If you have state funded Medicaid, please, come to the clinic, get on methadone and get your life back. Don't put your loved ones through more worrying whether or not the next time you OD will be your last if nobody is nearby to narcan you. I can say for certain that the nurses, doctors, counselors, and staff each had a hand in saving my life, I'll be forever grateful to them at CCTC. It may take you a while to get your takehomes if you continue to use while going to the clinic, but there are also trip forms that will reimburse your gas mileage for every day that you come in. I have no complaints for the staff, they are doing the best that they can, my visit is normally in and out within 20-30 mins even with takehomes and drug screen. Jessika always has 100 other things going on, but she has always made time for me when I needed help with anything, always very nice and professional. Thank you for giving me my life back. God bless the staff, every patient, and their families.

After 15 yrs or more of addictions & mental health issues and tons of "I know what I need to ....'ve been clean for 9-10 yrs" I can say this is definitely a place where the staff is well trained, knowledgeable with addiction & behaviors of addicts as well as support & knowledgeable with mental health issues. I have been a resident of river oaks nursing / rehab facility since April 29th , 2005 . From my 6mths of being here I have had a few complaints but my needs and care have been very well met by the staff , nurses , cna's occupational physical therapist and the socialworkes .. I realized that my few complaints were toward those hired by communicare not by Drew and the administration staff even at that they did thier very best to resolve those problems .Everyone that works at river oaks in nutterfort go above and beyond what thier job requires of them . I cane here unable to walk after a leg amputation . These people were very helpful when insurance didn't want to approve of me needing a prosthetic leg if not for them I wouldn't have my new leg and I'd still be unable to walk . I'd definitely have to say from my own experience here that river oaks is underrated by alot of people . I want to personally thank everyone that works here for giving me a chance to walk again , get my life back and soon I'll be able to return home to my Family . Thank you all so much . I love you all

I want to thank River Oaks for their wonderful care for my husband. The staff was kind and caring, professional and attentive. They were available for me to communicate with them at any time, and they walked me through all the steps of his care while spending time with me to answer all my questions. I have been going here for 3 years and never had a problem until Madison, the counselor, showed up. I would give Madison 0 stars because she doesn't follow HIPPA. She has a big mouth and she has been running her mouth about me all over town, even things that were said in my private sessions with her. I give Medmark 5 starts, but Madison gets zero stars. She'll be the reason I leave Medmark. She's trifling and always trying to not schedule me so that I'll have to have longer sessions with her. I don't want to talk to Madison at all and sit in her office pretending to be happy about it. I brought up the rumors she started and she laughed.

This clinic actually treats their patients like they are human beings. Unlike acadias clinics which they own all of the clinics in wv but this one. I haven’t even talked an Acadia clinic in the town I live in but I drive an hour to this clinic just so I don’t have to go to the Clarksburg treatment center.

Lauren DeWitt and her teammates at Ascension Recovery Services have gone above and beyond to now help two of my friends. The first for loss of spouse and the other for alcoholism. I feel sad seeing these other reviews speak negatively of this place. Especially since I've had such a good experience. I think this is 100% due to my psychiatrist. He seems to be the only doctor who actually reads and responds to messages as soon as he's able. So much so that I've had to label some messages as not important or I'll say "this can wait until your not busy" and he will still respond quickly. I'm not saying all the doctors need to multi-task like mine does. What I'm saying is when I see my doctor he really shows how much he cares about his profession and his patients. He puts a ton of effort into ensuring his patients get the care they need. The other doctors are like doctors you see in the hospital. It takes forever to get any response from them and when you finally get to see them, your in and out so quick that you can hardly remember what, if anything, you discussed.
