the surgery, I was place on an inpatient floor for observation. The staff were all so caring! So nice!!! I can't say enough good things about EVERYBODY I came in contact with! ER, surgical staff, inpatient care... Not one unpleasant person in the lot.
My stay in the hospital from registration in the ER to discharge from hospital was about 11 hours. My pain was managed so well, that I had absolutely NO discomfort during my stay!
After returning home, I will admit I was uncomfortable for the first three days, but my follow up with the surgeon was four days after surgery. He was very concerned about my pain and took the time to give me a numbing injection to dull the nerve pain from the one incision site. After this, I was better than new, it was like I was a whole other person!!!
I would and have recommended this facility to friends and family and strangers! ANYONE! Not only was the care fast and great, everyone I encountered seemed to truely care for not only my comfort, but for ME!

I go here for therapy and psych for depression and anxiety, so I can't speak for more significant mental illnesses or addiction recovery.
In my experience, I haven't had any negative issues with this place and find the staff and secretaries to be very kind. Only *minor* issue I have is the inability to access the website due to a server issue.

I’ve only had one appointment so far, but I found the receptionist and the nurse practitioner extremely friendly and helpful! The nurse practitioner took a lot of time to really get to know me, and had some very good advice about my medications. Very little wait time also.

Detox was a peaceful place. I hadn’t slept or ate in a week. I only weighed 107 lbs. when I arrived, my appearance was sickly. I started eating properly and finally began filling out. Then I was moved to the residential side and got a huge comfy bed!! I started making friends, one pointed out to me that I may be depressed and for once I accepted it and went to talk to the Doctor. The doctor put me on depression medicine. I feel so happy and normal now!! The real healing came after I met with my Therapist . He asked me some questions and I answered them. I knew that we had to trust each other in order for this to work. I knew I had to face the demons within me. I had to deal with the trauma caused in my life. We built our relationship and when the time was right, I shared the deepest scars and pain that killed me inside a long time ago. It was the healing I needed to be a whole person again. It allowed me to love myself for the first time since I was a little girl. I thank God

Journey….My name is Courtney Easterling. This was a complete honor and inspiration to share my experience and new way of life. I am so grateful for the “Spiritual Awakening” that I received from the Bluffs! I was so shattered and depressed when I made the call to them. I didn’t think there was any hope for me. I had just a tiny strand of hope. My mind and body were crushed, damaged, and tired.I even delayed my flight for another day, but I was so nervous and scared. I had never flown before and never been out of state that far. I got on the plane and right there in that moment I knew that it was the right thing. I arrived at the airport and Melissa was there to greet me. She was amazing, and I knew I had made the right decision. Her personality and love were exactly what I needed.I arrived at the Bluff’s resort. I was thinking this is amazing and I cried tears of relief. It was the first real emotion that I felt in a long time. The nurses were very caring and made my intake peaceful. 1
