Lauren DeWitt and her teammates at Ascension Recovery Services have gone above and beyond to now help two of my friends. The first for loss of spouse and the other for alcoholism.
They take it very personally as if they were finding treatment for their own family member. Lauren set up a family intervention and even personally flew with my friend to the treatment center.
This world is a better place because Ascension Recovery Services and I hold them to the highest regard.

I just had my last Jade appointment
The staff at Jade - Alex Dan Emily Gloria the doctors all of them Rosie are just fantastic you couldn't ask for someone to care more and someone to try more and if you're really serious about getting clean and living a different life Jade is definitely the place for you. Even if you're not clean and you're just trying to get there and you're brand new at it Jade is the place for you I can't think of a situation good or bad that Jade would not be as helpful as they possibly can be. I just know so many successful people that have come from Jade in their recovery they've just gotten very far to whenever they first started it Jade didn't even have a place to live. I feel like Jane is always went above and beyond but you know they needed to.
The fact that pretty much any time of night or day if you have to get a hold of someone in an emergency you can- it is not like that it all other facilities that I've been to. Jade is the only outpatient facility that I have went to and trust me I went to a lot of them that actually care. It's super sad because I've been with Jade for such a long time. I will miss Kristen forever and this is super hard to move on but I would recommend Jade over any other rehab facility in the world and if you are a patient at Jade you are lucky to be there and you should take advantage of everything that they have to offer because it's such a great facility and they truly do care. I wish all the staff yhe best and thank you for how far I have come thanks to you guys and to know you truly make a huge difference. I have three kids that are happy, healthy and in a nice home because of Jade and I couldn't be more grateful.

I'd give zero stars if it were possible. Wellsprings doesn't care about their clients. If they did they wouldn't fire your therapist and not even tell you or call to offer another option. They don't even pretend to care if the clients live or die. My therapist was fantastic and always went above and beyond for my entire family. Many of her clients are devestated and all alone now and they just don't care.This place is not dependable!

Was on the fence about having my child admitted to any psych hospital, but they needed professional help immediately. Decided western was the best option and they did not disappoint. My child was content and safe while hospitalized and came home feeling like themselves again. The staff handled all prescriptions in a very timely manner and all follow up appointments. They called and checked in with me regularly throughout my child's stay. No one wants to have to take their kid for psych evaluation, but if you find yourself in this situation, I would see if western is the right place for your child's needs.

While I was there, they repeatedly screamed at kids having mental breakdowns and even sent an assault victim into a dark room to sit in the corner and “think about their actions.” They fed me spoiled milk, then blamed me for “not checking the expiration date.” The psychiatrist was cognitively incompetent and never remembered me or my name and changed my medication several times. I threatened to run away from home multiple times because of this place and I desperately wanted any way to get away from these people. I even met a girl in there who agreed to sell me nicotine for some cash and smuggled it into the building daily. If you were even 5 minutes late, you were punished. They have no real therapists there, and don’t care about your education. I was in honors classes despite my mental health, and they forced me to take classes that wouldn’t count towards my college credits even though I pleaded with them to fix it. Please, I’m begging you, do not send your kids here. If you love your child at all, you will go somewhere else and send them somewhere else. I was abused here, lied to here, and mistreated just because of my mental health. They. Do. Not. Care.

Over the course of the last 10 years, the East Liverpool VA has been a God sent. I have been fortunate enough to recieve the help and care that I need, each and every visit. I'm currently there for pain maintainence and to not take any more pills prescribed to me that screw up life alot more than methadone.. This place is an excellent facility..lil dated but the ppl and the mission there is to help! PERIOD. If u end up with a problem there it's bc your not taking yourself seriously as they are and that's a shame..the name PROGRESSIVE says it all..do what u need and work the program and progression is possible..I've had privileges for years with not one issue! Great place for treatment if u want to take it serious, bc they will..enough said
