If you have state funded Medicaid, please, come to the clinic, get on methadone and get your life back. Don't put your loved ones through more worrying whether or not the next time you OD will be your last if nobody is nearby to narcan you. I can say for certain that the nurses, doctors, counselors, and staff each had a hand in saving my life, I'll be forever grateful to them at CCTC. It may take you a while to get your takehomes if you continue to use while going to the clinic, but there are also trip forms that will reimburse your gas mileage for every day that you come in. I have no complaints for the staff, they are doing the best that they can, my visit is normally in and out within 20-30 mins even with takehomes and drug screen. Jessika always has 100 other things going on, but she has always made time for me when I needed help with anything, always very nice and professional. Thank you for giving me my life back. God bless the staff, every patient, and their families.

I’ve seen a few therapist over the years and I’ve gotta say truly Spencer James is one of the best if not the best therapist in the world he has really been helping improve myself and my overall happiness with day to day activities and all of my anger issues he is seriously the real deal!! Thank you so much man I swear you deserve a raise after hearing my crazy spews sometimes lmao but thank for always being very active and helpful and thank you for calling me if I don’t make it to an appointment and staying on me. I know this is his job but it truly feels like he cares and even though my ADHD brain is literally everywhere all the time you always stay on track and keep up with whatever I’m saying even when I’m bouncing around from one topic to the next so thank you Prestera for employing such an amazing therapist

There's a lot of good people working for the company and they care about their clients. Building is kept clean and people in the front office are friendly. I think they should expand to have more providers, especially those who are trained to deal with trauma and it's treatments. Psychiatrist is only seen through telehealth and they change them a lot, which makes it hard to trust the new person on the screen. It's usually quick, check up for your symptoms and update of meds if necessary. For the most part, Westbrook is a good provider for the community.

I have been a resident of river oaks nursing / rehab facility since April 29th , 2005 . From my 6mths of being here I have had a few complaints but my needs and care have been very well met by the staff , nurses , cna's occupational physical therapist and the socialworkes .. I realized that my few complaints were toward those hired by communicare not by Drew and the administration staff even at that they did thier very best to resolve those problems .Everyone that works at river oaks in nutterfort go above and beyond what thier job requires of them . I cane here unable to walk after a leg amputation . These people were very helpful when insurance didn't want to approve of me needing a prosthetic leg if not for them I wouldn't have my new leg and I'd still be unable to walk . I'd definitely have to say from my own experience here that river oaks is underrated by alot of people . I want to personally thank everyone that works here for giving me a chance to walk again , get my life back and soon I'll be able to return home to my Family . Thank you all so much . I love you all

I want to thank River Oaks for their wonderful care for my husband. The staff was kind and caring, professional and attentive. They were available for me to communicate with them at any time, and they walked me through all the steps of his care while spending time with me to answer all my questions. They were a lifeline for my husband's needs. If needed, I would definitely contact them again for care for him.

21 years of addiction. 4 years in prison. 4 complete rehab stays in other facilities. It took me going 5 hours from home, fighting the entire way, to make it to harmony ridge. When I tell you, these people were there for me the minute I stepped out of the car. Someone told me that day (as I was starting to withdraw) "You never have to use ever again." Something so simple, but so powerful. I spent 11 days in detox and 28 in the regular program. I graduated and walked out of there more proud and prepared then I've ever felt in my life. I now have just about 18 months clean, and Harmony Ridge in Barboursville is how that was made possible! Special thanks to Mikey, Rooster, Matt (our spades buddies) Junior, the AMAZING cooks (the food ROCKS btw) my counselor, Jenn, for being there for me when I missed home, who noticed when I wasn't quite myself,and who let me cry multiple times in her office, even when I was afraid to go home, and my case worker Tiffany who was super new but she rocked it and made sure I had transportation, a great sober living house, and even a dentist appt for when I went home!!! Theres so many of yall I cant remember the names, but plz know even 18 months later u guys have ALL made an impact on my life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. LOVE YALL!!!

Harmony Ridge helped save my life!! Such a wonderful program 👏 The staff is brilliant beyond words!! They have REAL life experiences in addiction,and humor,compassion,and the willingness to help us win! I strongly suggest them to anyone still sick and suffering, They're one phone call away. If you or someone you know are thinking about going to a treatment center I’m happy to say the staff here have created something special. From the second I called I’ve been treated with love care and empathy by everyone at the facility. Even after completing the 28 program staff members like Joshua Haskiell reach out to check in on me regularly. They don’t make anymore money to do those things they are just genuinely good people with big hearts who have earned my trust. The main guy the director of operations Jacob May was there in the flesh 6 days a week with his door literally open all day. A man in his position doesn’t have to make your problems his problems but that’s exactly what he does for anyone needing help. He personally helped me with seemingly little things but important to me and he didn’t act like they were little he acted like they were important to him. That’s the kind of care you can expect to get at this facility top notch.

Now if your just trying to get from been sick off dope. It will also do that. Drugs have a mean detox none them are easy. These people saved me! From the doctors, nurses, and counselors. To even the office manager and receptionist. These people really care! They don’t treat you like less of a person because of your “situation” they are respectful and professional. Honestly, if more treatment centers would follow the lead of this one. I probably would have gotten help 10 years ago. If you are 110 percent serious about getting help. And you choose to go the maintenance route. This is the place! I never would have made it if the staff wasn’t as supportive as they are. So thank you to everyone there! They listened to me when absolutely no body else would! They didn’t judge me when absolutely everyone else did! they were kind to me, when no one else was! And they had faith in me, when even I had no faith in myself! I read through the reviews, and I can assure you. Do not base your opinion of this place by the bad ones. If you are truly ready to make a change in your life. I promise, these folks will help you with being successful!
