I had to go to the ER because I tripped and I thought my foot was broken. The ER wasn't busy and I was registered , went to Triage and then to a room. I barely sat on the bed and it was time to go for x-rays. Got back to the bed and maybe 5 minutes later they had the results and yes I was right I broke my foot. The Dr. fitted me with a boot and then gave me the boot lol. I have never been in and out of an emergency room so quick. All the staff was great!!

I walked in at 4:30am. I was seen by very polite intake team member. Patrick was fast and understanding. I was next escorted to a room and was given the best care. Nuring staff was awesome, kind and caring. I was seen by the doctor on call and he was caring, kind and worked quickly to address my health issues. Being new to Somerset, I was very pleased with the care I received my first time to the ER.

This is a great place with excellent service for people who struggle with addictions the staff are friendly and Justin beal himself is one of the best counselor their is!!! He truly does care about the people he sees and he's not someone who just read about this in books so he understands exactly what you are going through and he is beyond professional 👏 plus he always has a bowl full of little candy bars 😉 and offers anyone a cold beverage while their waiting

I was looking for help, I live in Somerset county and the first people I talked to was trying to send me to a place in Johnstown. First of all I am a private person and I have a lot of family members in Johnstown that I don't want them to know about my addiction because I'm embarrassed, but not only can I get medicine for my issues but I also see th. therapist . Everyone is so nice 😌 to me and is really helping me thru my issues so, plus there might and I said might have one other person in the waiting room but it is like they put only you on the schedule for the time you are being seen.

I Have been a patient at three previous clinics, the VA hosp in Pittsburgh, pyramid in altoona, and RHJ in Vandergrift, this is by far the place that has had the most heart. My experience with 3 counselors over 3 years was wonderful. It has been a much more personal experience, a give and take that was different from past places. With 2 of them they had been previous addicts, but all have had wisdom and encouragement. At other places it was just be me telling my life story and them bieng very gaurded about any personal details which made it less likely for me to be totally honest and not make progress in the counseling sessions. . The nurses are very kindly people as well and, unlike other clincs will accommodate me as a 40 year old man they will find another man to supervise the urinalysis instead of making me pee with a beautiful young nurse standing next to me, which I feel is inappropriate. I can say everyone is very friendly since a surly old bird of a nurse left 2 yrs ago. Maybe I just have an exceptionally good attitude or drank too much of the syzurp, but I feel if you put forth any effort in your recovery, these people will more than meet you halfway. You can improve yourself, pursue your dreams and goals or dream life away, at the Jtwn methadone clinic, you decide. everydays a blast! So come join the party today!

I transferred here when I moved to the area, and this clinic is great. It's well run, it's clean & well maintained, the staff is professional, and my husband and I love our counselors.
I was originally scared of changing clinics after 8 years, but I'm really glad I did.

This VA outreach place did such an excellent job on the recent Covid shots. I got my first a few Saturdays ago then got my second on the 13th of March. They could not have been better in any way. The folks were professional, helpful and I for one am extremely proud of this clinic. Please folks, keep up the super work!!!

I spent a eight days in this hospital after suffering from a stroke and the nurses and all the care that I received was wonderful! I was treated as someone they really cared about and it made my stay much more comfortable considering the health issues I was having. I am grateful and thankful for everyone of them!

Good nursing and doctor staff, I have a good experience when I go unless it gets really busy and it has sometimes been a longer wait time. Best to arrive at your scheduled appointment times cause they run every 15 min for appointment times and you shouldn't have a long wait unless you're early.

I just had my last Jade appointment
The staff at Jade - Alex Dan Emily Gloria the doctors all of them Rosie are just fantastic you couldn't ask for someone to care more and someone to try more and if you're really serious about getting clean and living a different life Jade is definitely the place for you. Even if you're not clean and you're just trying to get there and you're brand new at it Jade is the place for you I can't think of a situation good or bad that Jade would not be as helpful as they possibly can be. I just know so many successful people that have come from Jade in their recovery they've just gotten very far to whenever they first started it Jade didn't even have a place to live. I feel like Jane is always went above and beyond but you know they needed to.
The fact that pretty much any time of night or day if you have to get a hold of someone in an emergency you can- it is not like that it all other facilities that I've been to. Jade is the only outpatient facility that I have went to and trust me I went to a lot of them that actually care. It's super sad because I've been with Jade for such a long time. I will miss Kristen forever and this is super hard to move on but I would recommend Jade over any other rehab facility in the world and if you are a patient at Jade you are lucky to be there and you should take advantage of everything that they have to offer because it's such a great facility and they truly do care. I wish all the staff yhe best and thank you for how far I have come thanks to you guys and to know you truly make a huge difference. I have three kids that are happy, healthy and in a nice home because of Jade and I couldn't be more grateful.

Staff is helpful and facility is clean. They offer 2 maintence programs for opiate addiction. Methadone and Suboxone. They take most insurance or you can pay cash. The methadone program cost roughly $125 per week. However they will work with cash paying patients that need some type of payment arrangement. If you need help with your addiction and don't feel that you're ready to quit cold turkey on your own Discovery is a positive alternative.

On August 25.2025,I was scheduled for an angiogram requiring an iodine injection.For me, any injection usually results in negative side effects. The Radiology dept., with MIKE at the helm, did an unexpected, outstanding job. In addition, I did not have to wait 2 months for an appointment.The registration was seamless. In and out. The twenty mile trip should be of minimal concern to a patient whose medical issues require immediate attention.Inordinate delays only exacerbate patient's condition for the worst outcome.

Was there for 4 months in 2019. That staff were great. Had a great therapist and my case worker was amazing. Had 2 relapses since I left but pyramid was my cornerstone to my recovery. Just celebrated 20months and imforever grateful.

I attended this facility and was very appreciative of the love and care I received. Was it all good no but that was of my own doings. I want to give a special nurse named Karen the most love of all. This lady is absolutely amazing,loving, caring soul. If anyone is ever blessed enough to be in her presence the they will understand she truly is a gift to be around. I say thanks to all the staff and volunteers for the assistance I received.

I have been to detox here about 5 times and the county paid for it every time. The staff is kind. They care. Most of the people that work there have a history with addiction and sober time. The nurses are all great too! Sweethearts. The place is really boring, understaffed and has a jail like space to move around in. It feels like being in jail a little bit because of the small area to be confined in. But I was always treated right and received help. Are you going to love it here? Probably not. But if your goal is to get clean then I'm giving it five stars. Today is my 1 year anniversary since my last drink. I have never made it this long before.

I went there 2 times last year, they were always very professional, I love that they explain their findings and options with you. A great place with nice staff and Dr's. They are courteous and quick to get you signed in, taking their time with you. The waiting time is sometimes stressful but besides that overall I think it has became a great place.

I was admitted to ICU with an undiagnosed heart condition. The staff couldn't have been nicer from the nurses to the doctors to the lab and even food service. I did have one incident where nobody answered my call bell even though the staff was in the nurses station. My procedure was well explained to me and it was helpful for my diagnosis. I only wish that toiletries were supplied.

If you do what you're supposed to do, this could save your life. Don't listen to people who think methadone is a miracle cure, or think they should walk away without tapering properly. Get to a dose you feel comfortable at physically and then wait a while before slowly decreasing. This could be 6 months, 10 years, or a lifetime... But if you aren't sick or using, can go to work, care for your kids, and are a productive member of society, who cares how long you're there?

.The Doctors,Nurses and my Previous to my current Counselor whom is Courtney , which I had the pass few years are a blessing.My Experience has always been positive.I went to a Clinic in New Jersey in 2006 after I was discharged from the Army, And I had a addiction to my pain medicine from a combat injury.The New Jersey clinic was a terrible experience, Drug infested, they literally sold narcotics and the take home bottles in front of the door.Noone was clean including many staff members.Medmark is 5 star location for opioid treatment.It works if you work it.And the staff there want you to succeed.They are what makes it 5 stars, because they care.Thank you to the great staff ,I have my Life back for a decade after being lost for the prior 10 years.
