I ve achieved with him in 6 months more than I ever did in a decade of therapy. He s helped me get to the root of so many issues I ve had so they can truly be healed. He is the best marriage therapist - I highly recommend him for both marriage and individual counseling.

I can t say enough about this place. David is a phenomenal therapist and has helped me get my life back to something manageable and filled with hope and joy. He let me make the decision to change my life and along the way showed me new ways to think. I will be going here for years to come!

I had a great experience with New Choices. I'm in the process of getting my driver's license restored after some years of suspension, and substance / alcohol abuse counseling was one of the requirements. I decided to join the group sessions that David holds several times per week and was thoroughly impressed with his level of investment and dedication to his clients. For people in crisis, here is an individual with many years of experience helping people clean up the wreckage they've created in their lives and figure out how to stabilize the crisis and make the changes necessary to get started on a path of recovery. Highly recommend.

Best experience in my life

Spero Health is hands down the best addiction treatment center. I ve been to over 5 different places to be able to get subs, and I m blown away at the quality of service Spero provides!! I drove 1.5 hours to get here and it s worth it. The office is quiet, clean, smells good, and plays good music. The staff are so incredibly attentive and kind. They make me feel like I m an active participant in my treatment, like I m the one making the decision on what I want to do. Every dollar I spent and every mile I drove to get here was worth it!

I have found more than a supportive community. This is a place for family to grow and be united. I was lost in addiction for so many years that it took the help of God and woman and men edifying and pushing to the feet of Jesus. More than thankful!!!

It's good to know there's somewhere in this country that has counseling immediately available for our young ones. We got an excellent counselor with many, many years of experience and has been a relief for our children.

If you are in need of therapy I would Strongly recommend this company. Therapy was never something I seen myself needing. But I will say after 7 months & it s been life changing.

Shannon is quite a good counselor. She listens and poses questions in such a way that my thoughts are channeled toward possible solutions. She is quite easy to connect with.

Rip doc Jackson and if u do what unsupported to u will never get drugs from the street again and u will not have no we're near the urges and craving u have n past and if u do then u still can't use cause u took ur meds.and it a clinic unsaid 90 plus days but I been goin 4 years and not 1 relaspe and I was addict if the worst kind shoot up my kids lunch money type dude now I got car from Shelor and and working kids at hone like I said life saver

Brian's Safehouse saved my life, hands down. I read a review stating that the treatment was ineffective, that was not my experience at all. Going to BSH is the most important decision I've ever made. Everything I lost in my addiction has been restored in just a few short years. I'm so thankful for the dedicated and attentive staff at BSH, who made me feel so welcome and loved from the day I arrived on campus. I tried several 30-day treatment programs in my home state of NC, but they did not work for me. I needed more help. The year long program, as hard as it was to commit to at the time, was just what I needed. A life mired in addiction is a hopeless existence if you're not willing to do anything about it. The outcomes are three as I see it: jail, death, or recovery. The decision is simple as look back on it. BSH can change the trajectory of your life, it did mine!

My son has been sober now for 8 years. Brian’s Safehouse changed him from a drug fiend to a tax-paying, loving man with a wonderful family. Top quality mental health care

Very friendly and listened to my situation. A guy named Scott asked me about my sisters situation. He asked questions to understand more about her. I was very appreciative of the help he was giving us and how he was going to try to get her the help she needed. Great place for me to talk to just to understand more about what I could do. The staff at NRVCS(BLACKSBURG) are absolutely amazing and so is the Genoa pharmacy. If it wasn't for them my husband would be without his meds. I just want thank each and every one that works there for their understanding and courtesy. You guys rock!!

Very caring and great resources .

New River Valley Community Services have made my life so much better. I've been with them since 2008. I was a genuine basket case when I came here. Now I repair watches and clocks. And, I have found reason within my vise's. My temper used to control me. I can honestly say, this organization, and it's agents, have taught me that you can be happy. Even, when mental illness is prominent. I asked two or three counselors to marry me. But. They got depressed, and called the cops. Same thing my ex-wife did. Oh well. Life ain't no burger king. Just keep trying. Keep learning. And don't propose to social workers. They will call the cops. I know!!

Have had a great experience with this company. They have helped my wife and autistic daughter so much. My wife and I are very grateful to see our daughter making so much progress through their ABA program.

Dr Reedy and Dr Ali are the best! They stay with you during a crisis (over the phone ) If need. I recommend family insight for children and adults. I feel you won't find a better place.

I've been a client at this company for three years I'm discharging tomorrow 11-30-19. I honestly can say I've grown so much as preson and I've found peace and love with in myself. I'd recommend it to anyone who is in a dark place also they are generally accepting of the LGBTQ+ community.

Lewis Gale MC was the best place for me during a crisis 9 months postpartumI was voluntary and quickly DTO d due to not being able to articulate I was uncomfortable with the room I was in.Due to COVID no visitors were allowed, however, hopefully if not ideal patients can at least FaceTime/messenger familyThe one time the third floor went outside I don t recalling grass, I believe it was all pebbles. When I transitioned to the second floor, there was a window in the room and we were able to go to the gym for group. I would hope that on the weekends, the third floor gets to visit the gym, I did not during my stay in 2023. The staff on the third floor, for the exact people, I need in my life to get help at that time. Essentially angels to me.

This place has brought so much light to my life and so much clarity to my mind, I'm more than happy and excited while writing this review because I can finally say I am glad to be sober and I intend to keep it that way!
