I have been going in to the River Oaks facility for 3 years. In June of 2021 my mom was admitted and passed in Feb. 2022, then in Oct. 2022 my mother in law was admitted and still resides there. This facility and the wonderful staff has taken excellent care of our loved ones. The facility is clean and the patients have adequate rooms. The administration/finance/pt/social workers are very attentive and meet the patients needs. Now the nursing staff- they are the best. The take wonderful care of the patients. Someone in our family is there daily and we see the kind, compassionate, excellent care that the patients receive. The staff works very hard, and the jobs they do are not easy. But they do it with love, and treat the patients like their own family. I have said for 3 years - from the front door to the back - I have no complaints. Thank you River Oaks Staff. Love you all. ❤️

Like many families, it was very traumatic for us when our only option for our mother, was to place her somewhere that she would receive around the clock care. We were very hesitant and unsure when she was placed at River Oaks some 22 months ago. The staff there has been wonderful to our mother and to our family. She has received the care that she needs and the staff has always been great to let us know what is going on. I couldn't be more pleased with the way that the lines of communication have always been wide open. The staff has always been diligent to let me know of any little changes that may occur, whether it be results from a check-up or a change in meds, etc. The doctor, nurses, aides, & administrative personnel have always been very kind and helpful to my mom and to our family as we visit. No one ever wishes to see a loved one get to the point where they need to be placed in a healthcare facility, but it happens. If it happens to your loved one, I would definitely recommend River Oaks.

My husband just completed over 60 days and is on his way to his outpatient phase. Any phone call I placed was answered or quickly returned. I don't know what I would've done without the daily remote family support meetings. They were spot-on with information about addiction and it's effects on family as well as the patient (I know from my own work experience). The open discussions and parallel family support was a lifeline for me. They have done everything they've said they were going to do, above and beyond my expectations!

Coming in without knowing what to expect, I can overwhelming say that Dreamlife set me up in the best way possible for recovery. I’ve been here 4 times, actually. Only completed twice. The other two I was there for a day maybe. I wasn’t ready. However, I was forced, essentially, to go back in 2015. I was So broken. Was coming off of a 5 year heroin habit. Had just gotten hit with my 3rd dui in 10 years( mine were years apart). Pleaded into drug court. Court ordered here then their affiliated halfway house: the Lighthouse ♥️ . The staff was unbelievable. I’ve never had support like that with such kindness and genuine care and compassion. They helped build me up. They gave me the tools I needed for the next steps of my recovery. I couldn’t stay clean for 4 hours let alone 4years. Which I ended up achieving after the Lighthouse. This place provides the tools and staff and environment for one to develop the structure, support, discipline and knowledge they need to actually get clean and achieve long-lasting sobriety/recovery. Thank you for saving my life, and all the others you all help 💜 If you’re struggling, please reach out to them. We are losing too many parents, siblings, and friends. I’ve been resuscitated more times than I can count. However, these people have never given up on me, and please don’t give up on yourself. It’s so dangerous any more. Hopefully I’ll see you at some meetings 👋🤙

I enjoy going to this clinic, I finally have a counselor that I can relate to. I enjoy every session.
When I started here I was such a mess! I walked in so high one day that I went to the dosing window

Now that I have been off all of that my life has gotten a lot better. Now that I’m a little more clearer,
