I’ve seen a few therapist over the years and I’ve gotta say truly Spencer James is one of the best if not the best therapist in the world he has really been helping improve myself and my overall happiness with day to day activities and all of my anger issues he is seriously the real deal!! Thank you so much man I swear you deserve a raise after hearing my crazy spews sometimes lmao but thank for always being very active and helpful and thank you for calling me if I don’t make it to an appointment and staying on me. Best of the best…the facilities and staff are top notch, the food and all the different dietary accommodations are excellent, they provide almost daily opportunities for outings including, but not limited to, trips to the local YMCA, equine therapy, outdoor excursions, plus a myriad of day trips like the museum and cinema. Medmark most definitely saved my life. When the doctor decided he wasn't giving me my pain medicine any longer because he didn't want to get in trouble (this was 2019) and I didn't know what to do since I have chronic pain from several severe bone breaks. So I called medmark and on my first day of treatment I wasn't worried anymore. I've been going here for over 5 years almost 6 now and they have never made me feel bad for anything they have been nothing but caring and supportive. I really thlnk they have saved my life and lots of other lives as well.

I was traveling through the area when a sudden (and very painful) medical issue came up. I’m a veteran but hadn’t yet signed up for VA care, so I wasn’t sure what to expect when I walked into the ER—honestly, my expectations were low. But wow, was I surprised.
From check-in to triage to treatment, the entire experience was outstanding. Everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and efficient. I was ambulatory (just in a lot of pain) and they treated me very promptly. The doctor quickly diagnosed the issue, got me into radiology, and I had answers fast. I was on my way with relief and a plan.
Truly blown away by the level of service and compassion. Thank you to the entire staff for taking such great care of veterans. I hope someone in leadership sees this…they all deserve recognition (and a raise!).

HUGE shoutout to Dr. Pisupati, Debbie Hull, and all of the midnight staff who went above and beyond last night for Kenny. I can’t say enough about their professionalism, compassion, and kindness. These people saved me! From the doctors, nurses, and counselors. To even the office manager and receptionist. These people really care! They don’t treat you like less of a person because of your “situation” they are respectful and professional. Honestly, if more treatment centers would follow the lead of this one. I probably would have gotten help 10 years ago. If you are 110 percent serious about getting help. And you choose to go the maintenance route. This is the place! I never would have made it if the staff wasn’t as supportive as they are. So thank you to everyone there! They listened to me when absolutely no body else would! They didn’t judge me when absolutely everyone else did! they were kind to me, when no one else was! And they had faith in me, when even I had no faith in myself!

This subject can be one that either rips loved ones apart or brings them closer together. As I hope for everyone and anyone that people open there minds and hearts up to those who ask for help. We are not bad people just as cancer is a disease so is addiction! I was never warned by my doctor that the medication he was given me would turn my life upside down and when it did my doctor cut me loose. Coming from a family with addiction problems I then knew I had to get help. This treatment center is great compared to others! They help you with EVERYTHING from your addiction to your transportation needs. Be prepared for friends and family to turn their back on you because it will happen. Narrow minded people think this isn’t getting help it’s replacing on addiction with another. If that’s the case then almost everyone in the world are addicts. If you get the flu and take medication for it same thing, you get poison ivy you get medicine for it same thing. Yes I know it’s not 100% exact but hopefully some of you get my point here! Please stop knocking us down when we are doing everything we can to fix the problem. This clinic has their duck's in a row and some of the friendliest and most helpful ppl I've ever met in my lifetime. I had to be sent here and the doctors, nurses, and radiologists all made me feel heard and eased my nerves some lol and they helped give me answers and relief i needed. I know they had to but they stayed at work over time for me and still that is enough for me. They were all nice and listened very well. Thank you all for all yall do !!
