I cannot say enough good things about this practice. The front office staff have went above and beyond to accommodate me when I need it most. The staff are beyond kind and wonderful and my therapist I have been seeing is honestly a life saver. 100/10.

This clinic actually treats their patients like they are human beings. Unlike acadias clinics which they own all of the clinics in wv but this one. I haven’t even talked an Acadia clinic in the town I live in but I drive an hour to this clinic just so I don’t have to go to the Clarksburg treatment center.

Medmark most definitely saved my life. When the doctor decided he wasn't giving me my pain medicine any longer because he didn't want to get in trouble (this was 2019) and I didn't know what to do since I have chronic pain from several severe bone breaks. So I called medmark and on my first day of treatment I wasn't worried anymore. I've been going here for over 5 years almost 6 now and they have never made me feel bad for anything they have been nothing but caring and supportive. I really thlnk they have saved my life and lots of other lives as well.
Mental health is a major problem in this country and this hospital helped through a very dark period in my adult life. If anything happens again whether mental or medical ill definitely use this hospital. Thanks

On August 25.2025,I was scheduled for an angiogram requiring an iodine injection.For me, any injection usually results in negative side effects. The Radiology dept., with MIKE at the helm, did an unexpected, outstanding job. In addition, I did not have to wait 2 months for an appointment.The registration was seamless. In and out. The twenty mile trip should be of minimal concern to a patient whose medical issues require immediate attention.Inordinate delays only exacerbate patient's condition for the worst outcome.

This place is great. They at least deserve three stars like jeez people it’s changed The people are very nice there. They do care it has come a long way from the past and is improving I don’t work there, but I am a patient and I have always had good experiences

I can personally and professionally attest for Valley Treatment Center's commitment to help clients recover from Substance Abuse Disorders and actively work toward lasting and meaningful change.
Great place they care about your recovery as much as you do. The staff is caring, understanding, and makes you feel like your with family and not looking down or judging you. It's just an all around great rehab and I have them to thank for my recovery and saving my life!!!

Lauren DeWitt and her teammates at Ascension Recovery Services have gone above and beyond to now help two of my friends. The first for loss of spouse and the other for alcoholism.
They take it very personally as if they were finding treatment for their own family member. Lauren set up a family intervention and even personally flew with my friend to the treatment center.
This world is a better place because Ascension Recovery Services and I hold them to the highest regard.

I was recently admitted to United Hospital Center unexpectedly. There are not enough good things I can say about each and every staff member I encountered. The care was superior. The staff was the best part of my stay. I would like to send a special token of appreciation to the wonderful staff on 4 North. Faye, LPN made my stay more comfortable and provided me with excellent care.

The service at Rapid Care at the Elkins Corridor Medical Center was outstanding-quick, efficient, and very thorough. The staff were friendly from start to finish. Dr Kirkland was great and spent time with me explaining the plan, and follow up care.
As of June 9th. 2025 I'm 10 years clean and sober. Dr Barry and Dr Reynolds are the two greatest Drs I've had the pleasure meeting. If you're looking for help you can't find a better place. In my opinion. Best of luck to you and your recovery. One day at a time.

This placed help me with my issues. And the staff were amazing and friendly
Have been going to Villa Maria for 5yrs. An I think the staff are caring an understanding. Even though I got a new psychiatrist an therapist. Because one retired and the other had a new job. The current Doctors I have now are great. I feel safe respected, very comfortable and I felt secure opening up to my new talk therapist.. So if you need a good mental health Dr. I recommend tem.

I haven't been going here long, but since the first day I was in love with the staff who are very efficient, super kind and always make me feel that I matter. They are attentive to all my necessities, listen to any questions or concerns, they gave me great advice, I feel that they have been a godsend for me.

I haven't been going here long, but my first day there, I fell in love with the staff. Efficient, SUPER kind, fast, make you feel like you REALLY matter, attentative. Qhen you first walk in theres a calming water sound lightly in the background. Plus, the one staff member, Carla/Karla (sorry if its mispelled) had brought her dogs in, so my first step in the door I was greeted by two beautiful Labs. It was then that I realized that this is my place.
Today, I am so thankful for this organization that has helped my son immensely. P.R. you help my son reach a good place in life and had happiness return to his life. Thanks for being good at your job and collecting the necessary info for good communications and making a difference in my son's life.

The staff particularly Jimmy Dennis is not only a highly qualified Tech but is also deeply compassionate and committed to every individual’s recovery journey. After 15 yrs or more of addictions & mental health issues and tons of "I know what I need to ....'ve been clean for 9-10 yrs" I can say this is definitely a place where the staff is well trained, knowledgeable with addiction & behaviors of addicts as well as support & knowledgeable with mental health issues. The team currently in place Now has a effective & was able to help me change my way of thinking and way of life FOR THE BETTER! NEVER completely worry free of my NEGATIVE way of Life...I will continue to remain teachable til my last breathe!

I had to go to the ER because I tripped and I thought my foot was broken. The ER wasn't busy and I was registered , went to Triage and then to a room. I barely sat on the bed and it was time to go for x-rays. Got back to the bed and maybe 5 minutes later they had the results and yes I was right I broke my foot. The Dr. fitted me with a boot and then gave me the boot lol. I have never been in and out of an emergency room so quick. All the staff was great!!

I walked in at 4:30am. I was seen by very polite intake team member. Patrick was fast and understanding. I was next escorted to a room and was given the best care. Nuring staff was awesome, kind and caring. I was seen by the doctor on call and he was caring, kind and worked quickly to address my health issues. Being new to Somerset, I was very pleased with the care I received my first time to the ER.

Today my wife had a sudden illness and was in great distress. ER staff quickly signed her in, triaged, and treated her pain with 100% relief. Tests, lab work and diagnosis provided. Many thanks to the ER staff today Oct 9!
I liked it there but they wouldn't let me go on my graduation dinner with the staff of my choice so I didn't do it and other kids started to do the same
Everything was fine with the dentist that’s a woman she was wonderful with my daughter and my daughter loved her. The 2 stars was the last appointment the male dentist the old guy a complete jerk to my daughter. He didn’t even tell her he was numbing her with the needle and kept getting really frustrated with her. Mind you she’s so scared of needles and dentists as is. He really didn’t make it better at all. He was getting mad at her because she was scared and jumped. Him and his nurse didn’t even acknowledge us when they came in kept speak to each other and barely spoke to us the entire time. If it wasn’t needed I would have left. He shouldn’t even be able to work with anyone let alone kids him or his nurse.
Edit: they’ve done so much better since last time.
