As we knew the unit was short staffed. We will forever be grateful for the care and kindness our nurse Desiree showed us during labor and delivery. She wasn’t just doing her job, she truly cared about us and made us feel like we were in the best hands possible during one of the most emotional and important moments of our lives. From the beginning, she was patient, reassuring, and incredibly supportive. There were moments when I the father was nervous, overwhelmed, and unsure of what to expect, but she always knew how to calm me down and make both Kasey and I feel comfortable. She checked on us constantly, listened to everything we had to say, and went above and beyond to make sure both mom and baby were taken care of, Kasey was craving dark chocolate candy and it’s the littlest things that matter as much as the biggest Desiree came through for us without even asking. Her heart is rare and we want to make sure she and others that worked the night of 09-04-2026 in the labor and delivery unit are recognized for there love and compassion. Having someone so compassionate by our side made such a difference. We will always remember the way she treated us, the education on mom breast feeding and encouragement she gave us, and the care she provided when we needed it most. Thank you for being such an amazing nurse and for being a part of such a special moment in our lives. We truly appreciate you more than words can express. As a parent and professional, I found it difficult to prioritize my own mental heath because time, energy, or money. (Or at least those are the excuses I gave myself) Until I learned about Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) with Sarah. I know there isn’t a timeline to healing and Sarah makes sure to kindly remind me of that often. But within days of the first session my nervous system noticed the shift. By the third session, the cognitive shift was almost indescribable. Knowing that meaningful change can happen in just a few sessions is what drew me in, but Sarah is what makes it work! Her approach, combined with the light bar, is incredibly effective.

I've been coming here since September 2023 and I've never had a bad experience. Everyone here is very professional and friendly, especially Tasia at the front desk is always a delight as well as my therapist Morgan. They've gotten me in same day during some crisis's I've had which was very appreciated. Additionally, offering flexibility with telehealth if the weather is bad or you can't make it in otherwise. I'd recommend them to anyone and am so grateful for the continuous support!

My husband has been able to heal through the worst childhood possible with the help of Morgan and emdr therapy. The receptionists make you feel so welcome and it's the most comforting and relaxing setting there. Absolutely recommend trying them. He got further here in a year than he did at cedar ridge in a year or mvhc in 5 years. Please give them a chance!!!!

Great flexibility. I mess my appointment times up regularly and they have never given me any greif for it, and always get me in with no trouble. The staff is friendly and super supportive. I recently had issues with the billing department. After talking with hospital personnel about my concerns they were able to resolve my concerns in an exceptional manner in a very short order. They treated me and my concerns in a professional and one on one manner until the matter was resolved. Even so much as going the extra mile to appease a customer (me). They went the extra mile and helped resolve my concerns and fix a problem in a professional manner. Thanks to the staff for fixing my issues within hours of bringing it to their attention, even when finding out that some of the concerns were not even theirs. Thank you!

I ended up having to stay overnight on August 13th. Got to room on the 4th floor and the shift change was happening. The 2 nurses I had for the night were awesome, Ashley and Taylor. They took very good care of me! These are 2 special young ladies. They are what nursing is all about!

This place has been a safe space and staple in my life since around 13 years of age. In my honest opinon they focus more on Family unity and comunication, but I have had a lot of help with PTSD and self-esteem as well as assertivness and anger issues. Things seemed to run more smoothly when I was a child perhaps that is perception or changing of the times? Either way, that is something I would like to return and will myself work on. The atmosphere is very zen compared to before their remodel, the staff is still very friendly to me and/or professional, when problems have accured I have to be the ONE that is reminding them there is a problem, which is fair. I have went a few years inbetween treatments and always been honest with them and they have never done me dirty.

I reached out to them during one of the hardest times in my life back in February and they’ve helped me more than any other mental health treatment center has. I used to do counseling here but I never really clicked with them, but I still today see medical often. Emily is the NP I see and she’s single handedly one of the greatest professionals I’ve ever had work with me. Truely the first time in my life I’ve ever truly felt like a psychiatric professional has genuinely cared about me. Literally any question or concern I have I know I can always call in and ask and they get back to me as soon as possible. I have and will continue to recommend to people this place 100% of the time.

Everything has been good so far especially my therapist, Mitch. I absolutely adore him. Only complaint I have is one of the front desk personnel I only talk to regarding appointments. She gets snippy and has the "know it all" like attitude with me when she had no clue what she was talking about one day and it really rubbed me the wrong way..this is a me tal health facility; treats others like that definitely is not appropriate anywhere but especially in a place like this is just ridiculous. Luckily I don't have to deal with that same person when I'm checking in for my appointments at the facility.
