Miss Erica and miss Megan were amazing when I was here and I was teaching my daughter a dance I learnt at camp to Dynamite years ago today and it made me remember how much this place helped me become the person and mom I am today. And I still have just as much fun doing the same dance like 12 years later as the day I did it with miss megan and the group but now I get to with my daughter. I have been going here for 3 years and never had a problem until Madison, the counselor, showed up. I would give Madison 0 stars because she doesn't follow HIPPA. She has a big mouth and she has been running her mouth about me all over town, even things that were said in my private sessions with her. I give Medmark 5 starts, but Madison gets zero stars. She'll be the reason I leave Medmark. She's trifling and always trying to not schedule me so that I'll have to have longer sessions with her. I don't want to talk to Madison at all and sit in her office pretending to be happy about it. I brought up the rumors she started and she laughed.

This clinic actually treats their patients like they are human beings. Unlike acadias clinics which they own all of the clinics in wv but this one. I haven’t even talked an Acadia clinic in the town I live in but I drive an hour to this clinic just so I don’t have to go to the Clarksburg treatment center.

I feel sad seeing these other reviews speak negatively of this place. Especially since I've had such a good experience. I think this is 100% due to my psychiatrist. He seems to be the only doctor who actually reads and responds to messages as soon as he's able. So much so that I've had to label some messages as not important or I'll say "this can wait until your not busy" and he will still respond quickly. I'm not saying all the doctors need to multi-task like mine does. What I'm saying is when I see my doctor he really shows how much he cares about his profession and his patients. He puts a ton of effort into ensuring his patients get the care they need. The other doctors are like doctors you see in the hospital. It takes forever to get any response from them and when you finally get to see them, your in and out so quick that you can hardly remember what, if anything, you discussed.

I realized that my few complaints were toward those hired by communicare not by Drew and the administration staff even at that they did thier very best to resolve those problems .Everyone that works at river oaks in nutterfort go above and beyond what thier job requires of them . I cane here unable to walk after a leg amputation . These people were very helpful when insurance didn't want to approve of me needing a prosthetic leg if not for them I wouldn't have my new leg and I'd still be unable to walk . I'd definitely have to say from my own experience here that river oaks is underrated by alot of people . I want to personally thank everyone that works here for giving me a chance to walk again , get my life back and soon I'll be able to return home to my Family . Thank you all so much . I love you all

I want to thank River Oaks for their wonderful care for my husband. The staff was kind and caring, professional and attentive. They were available for me to communicate with them at any time, and they walked me through all the steps of his care while spending time with me to answer all my questions. They were a lifeline for my husband's needs. If needed, I would definitely contact them again for care for him.

These ladies are wonderful my daughter requires weekly labs before medication and every single time we are in and out before her medicine is due I can’t say the same about children’s labs she is 4 and they have even done it while she continued to sleep just goes to show how amazing they really are painless my baby has gotten so used to going here that she no longer has fits before going knowing they aren’t going to have to poke her twice because they are just that good 10/10 thank you ladies in the lab unit for always taking care of my baby we mostly have Megan

I went to turning point in 2017 and I knew nothing about how to live a "normal" life. I had no idea how to do anything clean. Turning point taught me so much I still use today. The staff was amazing and helped me through early recovery and learning life skills I didn't know. I was so broken when I got to turning point but they uplifted me when I didn't want to continue. I'm still clean today and I have no doubt that turning point has a lot to do with that. I would recommend turning point to anyone

I attended the Woman with children program at turning point in 2015, I have since been able to stay clean coming up on 6 years and have since had my child full time. This place changed my life for the better. They slowly integrated me back into the community, teaching me life skills and how to be a woman! The rules may be a little strict, but if you truly want to better yourself, these rules are in place for that. Behavior modification, learning how to cook and clean, and counseling for my addiction. I wouldn't be the person I am today if it wasn't for this program.
