Great flexibility. I mess my appointment times up regularly and they have never given me any greif for it, and always get me in with no trouble. The staff is friendly and super supportive. Both of these are not typical for these clinics, in my experience. Spero is a breath of fresh air. I look forward to talking to everyone.

Been to multiple different clinic, this is by far the best one I've been to (except maybe the one I had to pay $300 a month for, but cash buys kindness and Drs that care). If you or a loved one wants help and have at Medicaid. Go here, Brightview keeps you on average of 3 hours and you'll have a new counselor every other week and have to basically restart your progress.

I was recently admitted to United Hospital Center unexpectedly. There are not enough good things I can say about each and every staff member I encountered. The care was superior. Miss Erica and miss Megan were amazing when I was here and I was teaching my daughter a dance I learnt at camp to Dynamite years ago today and it made me remember how much this place helped me become the person and mom I am today. And I still have just as much fun doing the same dance like 12 years later as the day I did it with miss megan and the group but now I get to with my daughter. I went to the ER after experiencing one week of constant abdominal pain. I was placed into a room with in minutes, saw a doctor and two residents shortly after that, blood work and imaging were ordered and completed within an hour, results, which we're explained to me in language I could understand, took less than an hour. I spent maybe a total of two hours in the ER department, before I was taken to surgery to have my gallbladder removed, THAT SAME NIGHT!!
After the surgery, I was place on an inpatient floor for observation. The staff were all so caring! So nice!!! I can't say enough good things about EVERYBODY I came in contact with! ER, surgical staff, inpatient care... Not one unpleasant person in the lot.
My stay in the hospital from registration in the ER to discharge from hospital was about 11 hours. My pain was managed so well, that I had absolutely NO discomfort during my stay!
After returning home, I will admit I was uncomfortable for the first three days, but my follow up with the surgeon was four days after surgery. He was very concerned about my pain and took the time to give me a numbing injection to dull the nerve pain from the one incision site. After this, I was better than new, it was like I was a whole other person!!!
I would and have recommended this facility to friends and family and strangers! ANYONE! Not only was the care fast and great, everyone I encountered seemed to truely care for not only my comfort, but for ME!

When I went to teen challenge, I fought it all the way at first. When I arrived I was greeted with the nicest , caring, staff that made me feel welcome, warm and comfortable. During my stay at TC I learned alot about myself and how to deal with life head on. I was able to learn about God and work on my relationship with God. Everyone at TC between the staff and the clients have touched my life in away I just can't explain I would reccomend teen challenge to anyone who is struggling and is ready to surrender. I've been here for years love both My Dr and counselor they become family practically. They genuinely care about each person. And they work with you way more than any other place would. I could go to the clinic 4 miles from my house but choose to drive the 45 mins because this place is the absolute best!

Prestera is a wonderful mental health organization that serves the state of WV. As a CCBHC they pride themselves in giving quality care to every individual who walks through the door. There are programs that can assist with anything from severe mental health issues to social needs such as housing, and obtaining food stamps. Each department works together as a team and coordinates with other departments to ensure continuity and competent care.

Received consistent and reliable quality of care here at this location. It’s very seamless to schedule an appointment here and there is a little to very small wait time to see a provider. There is an array of services that this place offers (Dermatology, Women’s Health, Primary Care, Lab/Bloodwork, Social Services/Counseling, Pharmacy, Diabetic care, Nutrition, Telemedicine) and staff are super helpful and accommodating! This sets the standard for how a VA clinic should operate.
