I have been going in to the River Oaks facility for 3 years. In June of 2021 my mom was admitted and passed in Feb. 2022, then in Oct. 2022 my mother in law was admitted and still resides there. This facility and the wonderful staff has taken excellent care of our loved ones. The facility is clean and the patients have adequate rooms. The administration/finance/pt/social workers are very attentive and meet the patients needs. Now the nursing staff- they are the best. The take wonderful care of the patients. Someone in our family is there daily and we see the kind, compassionate, excellent care that the patients receive. The staff works very hard, and the jobs they do are not easy. But they do it with love, and treat the patients like their own family. I have said for 3 years - from the front door to the back - I have no complaints. Thank you River Oaks Staff. Love you all. ❤️

Like many families, it was very traumatic for us when our only option for our mother, was to place her somewhere that she would receive around the clock care. We were very hesitant and unsure when she was placed at River Oaks some 22 months ago. The staff there has been wonderful to our mother and to our family. She has received the care that she needs and the staff has always been great to let us know what is going on. I couldn't be more pleased with the way that the lines of communication have always been wide open. The staff has always been diligent to let me know of any little changes that may occur, whether it be results from a check-up or a change in meds, etc. The doctor, nurses, aides, & administrative personnel have always been very kind and helpful to my mom and to our family as we visit. No one ever wishes to see a loved one get to the point where they need to be placed in a healthcare facility, but it happens. If it happens to your loved one, I would definitely recommend River Oaks.
