21 years of addiction. 4 years in prison. 4 complete rehab stays in other facilities. It took me going 5 hours from home, fighting the entire way, to make it to harmony ridge. When I tell you, these people were there for me the minute I stepped out of the car. Someone told me that day (as I was starting to withdraw) "You never have to use ever again." Something so simple, but so powerful. I spent 11 days in detox and 28 in the regular program. I graduated and walked out of there more proud and prepared then I've ever felt in my life. I now have just about 18 months clean, and Harmony Ridge in Barboursville is how that was made possible! Special thanks to Mikey, Rooster, Matt (our spades buddies) Junior, the AMAZING cooks (the food ROCKS btw) my counselor, Jenn, for being there for me when I missed home, who noticed when I wasn't quite myself,and who let me cry multiple times in her office, even when I was afraid to go home, and my case worker Tiffany who was super new but she rocked it and made sure I had transportation, a great sober living house, and even a dentist appt for when I went home!!! Theres so many of yall I cant remember the names, but plz know even 18 months later u guys have ALL made an impact on my life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. LOVE YALL!!!

Harmony Ridge helped save my life!! Such a wonderful program 👏 The staff is brilliant beyond words!! They have REAL life experiences in addiction,and humor,compassion,and the willingness to help us win! I strongly suggest them to anyone still sick and suffering, They're one phone call away. If you or someone you know are thinking about going to a treatment center I’m happy to say the staff here have created something special. From the second I called I’ve been treated with love care and empathy by everyone at the facility. Even after completing the 28 program staff members like Joshua Haskiell reach out to check in on me regularly. They don’t make anymore money to do those things they are just genuinely good people with big hearts who have earned my trust. The main guy the director of operations Jacob May was there in the flesh 6 days a week with his door literally open all day. A man in his position doesn’t have to make your problems his problems but that’s exactly what he does for anyone needing help. He personally helped me with seemingly little things but important to me and he didn’t act like they were little he acted like they were important to him. That’s the kind of care you can expect to get at this facility top notch.

I have used this medical facility since 1993. The vast majority of my experiences there have been positive. Easy access and on time appointments. Staff are knowledgeable, courteous, professional and treat me with the utmost respect. I would recommend the Louis A Johnson VA Medical Center to any veteran who needs medical services.

Hello I'm Scott Nickels, I have been going here for years now, I love the staff, and I have the best doctor I've ever had, they have saved my life, and yesterday they just moved me to monthly, if you really want help and people that really care, please come here, I highly recommend it.

Great flexibility. I mess my appointment times up regularly and they have never given me any greif for it, and always get me in with no trouble. The staff is friendly and super supportive. Both of these are not typical for these clinics, in my experience. Spero is a breath of fresh air. I look forward to talking to everyone.

I love the Clarksburg Spero Health because of the staff. Ambra is a great person with an awesome personality for the company. She is compassionate and understanding. Ambra is very nice and will treat you like a friend while still remaining professional.

This center and the workers here, Dr. Brown, have been a resource, a light in the dark, a savior when I could not save myself. The nurses, counselors and secretaries are absolutely wonderful and caring human beings who do not judge but have true servant's hearts. Words can not express how grateful I am for the treatment center and those within it. For those saying that this place is a joke - they've either failed drug screens, broken the rules or not made their intentions clear. I am one among hundreds who have been saved through this center. There will always be people mad that they can't take advantage of workers or use the place for wrong reasons. No one forces you to stay if you don't want to be here. You stay because it saves your life.

Friendly environment with caring staff!

Once again I was admitted to Marretta Memorial Hospital in Marietta ohio. I was diagnosed with mild heart failure. Everyone that I came in contact with at this hospital from the doctors to the bloodwork people, nurses, the nutrition people that brought the food even those that cleaned my room was very nice kind and professional always had a smile on their faces. They didn't treat me like a patient they treated me like family every single one. In my opinion Marretta Memorial Hospitals in Ohio is the best hospital period. Every time I have been here for my parents necessary procedures this place has been caring and attentive as well as genuinely intuned to my parents specific needs. I recently had issues with the billing department. After talking with hospital personnel about my concerns they were able to resolve my concerns in an exceptional manner in a very short order. They treated me and my concerns in a professional and one on one manner until the matter was resolved. Even so much as going the extra mile to appease a customer (me). They went the extra mile and helped resolve my concerns and fix a problem in a professional manner. Thanks to the staff for fixing my issues within hours of bringing it to their attention, even when finding out that some of the concerns were not even theirs. Thank you!

They offer virtual and in-person classes along with morning and afternoon hours. Without SJRC I wouldn't be able to get the I need with my substance abuse. The group leaders are very caring, knowledgeable, and inspiring as well as the people in my group. I am mostly virtual and they always make sure I feel included.

The therapist is a great person. He / she is very understanding of all situations . Not all clients are in need of the same therapy. They explain what each stage of recovery means and how it can help you with your new life.
