I had my first visit to the HJ Heinz Campus today, wow, was I impressed! All the Staff were so welcoming. Jim in the CT room, super nice and accommodating. The Canteen was spotless and great breakfast sandwiches. I called my wife after my appointment and told her how well they care for us Vets.

Don't really have much to say about it since I've only been to one part of it. My PCP is here, and I like him and his team. I've been with them for more than 20 years but not in this building. It's clean and more secure ever since a stabbing or shooting happened a few years ago, but it was the hospital part and not the office part where my doctor is.

Great people here. If you're looking to foster, I highly recommend using Pressley Ridge. They were the absolute best part of the whole foster and adoption process. Allegheny County CYF, they were the absolute worst and most inconsistent part of the whole process.

I'm forever grateful for Waddington Rehab and the staff when I was there back in 10/2019 I had already been in multiple rehab facilities. I started to work on myself while there I signed up for 30days then ended up staying 90+ days. I had a great counselor named Alica she helped me through a lot. The techs down to the tech supervisor were great. I ended up meeting my husband there. We both are still clean to this day and are very much happy and blessed in both of our recoveries and life. Waddington Rehab Center is one of the most amazing places I have been to in my recovery process. These past two years I have been struggling to find hope and i found it at Waddington Rehab Center. Everyone from owner to admissions to techs to nursing and counselors has been nothing but helpful in my recovery process. I have found my road to recovery because of people like DrRafi. I loved the family hospitality this place did not make me feel like just another person they made me feel like family. I was locked up at summit back in 04,05. I was on the 5th floor D&A program for Violating my probation. I did 13 1/2 months. They cut my long hair as soon as I got to quarantine. Gotta due 30 days there first b4 you can make up to summit main building. Witch was lik 30 minz away. But in all it has its ups and downs lik every juvenile placement. I loved it. I sill have my golf pictures when I was on the course. Much respect to all the staff that really try to change kids life for the better. They didn't let me leave with out my GED. As soon as I got it. I was out in 30days. I did My part, an so did they. I wish I can go an visit.

I Delt with the receptionist at the drug and alcohol case management office and Samantha a caseworker, and they both did an outstanding job especially the receptionist who was super friendly very knowledgeable and really went far and beyond for me in reference to my significant other. Impeccable outstanding service,the professionalism was spot on perfect. I felt very comfortable dealing with drug and alcohol case management really good people over there, I do recommend them highly. If I could give a six stars out of five I would lol. I had been to your typical 28 day-90 day or longer inpatient rehabs at least 20 times. All of them revolving doors, meeting a bunch of the same people in multiple programs. I'll admit I hated the place when I got there but who doesn't hate it at first. Every day it got a little better and a little easier. The Alpha House is so much more than a rehab. This program saved my life. Even if you have nothing but the clothes on your back they helped people get everything they needed and then some.
