I had my first visit to the HJ Heinz Campus today, wow, was I impressed! All the Staff were so welcoming. Jim in the CT room, super nice and accommodating. The Canteen was spotless and great breakfast sandwiches. I called my wife after my appointment and told her how well they care for us Vets.

The staff at Jade - Alex Dan Emily Gloria the doctors all of them Rosie are just fantastic you couldn't ask for someone to care more and someone to try more and if you're really serious about getting clean and living a different life Jade is definitely the place for you. Even if you're not clean and you're just trying to get there and you're brand new at it Jade is the place for you I can't think of a situation good or bad that Jade would not be as helpful as they possibly can be. I just know so many successful people that have come from Jade in their recovery they've just gotten very far to whenever they first started it Jade didn't even have a place to live. I feel like Jane is always went above and beyond but you know they needed to.
The fact that pretty much any time of night or day if you have to get a hold of someone in an emergency you can- it is not like that it all other facilities that I've been to. Jade is the only outpatient facility that I have went to and trust me I went to a lot of them that actually care. It's super sad because I've been with Jade for such a long time. I will miss Kristen forever and this is super hard to move on but I would recommend Jade over any other rehab facility in the world and if you are a patient at Jade you are lucky to be there and you should take advantage of everything that they have to offer because it's such a great facility and they truly do care. I wish all the staff yhe best and thank you for how far I have come thanks to you guys and to know you truly make a huge difference. I have three kids that are happy, healthy and in a nice home because of Jade and I couldn't be more grateful.

I've been a patient at jade for 7+ years and it's the best thing I could have done for myself. Everyone there is friendly and understanding. My therapist and my doctor are wonderful amazing people. I couldn't have done this without them.
I absolutely loved it.. was very strict on going to groups all day but we need that.. the food was always good and they had other choices as well. The techs were very supportive and respectful

When I went to teen challenge, I fought it all the way at first. When I arrived I was greeted with the nicest , caring, staff that made me feel welcome, warm and comfortable. During my stay at TC I learned alot about myself and how to deal with life head on. I was able to learn about God and work on my relationship with God. Everyone at TC between the staff and the clients have touched my life in away I just can't explain I would reccomend teen challenge to anyone who is struggling and is ready to surrender. None of us r alone in this journey. God bless you and I wish y'all the best...🙏 # GOD US GREAT!!!!👣

On August 25.2025,I was scheduled for an angiogram requiring an iodine injection.For me, any injection usually results in negative side effects. The Radiology dept., with MIKE at the helm, did an unexpected, outstanding job. In addition, I did not have to wait 2 months for an appointment.The registration was seamless. In and out. The twenty mile trip should be of minimal concern to a patient whose medical issues require immediate attention.Inordinate delays only exacerbate patient's condition for the worst outcome.

I love Summit/Pinnacle. It has definitely saved my life. I like it so much better than Tadiso. The people are really friendly and I've had a much better experience overall. ❤️🔐😉❤️ I wish there was a closer location to McKeesport though. A clinic there would help so many more people.

This place is great, saving som many lives daily. Pinnacle clinics are the best clinics in my opinion and if you go to this one, you don’t have to go weekend!! Really good program they are helping me immensely in so many areas of my life that drug abuse left me behind in!!
I enjoy this clinic if you work the program the way it is intended you get a lot out of it. It has helped me become a healthy active parent and citizen

This is a opioid recovery facility and can help people who want help!! It is the closest to Living clean you can get. I need the help it gives me. I have tried the NA & other programs this is what is best for me. The people are great well like everywhere there are Egos but not as a rule so if you need help start hear and go for it.

I love this place, as it has saved my life. But the pictures in the google add are definitely NOT the center on Washington Blvd🤷🏽♂️ Don’t know why they have these beautiful pics up, and that’s nowhere near what it actually looks like.

I was admitted to ICU with an undiagnosed heart condition. The staff couldn't have been nicer from the nurses to the doctors to the lab and even food service. I did have one incident where nobody answered my call bell even though the staff was in the nurses station. My procedure was well explained to me and it was helpful for my diagnosis. I only wish that toiletries were supplied.
This place is truly amazing. The techs were so caring and compassionate and the nursing staff was great too. I would recommend this place to anyone for treatment of drug addiction or alcohol.

You definitely have to want to be sober going into any rehab but, the staff was awesome. They took really good care of me during a rough detox.
Was on the fence about having my child admitted to any psych hospital, but they needed professional help immediately. Decided western was the best option and they did not disappoint. My child was content and safe while hospitalized and came home feeling like themselves again. The staff handled all prescriptions in a very timely manner and all follow up appointments. They called and checked in with me regularly throughout my child's stay. No one wants to have to take their kid for psych evaluation, but if you find yourself in this situation, I would see if western is the right place for your child's needs.

Though I find this institution to be filled to capacity, they still make it work out. I was there for over one week and the staff were outstanding. I’d like to give a special shoutout to security (Lindsay & Bev) Dr. Schindler (she is amazing) and the rest of the staff Ms. Neaka, Alexis, Nicole, Cam (the best to ever do it), Shiloh, Bennie, Spidey (too cool for school), DAYRON (the most patient and youngest of the staff members!), Justin (the peer specialist, who had a great talk with me because he once was in my shoes.) I would never forget the Nurses (Ms. Lisa, Ms. Kim, Ms. Tina, Matt, Mr. Taylor, Amanda & Zoe). Thank you all for all the hard work and dedication you all put in! Honorable mention is Fiona & Odessa! I hope next time I’m there I’m a peer specialist!

It was a good hospital with nice staff I was released today (3/4/25) I was there after an overdose for 9 days on the 11th floor due to lack of space in other units I'm a minor as well the food was decent the staff all wonderful

Sojourner House offers a unique healing expe for women in addition in that it United and often reunified women in recovery with their child or children and their families. There aren't many organizations that permit women to live with their children in their own apartments while participating in individual, group, and family therapy. There are three levels of care offered for women and children in need to regain lost independence in secure environments. Hopefully more similar-based programs will be established both at the state and national level so that women do not need to be separated from their children while recovering, as is often the case. Allowing a family to recovery together is a unique and needed experience as.addixiron continues to plague our nation. As is with everything, it is what one makes of a situation that will shape their perception.yet I encourage women in need to seek information about Sojourner that are in need. One phone call.and or one inquiry can be life-changing.

Tadiso saved my life. I've tried numerous things over the last 10 years to get clean & stay clean, all unsuccessful, until I decided to try Tadiso. Have been going there for the last 5 months, & I'm so proud of myself for doing this & sticking to it. I understand this may not be the route for everyone, but if you're currently struggling with addiction, please go to Tadiso, you won't regret it!!

My husband is there and I never leave reviews but this place or let me say the people that work at that place are so awesome I can’t express just how great they really are. I’m four hours from there and had to bring some personal items for my husband but I have to work during the day ,they’re cut off time for drop off is 4 or 6PM, I didn’t get there till after 9 o’clock and they were so understanding and nice about it. And my husband isn’t the friendliest and doesn’t really care for people but he’s in such a good space it sounds and he’s actually getting something from being there.He says the people are great there. I’ve had to call there for a few times. I missed 3 phone calls so I had to make sure he was OK The person on the other end of the phone actually called him up to there and let me speak to him to let me know he was OK and to let him know I was OK that I didn’t answer and little things like that really mean A lot. If you’re seeking treatment, you’re a male I would check this place out 110%.

I was there for 45 days was admitted on October 14 2024 and this place will always be the place that changed my life. Most of the employees were wonderful the clients all worked together to help each other out no one went with out if
someone needed something between the staff and clients we got shit done. I had never laughed so hard for so long! It’s a truly amazing place as long as you do what you’re supposed to..it is what you make of it. It can only change you if you want it to change you but obviously they can’t force you. In order for any rehab to work you have to want it. Although most clients were court ordered there a lot of us took it seriously and I hope you do too.

Counselor Lisa who knew I was very uncomfortable with 1 on 1s but managed to get me through it and managed to have a lot of great life changing conversations in her very small windowless room.
This place is honestly an amazing place just follow the rules, show up on time and learn something. It can’t hurt even if you don’t want to be there. This shit can save your life. Good luck! (FAITH SIDE!!) :)

I been a patient since 2015,I have to thank Everyone that has treated me.They are wonderful and helped me better my life
.The Doctors,Nurses and my Previous to my current Counselor whom is Courtney , which I had the pass few years are a blessing.My Experience has always been positive.I went to a Clinic in New Jersey in 2006 after I was discharged from the Army, And I had a addiction to my pain medicine from a combat injury.The New Jersey clinic was a terrible experience, Drug infested, they literally sold narcotics and the take home bottles in front of the door.Noone was clean including many staff members.Medmark is 5 star location for opioid treatment.It works if you work it.And the staff there want you to succeed.They are what makes it 5 stars, because they care.Thank you to the great staff ,I have my Life back for a decade after being lost for the prior 10 years.

This review may be a lil outta order cuz im not sure where to start lol…but i have been going to Medmark Treatment Center since 2019…and all I gotta say is that it’s definitely gotten better with time…are they perfect absolutely not but no one not even medical facilities are either…that being said if you’re thinking about giving Medmark a try go for it…everyone has their own opinions as well and I’m sure you’re gonna hear a lot of negative comments and reviews about them but don’t knock it till u truly try it!!! They have saved my life and they keep me going!!! They are my # 1 fans and would go to battle for me if they had to BUT YOU GOTTA DO THE WORK AS WELL!!! You can’t expect them to stay clean for you…lol…doesn’t work that way!!! So if you’re looking for a good place to try medicated treatment then Medmark should be where ya start!!! Nursing staff is awesome as well, April & Chelsea are fabulous and are there to help you with anything you need when it comes to how you’re feeling or how the medication is working/helping you…give it a shot YOUR LIFE MATTERS!!! I have been comin here now for just about 5 yrs…in the beginning it was crazy and I had to go thru a couple counselors until they gave me the best news ever…ALYSSA was gonna be my counselor and I tell you what it’s the best thing that could of happened to me!!! Alyssa is absolutely amazing and has a heart of gold that she wears on her sleeve…if you need anything all u gotta do is call her…if she doesn’t answer all ya gotta do is leave her a message and she will for sure get back to ya…she has truly saved my life and doesn’t even realize it!! She never takes the credit she deserves!! She always has my back and would fight for me in a second!!! I’m so glad I was able to get her as my counselor!!! She’s my #1 fan and is always rooting for me!!! Without her idk where I would be!! Thank you Alyssa and Medmark for helping me continue in my sobriety journey!!! I truly appreciate you tremendously!!! 💟💟
It's an ok place. The old is great #gonick staff is friendly. And they got a guitar. This place taught me a lot and saved me from drowning myself. Great place to get sober. Has a lot o structure.

The therapists and staff here are very knowledgeable and experienced. I was nervous about attending at first but became quickly at ease with sharing my addiction related issues and felt that this was the best place for me to be for treatment and to get me on the right path to recovery. I learned alot about the disease and looked forward to coming here for treatment every day. Thank You

I cannot say enough about Dr. Joe Mattis from UPMC Mercy’s Emergency Department. This physician provided such expert care for my son who experienced a fairly significant trauma to his eye. Dr. Mattis was caring, concerned, efficient, thorough and stellar in his diagnosis and subsequent steps to ensure healing. He communicated the plan back to wellness clearly and articulately. Even more, he conveyed such genuine, dedicated concern and went above and beyond to help him.
We are forever grateful for Dr. Mattis and his team (Nurse Ed from Seattle and a lovely nurse whose name I did not get). He is who every doctor should be.
