Especially since I've had such a good experience. I think this is 100% due to my psychiatrist. He seems to be the only doctor who actually reads and responds to messages as soon as he's able. So much so that I've had to label some messages as not important or I'll say "this can wait until your not busy" and he will still respond quickly. I'm not saying all the doctors need to multi-task like mine does. What I'm saying is when I see my doctor he really shows how much he cares about his profession and his patients. He puts a ton of effort into ensuring his patients get the care they need. The other doctors are like doctors you see in the hospital. It takes forever to get any response from them and when you finally get to see them, your in and out so quick that you can hardly remember what, if anything, you discussed. The ER wasn't busy and I was registered , went to Triage and then to a room. I barely sat on the bed and it was time to go for x-rays. Got back to the bed and maybe 5 minutes later they had the results and yes I was right I broke my foot. The Dr. fitted me with a boot and then gave me the boot lol. The 2 stars was the last appointment the male dentist the old guy a complete jerk to my daughter. He didn’t even tell her he was numbing her with the needle and kept getting really frustrated with her. Mind you she’s so scared of needles and dentists as is. He really didn’t make it better at all. He was getting mad at her because she was scared and jumped. Him and his nurse didn’t even acknowledge us when they came in kept speak to each other and barely spoke to us the entire time. If it wasn’t needed I would have left. He shouldn’t even be able to work with anyone let alone kids him or his nurse. Edit: they’ve done so much better since last time.
