The knee replacement surgery recovery team was excellent in trying to keep my sensitive pain reaction to the opiates given during surgery under control. I had a hard time with the pain meds so I had to stay overnight. The floor nurse was nice and tried to keep me comfortable. But she had a hard time keeping up with med dispensing. The aids didnt seem to know what to do with the simpliest requests without her guidance. Therefore, making her job more difficult. Overall great care at this hospital.

I go here for therapy and psych for depression and anxiety, so I can't speak for more significant mental illnesses or addiction recovery. In my experience, I haven't had any negative issues with this place and find the staff and secretaries to be very kind. Only *minor* issue I have is the inability to access the website due to a server issue.

Didn’t realize what a great facility this is until I moved to Florida and had my 1st VA outpatient appt today , Rochester Facility is top notch and I can’t say enough about Nurse Stephanie . She was always so helpful and went out of her way for what ever I needed. The facility here is small, older and out dated . Now Beaver County is getting s totally new clinic at the Mall . So no complaints here about the care I was given at the Rochester clinic . Also VSO Kathy whose office is currently in the courthouse , did an amazing job getting me a higher disability rating and applying for my property tax exemption. Now here in Florida, I met with the VSO about reapplying here for property tax exemption and was told not their job, I would have to do that myself. So anyone in need of the VSO please see Kathy at the courthouse , she’ll put in the work ,

Dr. Schlonkoski, Aaron Smith, NP and Sarah, LPN are Rockstars! 99% of the Ladies who check you in go above and beyond than just asking you name and last 4. Summit has got me clean and kept me clean. I have read some of reviews but the ones against Michelle are wrong. When you have to deal with 1000 different personalities and have heard every excuse in the world, she has to be a no nonsense leader. Michelle will do anything for you she just dont want to be lied to, who does. Her heart is big and extremely busy. Nurses at the windows are great along with M.J

I've been here for years love both My Dr and counselor they become family practically. They genuinely care about each person. And they work with you way more than any other place would. I could go to the clinic 4 miles from my house but choose to drive the 45 mins because this place is the absolute best! Dr. Libre and Renee have been blessings to my journey of recovery. I can honestly say I wouldn't have come this far if it weren't for them and the staff at freedom.
