I had to go to the ER because I tripped and I thought my foot was broken. The ER wasn't busy and I was registered , went to Triage and then to a room. I barely sat on the bed and it was time to go for x-rays. Got back to the bed and maybe 5 minutes later they had the results and yes I was right I broke my foot. The Dr. fitted me with a boot and then gave me the boot lol. I have never been in and out of an emergency room so quick. All the staff was great!!

I walked in at 4:30am. I was seen by very polite intake team member. Patrick was fast and understanding. I was next escorted to a room and was given the best care. Nuring staff was awesome, kind and caring. I was seen by the doctor on call and he was caring, kind and worked quickly to address my health issues. Being new to Somerset, I was very pleased with the care I received my first time to the ER.

Today my wife had a sudden illness and was in great distress. ER staff quickly signed her in, triaged, and treated her pain with 100% relief. Tests, lab work and diagnosis provided. Many thanks to the ER staff today Oct 9!

Providers are very attentive and always make sure to accommodate my work schedule for appointments. Staff is also diligent about providing contact information for help in the case of a crisis after hours

I have been with them for a while. They have been a god send for me and my mental health. Kathryn is my therapist and Brinkley is my psychiatrist and they have helped me so much more than my prior place. I can't thank them enough!!!

My son who is 30 now was in the Outside In program years ago. He had great experiences on their wilderness trips. He got to see states he never had seen before. He learned about survival, hard work and discipline. He is now Contractor of two different businesses. Ty to the Outside In staff for helping my son💯❤️

Courtney Seyler is awesome. I started with her when my marriage was over. She helped me though those issues. Then I ended up with a concussion, and became very depressed. Courtney was awesome through it all.

I’ve have been coming to Axiom for 6 years now. Ive also been seeing the same therapist for the entire time. Anytime someone asks for mental health recommendations I always suggest Axiom. I’ve also been taking my son here for about 2 years, his mental health has improved so much since starting to come here. The offices and waiting room are super clean. There’s even sound machines playing in the waiting room with which is really relaxing and calming. Such a small detail but they use lamps in the offices instead of super bright over head fluorescent lights which changes the vibe entirely, it’s a more intimate less intimidating setting.

My son and I have been patients here for almost 4 years and I absolutely approve of our therapist Doc Mike. He's very compassionate and understanding. 10/10 I would recommend Axiom Family Counseling to anyone struggling with mental health.

I have been going to axiom for over 3 years and I have to say the only reason I have chosen them over any other facility is because of my councilor mike. He is the very best and has helped me more than anyone has!

Why does this article say Tadiso closed in November 2025? Pretty funny, I still go there. But I was wondering what will happen once they build up that area?

Tadiso saved my life. I've tried numerous things over the last 10 years to get clean & stay clean, all unsuccessful, until I decided to try Tadiso. Have been going there for the last 5 months, & I'm so proud of myself for doing this & sticking to it. I understand this may not be the route for everyone, but if you're currently struggling with addiction, please go to Tadiso, you won't regret it!!

It's an ok place. The old is great #gonick staff is friendly. And they got a guitar. This place taught me a lot and saved me from drowning myself. Great place to get sober. Has a lot o structure.

It’s very amazing since this year 2021 Abby as 1 of the nicest counselors has gave me the information to this company and Ashley Spahn as the nicest counselor has been helping me during a lot of struggling pressure day’s with nightmares and she gives me great skills to help me during the times i have and she’s the nicest counselor that i talk to during how i feel and she helps me.

30+ years ago, this place gave me a life!

I went to turning point in 2017 and I knew nothing about how to live a "normal" life. I had no idea how to do anything clean. Turning point taught me so much I still use today. The staff was amazing and helped me through early recovery and learning life skills I didn't know. I was so broken when I got to turning point but they uplifted me when I didn't want to continue. I'm still clean today and I have no doubt that turning point has a lot to do with that. I would recommend turning point to anyone

I attended the Woman with children program at turning point in 2015, I have since been able to stay clean coming up on 6 years and have since had my child full time. This place changed my life for the better. They slowly integrated me back into the community, teaching me life skills and how to be a woman! The rules may be a little strict, but if you truly want to better yourself, these rules are in place for that. Behavior modification, learning how to cook and clean, and counseling for my addiction. I wouldn't be the person I am today if it wasn't for this program.

Don't really have much to say about it since I've only been to one part of it. My PCP is here, and I like him and his team. I've been with them for more than 20 years but not in this building. It's clean and more secure ever since a stabbing or shooting happened a few years ago, but it was the hospital part and not the office part where my doctor is.

It is very resourceful for those whom need extended mental health treatment or housing assistance

Great people here. If you're looking to foster, I highly recommend using Pressley Ridge. They were the absolute best part of the whole foster and adoption process. Allegheny County CYF, they were the absolute worst and most inconsistent part of the whole process.

This is the nicest place I've been in my journey. Tammie is an absolute joy to have as a service coordinator. Taylor, Alison, and Guy are some of the best group therapists I've ever had. Becky, Shelly, and Desiree are wonderful, too, always answering my questions and there to keep me calm despite the overwhelm. My life is turning around after being here! Clean facility and healthy meals. I would welcome the opportunity to work here someday.

I am grateful that I can meet privately just with my assigned counselor and not have to sit in groups that don't meet my needs. Grateful, I am able to get help on an individual basis & my counselor seems approachable and doesn't act better than us. I am happy that I quit the Twin Lakes Program & asked my PO if I could begin Recovery Concepts so I can work, fulfill my family obligations, my legal, enjoy my children's school programs. This program's design also encourages me to attend NA for support.

I first thought coming to a program for help was dumb. but learned that it's a good thing to find the help needed. I am one who struggles with change so I am glad that I am not kicked out for being open and honest like I was at Twin Lakes and Pyramid. Also glad that I do not have to sit in groups for like 10 hours a week, which cripples my ability to sustain employment. Recovery Concepts should be commended for the work they do!!

Some people are negative when they are UNSDC from any program.. If you work and communicate your scheduling needs they try to work with you. I haven’t had a problem here & I left Pyramid due to (9) months of IOP. Now, that’s ridiculous!!!!!
