I have been going here for 3 years and never had a problem until Madison, the counselor, showed up. I would give Madison 0 stars because she doesn't follow HIPPA. She has a big mouth and she has been running her mouth about me all over town, even things that were said in my private sessions with her. I give Medmark 5 starts, but Madison gets zero stars. She'll be the reason I leave Medmark. She's trifling and always trying to not schedule me so that I'll have to have longer sessions with her. I don't want to talk to Madison at all and sit in her office pretending to be happy about it. I brought up the rumors she started and she laughed.

This clinic actually treats their patients like they are human beings. Unlike acadias clinics which they own all of the clinics in wv but this one. I haven’t even talked an Acadia clinic in the town I live in but I drive an hour to this clinic just so I don’t have to go to the Clarksburg treatment center.

Lauren DeWitt and her teammates at Ascension Recovery Services have gone above and beyond to now help two of my friends. The first for loss of spouse and the other for alcoholism. They take it very personally as if they were finding treatment for their own family member. Lauren set up a family intervention and even personally flew with my friend to the treatment center. This world is a better place because Ascension Recovery Services and I hold them to the highest regard. God bless you Lauren and your team! - Jon Peavey

I feel sad seeing these other reviews speak negatively of this place. Especially since I've had such a good experience. I think this is 100% due to my psychiatrist. He seems to be the only doctor who actually reads and responds to messages as soon as he's able. So much so that I've had to label some messages as not important or I'll say "this can wait until your not busy" and he will still respond quickly. I'm not saying all the doctors need to multi-task like mine does. What I'm saying is when I see my doctor he really shows how much he cares about his profession and his patients. He puts a ton of effort into ensuring his patients get the care they need. The other doctors are like doctors you see in the hospital. It takes forever to get any response from them and when you finally get to see them, your in and out so quick that you can hardly remember what, if anything, you discussed.

As someone who regularly refers clients in need of drug and alcohol treatment, I can confidently say Wellness Rehab Center is one of the best resources available. The staff particularly Jimmy Dennis is not only a highly qualified Tech but is also deeply compassionate and committed to every individual’s recovery journey. I’ve seen firsthand how their structured, evidence-based program can transform lives. What stands out the most is their personalized approach—every client receives the care and attention they need to truly heal. Communication with referring professionals is also excellent, which helps ensure continuity of care and long-term success. I trust this facility completely and will continue to recommend it to anyone in need of high-quality addiction treatment.

i have a family member that went to Dreamlife. I cannot say enough about how great the program has helped him in his recovery. It has saved his life our family has been anble to bond again like it was before his addiction. It was difficult to have limited contact, but I understand now how we were codependent on each other and the separation and family program helped us realize this and establish boundaries after he came back home. This facility helped my loved one recover after struggling with alcoholism for many years. It's been such a blessing to both their life, as well as the rest of our family. The change and impact Dreamlife has had on them has been so positive. They're like a different person to be around. So far they have 8 months sobriety under their belt and continue to make such positive changes to their life.
