I’ve seen a few therapist over the years and I’ve gotta say truly Spencer James is one of the best if not the best therapist in the world he has really been helping improve myself and my overall happiness with day to day activities and all of my anger issues he is seriously the real deal!! Thank you so much man I swear you deserve a raise after hearing my crazy spews sometimes lmao but thank for always being very active and helpful and thank you for calling me if I don’t make it to an appointment and staying on me. this place has been a complete life changer for me , if i am being sincerely honest i came in with no intention of getting sober what so ever . it took me two weeks for tha fog 2 lift and me 2 see tha iont want anything at all 2 do with tha lifestyle anymore. it was a rough two weeks but tha staffing and tha fellowship has made me want 2 actually become sober & live my life 2 tha fullest without tha use of drugs & or alcohol, i can honestly say with my entire heart i have found my faith & a will as well as a purpose , i came in thinking someone else deserves this bed & now tha i am leaving i can honestly say i needed it. i am grateful for those who was there 2 advocate for me & love me even when i still am having trouble loving myself. i have found a new sense of self worth i have never had before & i will take it one day one second one minute at a time.

The entire staff is amazing. From the tine you walk in Jasmine makes you feel like you're family. They are quick to answer you back if you call for anything, Dr. Chou takes his time when you see him answering all questions and concerns. Medmark most definitely saved my life. When the doctor decided he wasn't giving me my pain medicine any longer because he didn't want to get in trouble (this was 2019) and I didn't know what to do since I have chronic pain from several severe bone breaks. So I called medmark and on my first day of treatment I wasn't worried anymore. I've been going here for over 5 years almost 6 now and they have never made me feel bad for anything they have been nothing but caring and supportive. I really thlnk they have saved my life and lots of other lives as well.

I disliked this place at first. I had trouble getting appointments and medicine refills. Now though, they got better. Some say the staff is rude, but they are really overworked. The staff nice once you get to know them, and to be honest. Many of the patients I see in the place seem way more rude.

We are not bad people just as cancer is a disease so is addiction! I was never warned by my doctor that the medication he was given me would turn my life upside down and when it did my doctor cut me loose. Coming from a family with addiction problems I then knew I had to get help. This treatment center is great compared to others! They help you with EVERYTHING from your addiction to your transportation needs. Be prepared for friends and family to turn their back on you because it will happen. Narrow minded people think this isn’t getting help it’s replacing on addiction with another. If that’s the case then almost everyone in the world are addicts. If you get the flu and take medication for it same thing, you get poison ivy you get medicine for it same thing. Yes I know it’s not 100% exact but hopefully some of you get my point here! Please stop knocking us down when we are doing everything we can to fix the problem. This place is amazing along with the people that work there. Always so nice and not judgmental. My treatment is doing very well thanks to these people. I’ve even recommended this place to a few people close to me. Thanks for all you do!

I just want to say how great this center is!!! I came from PA to train for my current job and attended this clinic during that time. This clinic has their duck's in a row and some of the friendliest and most helpful ppl I've ever met in my lifetime. Please let the staff know how much they are valued and that they truly make a difference everyday! I wish everyone the best of luck, especially Jacob he is one of a kind 😊. Again thank you all for this great experience!

My husband checked into Observation on Dec. 26 . He was having left side should back pain, and left side chest pain, he has a history of heart attacks, 3, 5 stents, and 2 vessel CABG, so yes I assumed it was his heart. took to SGH, was transferred by ambulance to Marietta Memorial Hospital, where our heart doctor is. Spent 5 days in Observation, never saw our heart doctor, they did EKG's, Echocardiogram, nuclear stress test, heart cath., determined it was not his heart, said cath report was the same as in Jan. 0f 2024. Sent us home at 10:00 pm at night, with same pain we arrived with 5 days prior, said not heart, maybe muscular, but did no testing for muscle pain, etc...... spent 1 day at home in pain, went to local ER, at WCH within 40 minutes they had did a CT scan of back, found arthritis in spine, muscle spasms on left side, with a knot the size of my fist there. Did a steriod injection into the knot, gave him muscle relaxer meds, Prednisone for inflamation, set up with PT, and that was 7 days ago, and he is 90% pain free.... Very, Very disappointed with the service at Marietta Memorial. I feel that anything the insurance does not cover, we should not be responsible for payment, as they did nothing to find out what was actually causing his pain.
