I’ve enjoyed my stay, check in day 2/13, successful completion 4/29. Been here 10 weeks and 6 days. The longest I’ve ever stayed somewhere. It was a pleasant time. Had up and downs with my stay. No complaints. My counselor is truly amazing, Heidi. Highly recommend her. This place has done good transitioning to the new office. More professional setting. More onto the point. All around wonderful place to check into if you are in need of services.

My experience at The Bluffs was life-changing. It was a good balance structure with some space to still feel moments of freedom. I will say that I lucked out with my therapist. He was perfect for me. The counselors, recovery coaches and staff were all friendly and pretty great for the most part. Like anything you get what you put in and finding that connection was important for me in my recovery.

I have been going here for 8years and never had an issue and if I ever did the staff where there to help me. Comquest saved my life and I would recommend it to anyone! When getting help there are certian things you have to do and sometimes they are not comfortable for you. With medications i have never had one issue, the doctors are NOT quick to get you off, they always have told me whenever your comfortable, I told them I will be on this for life, they told me no problem. Thank god for this program cause it gave me, my life back and I am able to enjoy my son and wife and have a family and build back what addiction took from me and conquest and its staff where the people there for me.

I want to thank everyone at canton outpatient! My husband is Vietnam veteran and been going since 2014 and still going there ! They all have treated me and my husband very friendly, professional and not afraid to smile or give a laugh ! He is seen for different reasons! One time I didn’t agree with a blood sugar specialist but he got changed and has been great ever since, has had issues with his eyes and he can see again! This place has been a safe space and staple in my life since around 13 years of age. In my honest opinon they focus more on Family unity and comunication, but I have had a lot of help with PTSD and self-esteem as well as assertivness and anger issues. Things seemed to run more smoothly when I was a child perhaps that is perception or changing of the times? Either way, that is something I would like to return and will myself work on. The atmosphere is very zen compared to before their remodel, the staff is still very friendly to me and/or professional, when problems have accured I have to be the ONE that is reminding them there is a problem, which is fair. I have went a few years inbetween treatments and always been honest with them and they have never done me dirty.

the woman i got paired up with is so kind and absolutely amazing. i’ve only had one appointment so far but she has helped me tremendously. i’m so glad i decided to go through ohio guidestone, they are genuinely wonderful people.
i know a lot of people tend to leave bad reviews and don’t receive the help they need, but in all reality it’s about being paired up with the right fit. counselors, therapists, and even psychologists, don’t always fit best. sometimes you have to keep searching for the help you need. not everyone can help in certain ways, not even if they have a degree in the subject.
don’t stop looking for help if you need it, it’s out there, you just have to be willing to find it; it took me 5 years to find the right fit.

I am so great full for this place and the people who have helped me get sober and stay sober! The doctors and nurses here are amazing and I would recommend this place to anyone who is struggling with a dependency to all drugs and alcohol. I have been sober for over 3 years now and am so lucky to be in this program! Dr. Gibb is the man who helped save me from the chaos of opiates and I am so thankful for him! I went here 2 weeks ago to get tests done for out patient surgery. Everyone was nice and very helpful! Today I had my surgery and again the staff was very nice and helpful!
