I go here for therapy and psych for depression and anxiety, so I can't speak for more significant mental illnesses or addiction recovery. In my experience, I haven't had any negative issues with this place and find the staff and secretaries to be very kind. Only *minor* issue I have is the inability to access the website due to a server issue.

Thanks to gateway i now know alot about my addiction and copying mechanism as well as tools to go with recovery. This was my very first rehab and I been in addiction off and on for 17 years the staff here is phenomenal. If you are looking for a new journey in life please seek help your loved ones need you . More importantly you need yourself . I'm a little over a month clean and im continuing iop at the Brentwood location 3 days a week . As well I got into school start Monday I got out of rehab 4 days ago and so much blessing have come my way already . Please complete the program I promise it is worth it . Best nurses, Doctors who truly listen and try to implement the best future for you with support staying sober when you leave. Also get bedroom with one roommate, own bathrooms, food is good quality, and the environment and facilities are always upkept. I would go back but I've stayed sober now 5 yrs with help of this place

I had a great experience at Gateway. I was on the Aspen floor for dual diagnosis patients and the staff were very involved, attentive and helpful. Afterward, I chose to participate in the REST program next door which gave me more time to plan and clear my head a bit. I would thank a particular staff but they really were all great. Highly recommend Gateway for anyone who may have had a bad experience with other rehabs. I have over four months clean and am in much better shape now thanks to them.

I have been able to get the help I needed from Pinnacle Treatment Services for a few years now and it def has saved my life. The nurses are so very nice and so is the Doctor. Also I think the counseling sessions help a lot especially if you have a great counselor like I do. I def recommend going here and to help get your life back.

They cant force you to change you really want to change. But they will help you as long as you help yourself. Two weeks after my sister passed away i came to the Bradley center at 15 which was one of the worst times of my life. I was absolutely out of control and would constantly put my safety at risk. The knee replacement surgery recovery team was excellent in trying to keep my sensitive pain reaction to the opiates given during surgery under control. I had a hard time with the pain meds so I had to stay overnight. The floor nurse was nice and tried to keep me comfortable. But she had a hard time keeping up with med dispensing. The aids didnt seem to know what to do with the simpliest requests without her guidance. Therefore, making her job more difficult. Overall great care at this hospital.

I'm currently there for pain maintainence and to not take any more pills prescribed to me that screw up life alot more than methadone.. This place is an excellent facility..lil dated but the ppl and the mission there is to help! PERIOD. If u end up with a problem there it's bc your not taking yourself seriously as they are and that's a shame..the name PROGRESSIVE says it all..do what u need and work the program and progression is possible..I've had privileges for years with not one issue! Great place for treatment if u want to take it serious, bc they will..enough said

I have made many attempts to apply for a couple of programs, such as first time home buyers as well as rental assistance with absolutely No assistance at all. I have No faith in this program, I've witnessed nothing but unprofessionalism & lack of respect for ones who are in need. Very disturbing that the Govt funds this type of thing. Pathetic to say the least! Fraud, completely! After more attempts Fraud, this program is simply nonexistance. Update I was assisted and more than I even expected. Greatful and Thankful. The program helped so much.

I wish I had access to my first 🥇 review I posted about your Hospital 🏥. I had just left a "scattered site shelter" when I visited your facility. Your staff was so kind and courteous. Starting with the reception area at the front door of the ER, to the nurses I encountered and the very patient ER doctor. Believe it or not 🚫, I remember 👀. I remember you fed me and gave me water. I am currently in temporary supportive housing. Unfortunately I have a terrible eviction on my record and finding permanent housing is difficult. I am beginning to piece 🧩 together my "homeless life" with my therapist. This is important because while I was on the streets, I lost track of time. Guess I will just have to find my admission bracelet from your hospital 🏥 and fit the date into My ✋🏻 puzzle 🧩. I still have all of them, I held on to them for my sanity and to hopefully piece it all together and heal. I left many of my belongings at your facility, I was exhausted and what I was carrying had to weight easily 200 lbs. I strained my shoulder from being on the streets. I was constantly on the move, tossing bags over my shoulders and determined to keep things that were important to me. It's so sad when you realize you MUST lighten your load. I can't imagine what you and your staff experience on a daily basis. In case any of you remember me and are wondering how I got in that situation... I had just left a "scattered site shelter" in Pittsburgh. I was greatful to be in the shelter, however I was placed with people in active addiction. Being that I am a recovery addict, I was afraid for my life. I did not 🚫 want to go backwards. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I attached pictures 📸 of THEN and NOW. I know I was wearing that sweater the day before I landed in your ER. I remember that you let me repack my belongings and off I went, it was raining 🌧️. THANK the HEAVENS for PRT and a bus pass. Truly deep heartfelt GRATITUDE for your services!!! 🏥❤️ ~ Crazy Erica

Then she found out about allied addiction recovery and started going, after a few weeks I saw a completely different person coming home and talking to me, she tells me how good her meetings are and how great a help and personal impact her therapist Cassandra has been on her. Allied Addiction Recovery has been one of the best desicions I have made for my recovery! The meetings that I attend through the week help a lot! Cassandra, the therapist whom runs group is just amazing at what she does! She genuinely cares, and goes above and beyond to help each individual reach their goals and full potential! She has helped me personally through a lot of hard times! The atmosphere is light and positive. However for some the group classes could possibly be a bit overwhelming at first. I am required to do 3hr groups 3 times a week. It just takes a little bit of motivation and determination! Everyone is different and need different things to successfully recover from addiction. However these lengthy classes/groups are what helps me the most.
