Don't put your loved ones through more worrying whether or not the next time you OD will be your last if nobody is nearby to narcan you. I can say for certain that the nurses, doctors, counselors, and staff each had a hand in saving my life, I'll be forever grateful to them at CCTC. It may take you a while to get your takehomes if you continue to use while going to the clinic, but there are also trip forms that will reimburse your gas mileage for every day that you come in. I have no complaints for the staff, they are doing the best that they can, my visit is normally in and out within 20-30 mins even with takehomes and drug screen. Jessika always has 100 other things going on, but she has always made time for me when I needed help with anything, always very nice and professional. Thank you for giving me my life back. Building is kept clean and people in the front office are friendly. I think they should expand to have more providers, especially those who are trained to deal with trauma and it's treatments. Psychiatrist is only seen through telehealth and they change them a lot, which makes it hard to trust the new person on the screen. It's usually quick, check up for your symptoms and update of meds if necessary. For the most part, Westbrook is a good provider for the community. From my 6mths of being here I have had a few complaints but my needs and care have been very well met by the staff , nurses , cna's occupational physical therapist and the socialworkes .. I realized that my few complaints were toward those hired by communicare not by Drew and the administration staff even at that they did thier very best to resolve those problems .Everyone that works at river oaks in nutterfort go above and beyond what thier job requires of them . I cane here unable to walk after a leg amputation . These people were very helpful when insurance didn't want to approve of me needing a prosthetic leg if not for them I wouldn't have my new leg and I'd still be unable to walk . I'd definitely have to say from my own experience here that river oaks is underrated by alot of people . I want to personally thank everyone that works here for giving me a chance to walk again , get my life back and soon I'll be able to return home to my Family . Thank you all so much . Everybody was beyond friendly and helpful and helped me get to where I needed to be in my recovery, Beyond thankful for Kiara, Adele, Amber and Brooke along with my therapist Melody and case manager Sara. honestly it’s really hard to name everybody who helped me it Was unfathomable the amount of love I received my whole time being there. The facility is in a beautiful wooded area with lots of recreational activities from fishing to going to the park and hiking around the lake. I couldn’t be more thankful for my experience there and them helping me get my aftercare Set up so I can have the opportunity to live again. I would give Madison 0 stars because she doesn't follow HIPPA. She has a big mouth and she has been running her mouth about me all over town, even things that were said in my private sessions with her. I give Medmark 5 starts, but Madison gets zero stars. Its giving me back my life adulting..Not enough privacy and too much freedom in my early recovery didn't work well with me in my past.. I am blessed to live here along side many other recovering addicts.. I have also been blessed to see the parking lots fill up with cars and friends move back to their home towns or new apartments..
