The evaluators could use some help. There was no one at the help desk, but I was able to find registration. The lady was so nice and helpful. I just needed a new ID card, and she was able to help me get that done and it moved fast. I can't speak to the Doctors or anything yet. Especially since I've had such a good experience. I think this is 100% due to my psychiatrist. He seems to be the only doctor who actually reads and responds to messages as soon as he's able. So much so that I've had to label some messages as not important or I'll say "this can wait until your not busy" and he will still respond quickly. I'm not saying all the doctors need to multi-task like mine does. What I'm saying is when I see my doctor he really shows how much he cares about his profession and his patients. He puts a ton of effort into ensuring his patients get the care they need. The other doctors are like doctors you see in the hospital. It takes forever to get any response from them and when you finally get to see them, your in and out so quick that you can hardly remember what, if anything, you discussed. This is my 6th or 7th year in methadone started at the Charleroi treatment center 3 months after they opened yes you will find some wonderful people there but Jason's a joke he runs the place don't waste your time it's to much of a mixed bunch.
