I have been a resident of river oaks nursing / rehab facility since April 29th , 2005 . From my 6mths of being here I have had a few complaints but my needs and care have been very well met by the staff , nurses , cna's occupational physical therapist and the socialworkes .. I realized that my few complaints were toward those hired by communicare not by Drew and the administration staff even at that they did thier very best to resolve those problems .Everyone that works at river oaks in nutterfort go above and beyond what thier job requires of them . I cane here unable to walk after a leg amputation . These people were very helpful when insurance didn't want to approve of me needing a prosthetic leg if not for them I wouldn't have my new leg and I'd still be unable to walk . I'd definitely have to say from my own experience here that river oaks is underrated by alot of people . I want to personally thank everyone that works here for giving me a chance to walk again , get my life back and soon I'll be able to return home to my Family . Thank you all so much . I love you all

I want to thank River Oaks for their wonderful care for my husband. The staff was kind and caring, professional and attentive. They were a lifeline for my husband's needs. If needed, I would definitely contact them again for care for him.

I have been going here for 3 years and never had a problem until Madison, the counselor, showed up. I would give Madison 0 stars because she doesn't follow HIPPA. She has a big mouth and she has been running her mouth about me all over town, even things that were said in my private sessions with her. I give Medmark 5 starts, but Madison gets zero stars. She'll be the reason I leave Medmark. She's trifling and always trying to not schedule me so that I'll have to have longer sessions with her. I don't want to talk to Madison at all and sit in her office pretending to be happy about it. I brought up the rumors she started and she laughed.

Its giving me back my life adulting..Not enough privacy and too much freedom in my early recovery didn't work well with me in my past.. I am blessed to live here along side many other recovering addicts.. I have also been blessed to see the parking lots fill up with cars and friends move back to their home towns or new apartments.. These people saved me! From the doctors, nurses, and counselors. To even the office manager and receptionist. These people really care! They don’t treat you like less of a person because of your “situation” they are respectful and professional. Honestly, if more treatment centers would follow the lead of this one. I probably would have gotten help 10 years ago. If you are 110 percent serious about getting help. And you choose to go the maintenance route. This is the place! I never would have made it if the staff wasn’t as supportive as they are. So thank you to everyone there! They listened to me when absolutely no body else would! They didn’t judge me when absolutely everyone else did! they were kind to me, when no one else was! And they had faith in me, when even I had no faith in myself! I read through the reviews, and I can assure you. Do not base your opinion of this place by the bad ones. If you are truly ready to make a change in your life. I promise, these folks will help you with being successful!

I’m here from San Diego nearly 12 months now and pleasantly surprised! Provider is very attentive, hands on and involved. She cares and has an immense amt of patience. It doesn’t hurt she’s also very soft spoken and kind- I am incredibly grateful! Overall entire staff goes above and beyond when they’re able. In fact usually willingly and eagerly! They love to help. Family oriented and safe as well. Nurses Katie Lisa Tiffany beautiful time management skills and compassionate towards others most importantly they show up and work their bootys off!! Underpaid overworked I’m sure like all over healthcare unfortunately. It makes me sad bc they deserve the most!!! Executive Team- Honestly not being rude but past experiences wasn’t so hopeful. Most professional well rounded and most helpful I’ve ever witnessed honestly. HEIDI/ JAN I believe a few others long beautiful brown hair she was pregnant very reserved and polite herself as well. CHRISTY THE MANAGER- Always accountable can depend and trust her. Amazing woman incredible soul really tries to work with patience. Kali COUNSELOR- I am truly growing to like her and I think her guidance I’m becoming more open to and trusting with hoping to result in better success in my future. Been rocky start but I think it’s all for bigger purpose and better. Growth. She’s definitely passionate about helping others- less fortunate included. Always a helping someone if she can I truly am convinced of that! 🤍 Anyways, had to share the love I felt for this place and the gratitude! Thank you to the staff who fill that place with so much love!!! Oh, KRISTIN +JASON FRONT DESK DUO- Witty sarcastic & particular sense of humor. I think they’re actually great pair! No complaints I can think of! Safest and lowest crime rate/activity at CTC I’ve ever witnessed! Been to a few domestically around the U.S. Honestly just in awe… they really care and love you! Until you love yourself again. Kindly, Grateful Patient Grateful Heart 💜
