I had to go to the ER because I tripped and I thought my foot was broken. The ER wasn't busy and I was registered , went to Triage and then to a room. I barely sat on the bed and it was time to go for x-rays. Got back to the bed and maybe 5 minutes later they had the results and yes I was right I broke my foot. The Dr. fitted me with a boot and then gave me the boot lol. I have never been in and out of an emergency room so quick. All the staff was great!!

I walked in at 4:30am. I was seen by very polite intake team member. Patrick was fast and understanding. I was next escorted to a room and was given the best care. Nuring staff was awesome, kind and caring. I was seen by the doctor on call and he was caring, kind and worked quickly to address my health issues. Being new to Somerset, I was very pleased with the care I received my first time to the ER.

I’ve have been coming to Axiom for 6 years now. Ive also been seeing the same therapist for the entire time. Anytime someone asks for mental health recommendations I always suggest Axiom. I’ve also been taking my son here for about 2 years, his mental health has improved so much since starting to come here. The offices and waiting room are super clean. There’s even sound machines playing in the waiting room with which is really relaxing and calming. Such a small detail but they use lamps in the offices instead of super bright over head fluorescent lights which changes the vibe entirely, it’s a more intimate less intimidating setting.

I was there from September 2012- September 2022. I was helped tremendously by all staff. Mrs. Hilary, Mrs. Cassy we're on my dorm. I was in Temple West. The food was good, the therapy helped, the groups were awesome and very interactive. FIRST LET ME SAY I LOVE THE STAFF AND EVERYONE THERE💜💙💚🧡!!!! I'm just very upset right now, and want to see if anyone else has been in the position iam in right now. I have been on Suboxone for about 2 and a half years. HAVE NEVER GAVE A DIRTY PISS TEST!!!! I go once a month. Well in the past year or so, I have to have surgery on my wrist had to get a metal plate put in it. They put me on Subutex for 2 weeks or so, took the pain meds like I should, went back on Suboxone no problem. NO DIRTY PISS TESTS. About 6 months later I had to have surgery on my finger. Once again put me on Subutex afterwards for a couple weeks or so. NO DIRTY PISS TESTS AGAIN. Went back on the Suboxone no problems. I NEVER TOOK MORE OF THE PAIN MEDS THAN I WAS SUBSCRIBED!!!! I have been having trouble with my legs for awhile giving out on me and I would fall. So recently I was having lots of problems with my left knee. They had to do a partial knee replacement. Got it done yesterday. THEY GAVE ME TYLENOL 500MGS 2 EVERY 6 HOURS, AND GAVE ME 8MG OF BABY ASPRININ I TAKE 2 ADAY OF THOSE. THEN GAVE ME 3 8MG OF SUBOXONE STRIPS TO TAKE ADAY. SO 3 SUBOXONE WITH THE OTHER PAIN MEDS. I was told they don't give Subutex no more, not even pregnant woman. Iam confused I AWAYS THOUGHT SUBOXONE IS A PAIN BLOCKER. NOW AFTER ALLLLLL THESE YEAR'S OF PEOPLE BEING ON THEM. THEY ARE NOT REALLY A BLOCKER.???? NEEDLESS TO SAY IAM IN THE WORST PAIN EVER😭😭😭😭!!!! TRUST ME IF I HAD KNOWN WHAT I WAS GOING TO GO THROUGH WITH THIS PAIN I WOULDN'T OF DONE IT!!!! I couldn't even do therapy today at ALL when they came today to start the therapy!!!! Just wondering anybody else go through this to after a major surgery like this???? So beware Suboxone isn't a complete BLOCKER they are saying all of a sudden 🤔. Like I said this place HAS HELPED ME OUT ALOT!!!! MY BEEF IS REALLY WITH THE SUBOXONE MAKERS I GUESS. ITS JUST AWFUL THE PAIN IAM IN. Like I said I have no desire at all to go back on the pain pills again I almost died!!!! I take care of my Dad he has Cancer and Dementia and is on ALOT OF PAIN MEDS, SO IF I WANTED TO DO PAIN MEDICINE I WOULD ALREADY HAVE DONE IT!!!! I have to admit I hated Augusta health for a long time. I ended up here under some very difficult circumstances. The staff made me believe in the impossible. I'm standing here today because of the entire staff of crossroads and I will forever be thankful for the strength, love, discipline, structure and knowledge of everyone who I interacted with there. I’ve been to both inpatient and outpatient groups and many a therapist. I am so happy here I could scream it from the mountaintops! They’ve done a huge turnaround and have some new policies and Darlene Hilton is a doll. No therapist has ever taken me under their wing like she has. She’s my one on one but I appreciate all of the therapists there and the work they do for IOP. Shoutout to Campbell! And the rest. It has been a great experience that has helped me grown tremendously and I can’t wait to see what the future holds there for me! They have it all! They’re program is the best thing that has happened to me in DECADES!

I went to turning point in 2017 and I knew nothing about how to live a "normal" life. I had no idea how to do anything clean. Turning point taught me so much I still use today. The staff was amazing and helped me through early recovery and learning life skills I didn't know. I was so broken when I got to turning point but they uplifted me when I didn't want to continue. I'm still clean today and I have no doubt that turning point has a lot to do with that. I would recommend turning point to anyone

I attended the Woman with children program at turning point in 2015, I have since been able to stay clean coming up on 6 years and have since had my child full time. This place changed my life for the better. They slowly integrated me back into the community, teaching me life skills and how to be a woman! The rules may be a little strict, but if you truly want to better yourself, these rules are in place for that. Behavior modification, learning how to cook and clean, and counseling for my addiction. I wouldn't be the person I am today if it wasn't for this program.

Don't really have much to say about it since I've only been to one part of it. My PCP is here, and I like him and his team. I've been with them for more than 20 years but not in this building. It's clean and more secure ever since a stabbing or shooting happened a few years ago, but it was the hospital part and not the office part where my doctor is.

Ok so I can't speak on what other people had to deal with while being here but honestly I loved it. They tried so hard to help me. I went between the years of 2010 and 2013. I recall a lot of the staff and my favorites mostly nicknames were "B-new" and Mr. Kulp. I was one of the 100s of troubled children here and really loved the horse barn. I hope the staff I speak of are still here doing good work. I'm sorry so many of you had bad experiences. I had fond memories of the RTF.

I was here in the 90s. I was a resident when it was Lutherans for the most part I had a good experience but I was bipolar I got into fights alot. I was a very angry child. I had my moments I put the staff through a lot? I still remember the staff I had I was up there earlier today because my dad lives in the retirement community right before it so much has changed over the years. It looks completely different from when it did in the 90s the retirement community was not there then. The horse barn is still there. Most the cottages are gone I was in Riber and white cottage I went to school on campus only for a year and they let me go to zilenople high school cause I earned it I was not an easy child to deal with. I went there When I was 12 and was there till I aged out of the system
